I have tried this a few times, and I'm not sure what I need to do next.
Please address the problem to Bluemix support using the following mail: id#bluemix.net. This team will assist you on this issue. Thanks.
Same problem here. But I realized that I already have registered in Bluemix.
So, right under "Already have an IBM ID?" there is: "Already signed up for Bluemix? Log in".
This "Log in" link points to login page which, after entering my credentials, it redirects to https://console.ng.bluemix.net/?direct=classic. I don't know what this argument "?direct=classic" means, but the page won't show. So I removed it and everything is working fine.

I have setup an API Connect developer portal in the sandbox catalog (I've been following the basic tutorials about configuring an API developer portal found here).
I receive a message saying that i'll get a one time login link so that i can login to the portal as admin and reset my password. However, this never arrives. I have tried configuring the portal a number of times now and this link never comes. Therefore i'm unable to login as admin.
I've also tried using the 'request new password' option on the developer portal itself and entering my email but this also does not work
Is there a way I can retrieve the login link?
This could be a number of things:
1) the IBM emails often get flagged as spam
2) the IBM email server, or rather the people they've contracted this out to, doesn't fully comply with DKIM/SPF security, so if you are on a corporate server that requires this then you won't get your emails.
The workaround I've done in the past is spin up a gmail account and be sure to check my spam folder.
I am an IBM employee who created a DB2 on Cloud service. I received a message that I need to reactivate my account, with a link. Clicking the link does not reactivate the account.
When I go to the DB2 on Cloud console there remains a "Reactivate Free Tier" button. Clicking this just brings me the same dashboard the link takes me to and it does not contain (or where I can not find) my DB2 on Cloud service (and it does not reactivate the account)
When trying to log into the DB2 on Cloud database, I continue to receive the error message:
Connection authorization failure occurred. Reason: User ID or Password invalid. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000
Benjamin Schubert was able to reactivate my account. I've copied Benjamin's response below:
There is a bug with syndicated instances that we're working to resolve. In the meantime I've reactivated your instance manually. By the time reactivation comes back around (30 days from now) the issue will be fixed.
While I was trying to open the db service "Db2 Warehouse on Cloud" which I created it about 1 years before(It was called dashDB while I created it),I got the message "Your account is pending. Please wait up to 24 hours for email confirmation of your account. Also, check your spam folder. If you still have not received your email confirmation, contact Bluemix Support to get help."
I have waited for 24 hours but the confirmation mail still don't come...
Any suggestions will be appreciated!
Well..the service via bluemix seems to be inaccessible, but I can still access it using below URL.

I'm doing the, Getting Started with AlchemyAPI Using Ruby, Ruby tutorial. But I cannot seem to find my API key.
Source: http://www.alchemyapi.com/developers/getting-started-guide/using-alchemyapi-with-ruby
At step 3:
3) Configure the Ruby SDK to use your API Key Now that you have the
Ruby SDK code on your computer, you need to do configure it to use
your API key. In the alchemyapi_ruby directory, run:
ruby alchemyapi.rb YOUR_API_KEY
Where YOUR_API_KEY is the 40 character API key you received in your
e-mail when you registered. If everything goes okay, you should see
the following output:
But I didn't get an API Key in an email...
The tutorial sent me to IBM Bluemix to register, which I have.
This is the email from signing up.

After confirming - still no API Key. I've logged into the Bluemix site and have been searching around but also don't see it.
I apologize in advance if I've missed something obvious. But I'm wasting a lot of time here and would really appreciate any help :)
Has anyone signed up for this service recently and been able to get their API key. Can you tell me where it came from?
Login to Bluemix, go to Services & APIs. In Watson section chose AlchemyAPI and create one. After AlchemyAPI is created go to the dashboard and select created instance.
Under Service Credentials you can find the apikey:
After the acquisition of AlchemyApi by IBM the endpoints have changed hence the old legacy code in GitHub will not be able to use the key which you get from ibm bluemix.
Click on the watson --> then on the previously created credentials --> again click create. Then highlight the 'service credentials' to see the json format details.
I need to create a "Service account" in order to permit my application to access Google Cloud Storage.
I'm attempting to "Create a new Client ID" --> Service account via the Google Cloud front-end, and getting this error:
Server Error Whoops! Our bad.
Please try again. If the problem persists, please let us know using
the "Send feedback" link below. Copy the tracking number below, and
include it with your feedback. Thanks!
Tracking Number: XYZ
I've "sent feedback", but the error has put a hard-stop on testing, and I don't have a $150/month Google support plan ... so I'm now at the mercy of Google's support system w/ no insight into how long resolution might take.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I might be doing wrong / what I can do to more quickly remedy, short of waiting for Google to respond?
