I have created a webapp which is for iPhone. I need 2 helps.
App URL: http://classictutorials.com/ts/
How do i submit it to http://www.apple.com/webapps/ ?
Whats the best way to share with people who would be using it. Its a free app and neither am asking for any donation. So don't want to share across using money.

Apple adds the webapps on its own, and it didnt add anything to that list after 12/03/2010. So that is a stale list.
If you dont want to spend anything, you may want to advertise it on some forums, where they discuss about the problem your app could solve. Other than that you could try telling people, writing blogs about it or do a link exchange with other apps.

I tried to upload the apps in appstore but it needs 5000 rs/ year for creating an account. Can anyone please tell me whether do we have any other iphone appstore other than appstore.
Thanks in advance
Search for alternative stores for iOS. But if you target legal ios(iPhone/iPad) devices, you have to use AppStore of Apple
EDIT I tried to share a link of lmgtfu.com but it didnd't let me share that content, so in my answer there is somtehing like "here are some alternative stores" sorry for sharing that without fixing.

I wrote an iphone app and was just released.curious to See how many people downloaded it. It is a free app. How do i find out how many people downloaded my app.
Thanks
from your Apple Developer account, use iTunes Connect to get stats on your app downloads. You can also use third party services like AppFigures to get better stats.
I believe the statistics will be available in iTunes Connect only after a week or so. Try Appannie (appannie.com) for better reports.

it's allowed to promise future features or content, such as levels, labeled as "comming soon" in my iphone app ?
Yes, this is technically allowed but I would caution you about doing this.
If you promise something, you need make good on that promise as customers will hold you to it.
It's always good to follow the rule: "under-promise and over-deliver".
Hint that there's new features coming, but don't get into too many specifics.
In the app, I've used a link to my website that shows a "Sneak Peak" of what's coming, I've found it works well. That way, you can update the website at any time, adding and removing things as necessary before launch of the new features.
Just my two cents.

Watching their video and browsing their site, it looks like I have to do some kind of mouse olympics to publish an app. I want to publish an app to the App Store for as little money as possible, without using "hacks". Is there any way to do this, and does Apple allow it?
They seem to have posted the names of several apps using their SDK, and apps in the App store are required to include developer contact info. Write a few of the developers of recent apps using their toolchain, and see if any of their replies give you enough confidence.

I am looking for an iPhone developer for a consulting job. The job is a single project and will have a well defined set of requirements. The problem is I don't know where to go to post for something like this. The developer would of course have a contract and get paid.
What are some sites i can post a job description to for iPhone developers?
37Signals has an iPhone specific job board category.
http://jobs.37signals.com/categories/6/jobs
I also see lots of iPhone developer jobs posted over at ArsTechnica:
http://jobs.arstechnica.com/
I think an interesting way to hire an iPhone dev would be to sponsor DaringFireball.net. You would probably get a lot of decent iPhone developers at least seeing the ad.
