I'm really new to Java ME and I'd like to know if it is possible to add a specific emulator , let's say a Nokia Emulator, so that I can choose that emulator :
When I create
or when I run the mobile application
As always any advice or help would be so appreciated. Thank you.
You can have below options.
1) There are some emulators on developer Nokia webisite you can download them
2) You can use RDA from below link. It is online emulators.

(I have Googled a lot but either I do not understand the info or ...?)
So on the desktop I can debug my site using Chrome Dev. Tools. All good.
But a small part of my site does not run correctly on my new iPad Pro with iOS 10 (it seems to be OK with iOS 9, 8)
Can someone please point me down the right path.
Thanks
If the suggestion from #w0xxOm is no good for you on Windows, Browserstack is a great alternative.
I have installed the free version of smartface and just created a training project. When I build it my app install on virtual android device but I cannot see it. I just see the smartface adverts.
What can I do to solve this problem? Should I get it lisenced?
I didn't get your problem exactly, can you please share a screenshot?
And maybe you can check the link below for more information about Android virtual device usage :
http://www.smartface.io/developer/guides/project/virtual-devices-android/
By the way, you should create the virtual device using google api.
The screen that you mentioned is just shown at the beginning of the app for some seconds. Then you can see your application page and use it. You should reinstall it on a real android device.

There are many threads on the Vuforia developer forum, such as this, that mention the SDK does not support the Android emulator. This is has been my experience with every AR SDK I have worked with... you have to test on a real device.
I have a mobile site which I developed in ASP.NET and I was wondering if anyone knows of any tools to test this on Chrome in an iPhone / iPad environment? This site has been functioning properly for awhile in every other browser on every other device, however there seem to be issues with it in this browser only on the iPhone / iPad. I just don't know how / if I can debug it somehow. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
You may find Adobe Shadow a helpful tool in this case: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/shadow/
Watch the demonstration here, you'll see that you can debug your code like you would using the chrome dev tools itself.
One of my customer hopes to create an online magzine which can browse and download newest contents from web.
He hope it works on ipod/iphone/ipad, but he also hope these can be migrated to android not too difficult later.
I know there is 'iWebkit' helps to create iphone web app, but I am not sure if it works for android also, or is convenient to migrate to android later.
Welcome any comment
Thanks

You probably want the Adobe digital publishing platform.
