I created a facebook ad with my personal account(what i use since six years),but it's been suspended.I sent my photo id over two week but there's still no reply.
I try to create ads with my friends' facebooks and computers, credit cards and of course different ads but thoose get suspended too?
What am i doing wrong?
Why facebook suspend a totally cleared ad?I paid 1500usd to a webside it looks professional i used the same computer and still they suspended it.
Can i make a complaint against facebook or its just a waste of time?
Is there any timeframe facebook has to reply me?

I have a Shopify site at https://www.vaingloryshop.com that is being blocked both by Instagram and Facebook. Instagram gives me the error "Link not allowed. It looks like your profile contains a link that is not allowed. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mistake." And as you can imagine I spammed the 'Tell Us' button, but they never reply. Facebook's debugger returns, "We can't review this website because the content doesn't meet our Community Standards. If you think this is a mistake, please let us know." Also let them know numerous times.
The domains are bought through Google. The first time we turned on the site was 12/24/18 and was the same time we tried to add to our IG bio and immediately got this blocked message and have ever since. At that time we had the primary domain as https://www.vainglory.us. And I thought the .us as throwing it off, which is why I changed the primary domain to what it is now (about a little over a week ago). Any ideas?? FB, IG support is MIA, and Shopify/Google domains have no ideas or issues on their ends.
Fixed! Found a clue while scouring the internet. I went ahead and setup a Facebook Ad account then from there contacted FB support in the Business Manager. They asked me about the URL in question and immediately fixed it. Apparently it had been blocked due to some unknown reason. Now everything's up and running!
We resolve our domain name and we found the live support in this link: https://www.facebook.com/business/help then on the bottom of categories you will find the "Find answers or contact support & Get Started Button" after that a modal will appear and it will allow you to choose a type of category, for us we selected the Business Pages then below there is a large text that will you if you need more support check this image for reference: Need more help? My company has been developing a Facebook Messenger app that will send reservation reminders to hotel guests before their check in date. I have submitted the app to use the "pages_messaging_subscriptions", but have had my submission be denied.
I am confused about how I am supposed to move forward from here. The response from the process was "Your Messenger experience does not fall into the productivity use case that you submitted for.". One of the use cases for a productivity app is sending reminders. This is exactly what my companies app will be doing.
How do I move forward from here? Has anyone had a similar experience? There does not seem to be any way to follow up with the reviewer to get further feedback.
As it seems your use case of "sending reminders" falls into Facebook's Bot "Productivity" category, my suggestion would be to re-submit the application again.
If Facebook sent some sort of response regarding exactly why your application was rejected, look at that. If there isn't a response from Facebook regarding why it was rejected (other than some generic "because we said so"), after re-submitting your application - assuming it gets denied again - I would try to get into contact with Facebook to see the exact reason it was rejected, and work with them on a solution that allows you to get your application/bot published.
Unfortunately, as I don't work for Facebook, I can't give you a 100% accurate answer, but instead what I think would be the best course of action in this situation.
I have integrated FAN with success. I can show banners and interstitials in test and not test mode. So, I have sent impressions to facebook but my current state in the integration shows this:
Shouldn't it be at third step? More Oddly my placements show like this:
So, by the status message it seems it has received requests and this is the only requirement I have found for facebook to start placement review.
So, does anybody know if this is how it works? Shouldn't I be at step 3 (Placements review)?
Thanks in advance.
After uploading the app to live Google Play Store, and wait for a week, I finally get the above screen-shot, without doing anything.
That's means, once you see the ads at your side, the only thing you need to do is to upload the app to live Google Play Store. After that, the only thing you need to do is wait.
It seems I discovered why I could not advance in the review process. Today I got this message from facebook:
Thank you for writing into Audience Network.
I’m happy to explain more about the updated review process for apps.
First, make sure your that the newest version of your app is live in the app store.
Then, once your app has been downloaded by a user and an ad request is delivered, the app
will be enqueued for review. Please note that the review process should still only take 1-2
business days and that this request must be from a user that is not registered
as a developer of the app ID on Facebook.
So, it seems that you need to have your app live and be downloaded by a user that is not registered as developer. This seems not good for publishers because if you have an app that is providing good money you won't see a penny during the review period.
Hope this clarifies the process a bit more.
I had EXACTLY the same problem and my game was live in Google Play with 100+ download.
More then 10 days have passed! But my panel still shows: "Enabled for testing and received ad request recently".
Then I contacted to Facebook and the reply is:
Thank you for writing in. My name is Andrea and I would be happy to
help you! There is currently a maintenance issue going on, which
affected the display of the dashboard. The placement is not displaying
as “enabled” in green, even though your app is approved. However, this
should not affect the ad delivery. Please let me know if you have any
other questions. Have a great week!
In addition:
Before releasing your app to the store, it’s highly important that you
test the integration is working properly. When you run your app on the
simulator, test ads will show by default and indicate a successful end
to end ad serving in your app. When testing on a device however, you
must enable test ads by copying the hashed device ID that is printed
to the console and set it in code via a dedicated function.
And, the most important thing is this:
Until your app is reviewed and approved by Facebook, only the admins
and the developers of your app will be served with Facebook Ads.
To conclude,
App needs to be live before anyone can see the adds except developers.
We've implemented the Facebook Comments box on our website. I'm set up as a moderator, which means I receive a Facebook notification anytime anyone posts a comment via the comments box.
Happy to say we receive much engagement on our sites, but unfortunately this means I receive a notification almost every other minute. Do we know if there's a way to turn this notification feature off? At least for myself and not other moderators? I'd really just like to be alerted of activity on my own personal Facebook profile, rather than my website
Thanks in advance!
There doesn't seem to be a way to turn them off (I've searched extensively). However, you can create a separate Facebook account – "Grace Moderator", or something like that – and set that as the moderator instead of your main account. Then you won't get the notifications in your main account.
Is it possible to pull the information on someone viewing someone else's profile? Would that app be leagal on Facebook? There are lot of "fake" apps like that exist now on Facebook. But can that be done really?
In short answer, No. Long answer, if Facebook allowed apps to collect such info it would a mess.
