While I was trying to open the db service "Db2 Warehouse on Cloud" which I created it about 1 years before(It was called dashDB while I created it),I got the message "Your account is pending. Please wait up to 24 hours for email confirmation of your account. Also, check your spam folder. If you still have not received your email confirmation, contact Bluemix Support to get help."
I have waited for 24 hours but the confirmation mail still don't come...
Any suggestions will be appreciated!
Well..the service via bluemix seems to be inaccessible, but I can still access it using below URL.

I have setup an API Connect developer portal in the sandbox catalog (I've been following the basic tutorials about configuring an API developer portal found here).
I receive a message saying that i'll get a one time login link so that i can login to the portal as admin and reset my password. However, this never arrives. I have tried configuring the portal a number of times now and this link never comes. Therefore i'm unable to login as admin.
I've also tried using the 'request new password' option on the developer portal itself and entering my email but this also does not work
Is there a way I can retrieve the login link?
This could be a number of things:
1) the IBM emails often get flagged as spam
2) the IBM email server, or rather the people they've contracted this out to, doesn't fully comply with DKIM/SPF security, so if you are on a corporate server that requires this then you won't get your emails.
The workaround I've done in the past is spin up a gmail account and be sure to check my spam folder.
I am an IBM employee who created a DB2 on Cloud service. I received a message that I need to reactivate my account, with a link. Clicking the link does not reactivate the account.
When I go to the DB2 on Cloud console there remains a "Reactivate Free Tier" button. Clicking this just brings me the same dashboard the link takes me to and it does not contain (or where I can not find) my DB2 on Cloud service (and it does not reactivate the account)
When trying to log into the DB2 on Cloud database, I continue to receive the error message:
Connection authorization failure occurred. Reason: User ID or Password invalid. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000
Benjamin Schubert was able to reactivate my account. I've copied Benjamin's response below:
There is a bug with syndicated instances that we're working to resolve. In the meantime I've reactivated your instance manually. By the time reactivation comes back around (30 days from now) the issue will be fixed.
We had a fully working Jira Service Desk installation (JIRA Service Desk Application v3.6.1) for years and on Friday we changed the password of the associated email account ithelp#...
Once the change was done on the Exchange server we updated the password on system-Outgoing Mail and system-Incoming Mail, provided the latest password by clicking on checkbox adjacent to Change Password. After entering the password, click on Update button.. The test in both cases says its working.
If we check Mail audit log for ithelp#... then we see.
If we do a test there then:
And the "view log" shows:
What have we tried?
We went through https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshooting-jira-service-desk-incoming-mail-790960076.html?_ga=2.74568658.1933816762.1551665594-977289960.1550604024 without success.
Restarting Tomcat.
Rebooting the server.
Deleting and recreating the configuration for IMAP.
Configuring the IMAP settings using IP instead of server name.
If you know what could be the problem or if you know what we are missing your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

We are trying to connect our existing VSTS account to AAD following the instructions at: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/vsts/accounts/connect-account-to-aad?view=vsts
When we try to perform the step at: 'Connect your VSTS account to your organization directory' #6, we receive the following error:
Account ****** connection to an AAD Tenant failed due to the error : Account entitlement not found in the dictionary for source identity 'dffde1b5-5781-4c53-bbb2-5ff5792383dc'.
We have tried this with 2 separate MSA accounts; one was existing, one we create from scratch. The MSA accounts are added as a guest to AAD. We have made it owner on the subscription, is there a permission that I am missing?
One answer said they just had to wait 12 hours, we have waited 24 with no change.
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit
Hopefully this helps:

Response shows 500 Internal Server Error:

Let me know if there is additional information from Fiddler that you need.
The issue was on Microsoft's end. Apparently there was duplicate orphaned user entries for a user that had been deleted 3 years ago from the VSTS account. They had to manually correct it. Thanks for your help.

Same problem here. But I realized that I already have registered in Bluemix.
So, right under "Already have an IBM ID?" there is: "Already signed up for Bluemix? Log in".
This "Log in" link points to login page which, after entering my credentials, it redirects to https://console.ng.bluemix.net/?direct=classic. I don't know what this argument "?direct=classic" means, but the page won't show. So I removed it and everything is working fine.
