I've found a whole bunch of Asterisk modules on SugarForge, but nothing for Freeswitch

I have seen anything with a cursory Google search, but will keep an eye out for it.
In the meantime, what kind of integration are you looking for? Click-to-call inside Sugar should be a pretty simple task ( see the Skype integration for a starter guide ), and doing call logging into Sugar should be just a matter of a script calling SugarCRM web services to push the data into Sugar.
Let me know if you pull something together, would love to feature this on the Sugar Developer Blog.
Thanks!

I'm looking for a premade IRC bot, that i can easily install on some of my channels. They are mainly support channels, so we will need to be able to add commands to give out important notices etc.
All help is much appretiated.
You should have a look at Supybot. It's an extensible and easily configurable IRC bot written in Python. You will find many plug-ins on the official website or on GitHub. If you happen to know some Python, it is probably your best option.
You could also try Eggdrop (or Windrop which is basically an Eggdrop version for Windows). Many TCL scripts (extensions) are available pretty much everywhere.
I suggest you to visit the IRC-Wiki which could be useful when you need information about anything related to IRC.

I am new to Sugar CRM and i would like to develop Facebook connector for community edition.
I could not get any sample code for this.
If anybody know please guide me to develop this connector.
Thanks
Naveen
Have you looked into the various other connections available...
http://www.sugarforge.org/search/?type_of_search=soft&words=facebook&Search=Search
SugarCRM documentation have one example on connectors implementation
http://support.sugarcrm.com/02_Documentation/04_Sugar_Developer/Sugar_Developer_Guide_6.7/02_Application_Framework/Connectors/Examples/Creating_A_Custom_Connector
And of course you can search for connectors in GitHub where I find some useful projects like

For Launchpad projects, it is possible to offer community support thanks to the Questions & Answers. How can I enable similar functionality for my Github project? Is there something already offered by Github, or some other site? The purpose is to help with for example software installation.
I believe there's nothing like that on GitHub. However, exploiting available tools, I would use the project wiki to build a knowledge base about your software, and the issue tracker (perhaps with some kind of "documentation" category/label) as a mean to reproduce Q&A threads, which ideally should result in a wiki page (that you'll need to put together yourself) with some kind of definitive answer to the specific question.
There is no Q&A functionality in Github. Q&As and forums can, however, be created at other sites, for example googlegroups.

I am thinking the build my own home system that can do basic tuning channels or view lineup for my Comcast cable TV, like xfinity TV App does.
I am wondering if someone know Comcast open their API? or is there a way that can do it?
Thanks
Lewis
Most likely, you'll have to program against a 3rd party system that uses a CableCard.
To my knowledge the only way you can do something like this is to write a plug-in for Media Center on Windows with a CableCARD. Take a look at the Windows Media Center SDK Overview and see if it has the functionality you're looking for.
Nope, everything I've seen suggests that it's a private API. Which makes sense, they probably want you to have to use their services instead of creating your own.

If you have come across any CMS (.net or php) that can be used for Restaurant business, please let me know. The admin should be able to add new menu items and perform CRUD menus.
Thankyou.
Perhaps using Wordpress would be a good start for a restaurant website. There are even some people using specific modules like Flutter (a CMS extension to Wordpress) that can be used to manage menus. If you look at the Wordpress extension for restaurant, you have many extensions.
The best solution for you is to use some OSS e-commerce engine.
OpenCart, I think, is the best one. It is simple and extendable.
