I'm trying to set up test users using the "roles" tab in the facebook developer app but it is capping the number of test users I can add at 6 even though this http://developers.facebook.com/docs/test_users/ link says that you can add up to 500! When I try to add more by selecting 10 on the drop down menu it seems to be doing some processing but when it finishes nothing has been added.
Does anyone know why I am being capped at this number?
Facebook's interface for creating and managing test users is hell. Get the free FacebookTestUserManager (Windows only) and save yourself the headache. It's less buggy than Facebook's web interface.
If you're on a mac, google around there are other standalone test user managers out there.

I want to count the number of active users weekly/monthly using tableau and whenever a users opens the app (ios or android) the users should be counted as active.
Your friendly Tableau Server/Online administrator has all the data you need to do this.
When you say "the app" do you mean Tableau Mobile ? That might be a bit more tricky to do, but if there are certain workbooks that you only publish to mobile devices that would make the job easier.

What will happen if the app cross the spam threshold? Will be app be taken down and be blacklisted?
It varies from app to app, so no guarantees, but in general you can expect one or all of the following -
Restriction of access to certain APIs, especially the ones you're maxing out spam reports on.
Removal from the App Center (if relevant)
Deletion of the App in question.
Deletion of all Apps you are an admin of
Deletion of your Facebook Account

I'm working on an app that displays slightly different behavior based on the country that the user is in. I'm using the signed_request['user']['country'] parameter (which from my research appears to be set by a geographic lookup), and I'd like to find a way to simulate a visitor hitting my app from a different country.
Things I've tried:
Looking for special settings for test users
Changing locale settings
in facebook
Is there anything that can help me short of proxying my access to Facebook through a foreign http proxy?

I have created a webapp which is for iPhone. I need 2 helps.
App URL: http://classictutorials.com/ts/
How do i submit it to http://www.apple.com/webapps/ ?
Whats the best way to share with people who would be using it. Its a free app and neither am asking for any donation. So don't want to share across using money.
Apple adds the webapps on its own, and it didnt add anything to that list after 12/03/2010. So that is a stale list.
If you dont want to spend anything, you may want to advertise it on some forums, where they discuss about the problem your app could solve. Other than that you could try telling people, writing blogs about it or do a link exchange with other apps.

Watching their video and browsing their site, it looks like I have to do some kind of mouse olympics to publish an app. I want to publish an app to the App Store for as little money as possible, without using "hacks". Is there any way to do this, and does Apple allow it?
They seem to have posted the names of several apps using their SDK, and apps in the App store are required to include developer contact info. Write a few of the developers of recent apps using their toolchain, and see if any of their replies give you enough confidence.
