my app got recently approved,
and I have a few questions regarding iAd.
1) How much exactly is revenue per impression and per click?
2) I have not seen ads showing up on my own device, but they do show up on my friends' devices. Is it supposed to be like this?
3) What if someone clicks on different ads multiple times on the same device, say, throughout the day? Is it still the same amount of revenue per click? or does it count as once since it is on the same device? If it is allowed, wouldn't that be a source of sort of an intentional multi-clicking just for sake of revenues?
4) How frequently are the revenues deposited to your account?
5) Does click-through rate increase just by clicking the ad, or actually installing it?
that's about it.
Please clarify these issues for me!
Thank you.

When you release a new update of an iPhone app, iTunes temporarily stops including reviews from old versions while it waits for users to submit enough reviews of the latest update. Eventually, it starts to include all reviews when calculating your average and displaying your total review count.
When does this transition take place? Do you need to reach a certain number of reviews? If so, what is that number?
It's 5 (ratings, comments are options).
While I say this from personal experience on various app, it's impossible to find an official information about this, but this value is confirmed by others.

In My iphone application i added iAd Control i am getting Requests and impressions but i am not getting revenue. Why it is happening? Do we have to do something to get Revenue?
I am very confused. Some one says about CPI(Cost Per Impression). But I am not getting how to enable CPI.
It depends on how much that advertiser is paying, they might pay 20 cents per thousand impressions, so if you have 10 impressions, you would have 0. It all just varies, if you are seeng requests and impressions, you are fine, there's not much you can do other than get more people to use your app thus getting more impressions.

Is there a way to track visitors to the App Store? I'd like to find out how many people are viewing my app's App Store page. Thanks.
No way to see how many App store visitors you get for your App unless they buy/download your App (or leave a review), but check out the iTunes Connect App. It is one of the best ways to track everything you can track about your Apps.
The [iTunes Connect] app goes into good detail, allowing you to break down sales by
day, week, month and six months. Complete with graphs that display
sold units and updates, you can also see how your apps are doing in
all the markets they are being sold in.
Unless they post a comment, you can't know who is visiting your page.
There are third party services too that give in-deapth analytics. A few to name are:
http://www.flurry.com, http://www.appannie.com and
http://www.appfigures.com

Can someone with experience in App Store market. Give me answers of my questions?
I hear stories that people make 5000-10000 $ per day from their app, is it real?
How may are users on App Store?
How much money you can make from application advertisement, how much apple pay? Per click or per impression?
Please exchange your experience with us, tnx :)
Yes, those numbers are real for a very small number of developers. You're unlikely to get any more detailed stories here, and nothing you do hear will be useful for your own economic projections.

Whenever I submit an update for me app, the number of reviews visible for it drops to 0. If the customer bothers to click through they can see the previous versions' reviews...
But the damage has been done. Since the app has 0 stars, I see a significant drop in sales. It takes the app a good week of earning new reviews to restore sales.
I usually version the app as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 etc.
Is there something I can do during the update process to prevent losing reviews like this?
You are not actually losing reviews. iTunes only shows reviews for the current version (when enough reviews are available). On the app page the overall is still listed. There is no way to override this behavior, so make your updates infrequent.
Nope you cannot do this. Users will always see the number of ratings for the current version and not the total for all versions.
