adding Contact/Number into Textview/textfield like default MessageComposer did

As like my other questions I tried to search for this. But I didn't get anything.
Maybe my path is wrong. Please direct me.
Here is my Question : I have a UITextView. In that I am going to add Numbers, Names and contacts.
I want to show each number separately as MessageComPoser did.
Does anybody know how to make this?
If my question is not worthy, give me the correct answer then downvote.
(For my questions somebody downvoted without even giving any answer!!)
There is no way to do this using apple's native framework, they didn't provided any controls for doing the same.
You can use the TTMssageRecipientField provided by Three20 framework.
I found the Answer. I don't want to use Three20 library since it is Very difficult to use in my project.
So i Found Awesome Link. That gives me the answer.
I used this Code It May HelpFull To many users, specially for those who Upvoted This question.

Joomla articles by rating + rating plugin/component implementation

I dont want to waste lots of time on creating wrong functions
Plan:
It's already done, but to understand better.. I tell you :) So first thing I made: I added extra articles which are shown in main article. So it's looks like this: main article and extra nine articles in which i want to add voting.
Eeach article(extra articles, not main article) must have rating like in youtube - like and dislike. I think of using this script ( so the first question is - how to create this voting and add to these articles ? Should i create this voting plugin or component ? Or i already can add code to article view and model ? Each article will have different articles in them, based on votings and (later maybe?) on tags.
I wouldn't try to hard code a voting script into the core Joomla content files nor should you need to create you own plugin for this. There are lots of voting plugins on JED which I think will suits you needs. You can find them here:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/clients-a-communities/ratings-a-reviews
One of my favourite plugins is this:

Hope this helps.

What type of chart would be best for displaying this data?

EDIT:
I don't mean in terms of how to implement it. i mean i dont like how the date is displayed with the bars. what other type of chart would be more suitable. I know a threadhold line wouldnt work beacause the values of the capacity are different for each day. if they were all the same a threadhold line indicating capacity would work
I think a line graph would be an excellent way to show the data.
I made that using the chart wizard. Link: here. I used the data you provided above, so it should be accurate unless I mistyped.
On the chart wizard, you can import this chart using the link I gave you above if you want to clean it up, add axes, etc.
The best way is impossible to answer, depends on too many things specially since you didn't clarify almost anything in you question.
Anyway, Google's chart API would be ans "easy" way to do this.
Good luck, I you clarify further in your question, I'll try to be more specific and improve my answer!
It can do this quite easily:

Tutorials and resources on jqgrid and flexigrid

Am currently trying to use for the first time both jqgrid and flexigrid to make database driven pages whos backend uses Zend Framework.
I have been googling and the search results that turn up aren't very helpful.
Any links that can be helpful?
Sorry I'm not fammiliar with the Zend framework, but as per a useful link for jqGrid documentation I find this wiki to be the best.
Edit: This is also a valid documentation resource here.
The Demo page on the official jqGrid site provides a lot of good examples and the code behind them.
Well worth checking out as it covers most things you can do with it.
