Paypal Android SDK - paypal

No implementation found for boolean io.card.payment.CardScanner.nUseX86()
Not able to get Scanner feature in Android paypal when integrate in Project. Demo works fine.
private static PayPalConfiguration config = new PayPalConfiguration()
.environment(CONFIG_ENVIRONMENT)
.clientId(CONFIG_CLIENT_ID)
// The following are only used in PayPalFuturePaymentActivity.
.merchantName("Example Merchant")
.merchantPrivacyPolicyUri(Uri.parse("https://www.example.com/privacy"))
.acceptCreditCards(true)
.merchantUserAgreementUri(Uri.parse("https://www.example.com/legal"));

It is likely that you're missing the native libraries for card.io. Make sure the libs directory exists in your project and looks like this.

How do I actually install and use YouTube Android Player API?

I want to make a Flutter app that can play YouTube playlists using the YouTube Android Player API, found here: https://developers.google.com/youtube/android/player
The "Getting started" instructions say:
The following documents will help you to set up your development environment and use the YouTube Android Player API:
The download page provides a link to download the API client library
and JavaDocs.
The instructions for registering your application explain how to
register your app in the Google API Console and to obtain an Android
API key, which you will need to use the API.
The setup instructions explain how to set up an API project using
either Eclipse or IntelliJ.
The sample applications overview describes the sample applications
included in the API download.
The JavaDoc reference provides detailed definitions of the API's
interfaces, classes, methods, and enums.
I've followed every step in those points and links, but I still don't know how to use the provided package in my code! I now have a sample app running on my phone, and apparently using the package... which is cute... but it is in Java, which I don't speak, so it doesn't help me make my own app! Plain English instructions would have been more helpful...
I have tried:
import 'com.google.android.youtube.player'
and even:
import '<path>/YouTubeAndroidPlayerApi.jar'
but Dart Analysis tells me the URL doesn't exists. And when I try any of the classes that are supposed to be included in the package, I get that it's not defined.
I've tried right-clicking on the YouTubeAndroidPlayerApi.jar file and choosing "Add as library", but same result.
So what I normally do is to write something in my pubspec.yaml file, like:
dependencies:
provider: ^4.3.2+3
Then I would run pub get.
Then I would write import <package name> in my code, and now the classes will be ready to use.
What is the correspondence in this case? What am I supposed to do with this package so that I can use the classes in my code? I'm using Android Studio.
Most grateful for guidance!

Is it OK for me to develop against UWP with JavaScript on Visual Studio 2017?

My company is using RPG Maker MV (based on JavaScript) and looking to port over to Xbox UWP. It's no longer supported in the latest version of Visual Studio.
Is there a workaround or should I abandon this and convert over to C#?
Sadly this has indeed been deprecated, but as a workaround you can use a WebView to host the game which is what I do with mine. You'll still have to deal with a few extra things if you want to use the Xbox storage functions (see here for my commentary on this) and you still need to implement sign-in (which I'm still working on) but once you add the WebView to your MainPage.xaml name it something like ContentViewport and (immediately following your login and file processing logic) add the following line of code:
ContentViewport.Source = new Uri("ms-appx-web:///index.html");
Or wherever your index.html is, so if you prefer assets over package root with the www folder copied in as a base, you can use the following:
ContentViewport.Source = new Uri("ms-appx-web:///assets/www/index.html");

Flutter Adding Account with AccountManager?

Query
I want to adding account with AccountManager in Flutter.
I have googled but I found in Android not in Flutter; I found flutter package:
https://pub.dev/packages/account_manager_plugin
this package get all account but never to add new account.
any body help me...
Currently, there is no available plugin that has all the features of Android’s AccountManager. You’ll either have to dive into its source to jumpstart and create your own plugin, wait for one to be available, or integrate your own Android-specific code.

How do I get the proxy settings of an android/ios device using flutter?

I am trying to build an app using flutter and I would like to know how to retrieve the proxy settings of the device through flutter.
It's probably safe to assume that the HttpClient doesn't pick this up automatically, but you might want to test that.
So, now you need to interact with native code using plugins. There is already a rich library of plugins providing everything from battery level to video player. I can't see proxy in there anywhere, so you need to write your own plugin (which is just one of the standard flutter project types: app, package (just Dart code allowed) and plugin). A plugin is a bit like a package (other projects can depend on it) but includes native code too. It also includes a mini-app so that you can test your plugin code while developing it.
Your plugin will end up being similar to the existing Connectivity plugin, so you may want to copy from there. In your Android method implementation you will replace
NetworkInfo info = manager.getActiveNetworkInfo();
with
ProxyInfo defaultProxy = manager.getDefaultProxy();
You have return two values, the host name and the port, so put these in a Map
Map<String, String> map = new HashMap<String, String>();
map.put("host", defaultProxy.getHost());
map.put("port", Integer.toString(defaultProxy.getPort()));
result.success(map);
Bonus points if you submit your changes to the Connectivity plugin.

I need help on accessing address book in Flash Builder 4.6 - Win 7

Hey guys so I am trying to dev a app for IPhone and am very very stumped right now. I have tried using Contact Editor - ANE (http://extensionsforair.com/extensions/contact-editor/#comment-7488) but I get an error:
VerifyError: Error #1014: Class pl.mllr.extensions.contactEditor::ContactEditor could not be found.
at runtime::ContentPlayer/loadInitialContent()
at runtime::ContentPlayer/playRawContent()
at runtime::ContentPlayer/playContent()
at runtime::AppRunner/run()
at ADLAppEntry/run()
at global/runtime::ADLEntry()
I made sure I included the correct file path under the ActionScript Build Path, besides that I don't know what else I can do. I do get the function like ContactsSimpe() function that hints when looking for a function. So I know it is connecting but once I go to compile and test in the flash pro I get this error. Here is some code that may help:
code....
import pl.mllr.extensions.contactEditor.ContactEditor;
public class soscode extends MovieClip {
var contactEditor:ContactEditor;
public function soscode() {
stop();
init();
contactEditor.getContacts();
}
code...
in my project window on left the .swc file for the native extension is in the reference folder. That is about it.
I really need some help on this an if you could give me a hand I would much appreciate it!
David,
Please let me know if you need anything else.
I'm guessing this might be a bit late now, but I've just been having this problem myself, and it was caused by the ANE not being packaged with the app when it's sent to the device / simulator.
Classes within the NE weren't being found at runtime, but were accessible in Flash Builder.
It turned out that by default the .ANE file wasn't copied to the device.
To fix this, change the following project property:
ActionScript Build Packaging -> Apple iOS -> Native Extensions -> Check 'Package' for the ANE
No idea why it wasn't included by default. When you uncheck 'Package' you get a warning telling you that it may cause runtime issues!
Hope this is of use for somebody.
