Currently I am using UITabbar Controller to show my application's views. I would like slide to slide it horizontally away on certain view changes. Can I slide UITabbar controller ? or any other options?
This is my UITabbar controller.
I want to slide it horizontally or I want any other tool bar that can do it?

Hi I'm new to iphone programming and I'm having problem with scrolling on the storyboard. Let's say I need to add 30 buttons on a viewcontroller inside a scrollview, but the screen size only fits 15, how do I scroll down and add more buttons.

Another problem I have is that when I run the iphone app on the simulator, it can only scroll down too the button 13 even though there are 15 buttons on my view controller.

Thanks for your help.
you can scroll the scrollView on the storyboard. Scroll down and then add buttons.
You need to set a size appropriate for Scroll ContentSize. Take a note at that.
Please do provide more info from. Its gonna make the resolution process easy.
Take a look at this link for solid ScrollView intro:

In the storyboard... Just make the view bigger. In your case, you want to change the height:
For the problem of not being able to scroll across all your images. You need to make sure the scroll view is pinned to all four sides of the parent view and that the height and width are all set-up for the content inside the scroll view. (make sure there are no warnings associated with the scroll view in the storyboard.)
I have an Iphone application in which I had 10 tab items in the tab bar.
I don't want to add the more button behaviour of the tab bar here.
Instead of that I need to make my tab bar as scrollable.
Can anybody had the idea or links to illustrate this?
Can anybody guide me in the right direction?
But You can not use the UITabbar. You need to create custom UITabbar that behave the same.
Here are links of some projects will help you more.

How to make a horizontal scrollable UITabBar in iOS?
Although, and this is the reason im not writing a comment, i would not use a scrollview, as described in the accepted answer. Instead, i would go for a uipickerview, and rotate it 90 degrees using CGAffineTransformRotate. Let me know if this works.
1) define UIScrollview *scrollview
2) drag and drop scroll view
3) connect instance and delegate in xib
4) set frame of scrollview more so it is scrollable and more than view size
5) add uitabbar as subview to scrollview
[uitabar instance addsubview:scrollview];
I am developing an app. In which we are placing UIScrollView and buttons & images on UIScrollView.Images are at the bottom of the UIScrollView and Buttons are at top of the UIScrollView.
Problem is that I want to scroll only images not buttons. Is it possible to scroll only some part in UIScrollView. If possible how can we achieve it.
Any one can help or suggest with links.
Instead of putting the buttons on the UIScrollView, make the UIScrollView smaller and add the buttons to the same parent view as the UIScrollView.
You can take another scrollview and add images on it. So that if you scroll the images your buttons will not move.
Create 2 scrollviews, one for button & one for images. Then set scrolling disabled for the one with buttons.
I have a UITabBar without titles and I need to center tabs images vertically. How I can to this? I know that I have to subclass the UITabBar, but I have no idea how.
If the only reason you want to subclass UITabBar is to have an image only tab bar you might be better off with one of the custom tab bar controllers from cocoacontrols
i am creating an app which has two UIImageViews at top and bottom of the screen and few customs buttons in between them which i am using in a UIScrollview so that user can scroll through them while the two images remain on top & bottom as they are.But when i use the scrollview the buttons scroll over the two UIimageview instead of just scrolling between them or hiding behind them as users scroll down..how can i make the UIImagviews remain on top of the buttons in UIScrollview??
I assume that you use the Interface Builder...
Make sure that:
The frame of the scroll view is between the image view
The Clip subviews of the scroll view is checked
The image views appear after the scroll view in the views hierarchy (if not then you can just drag them inside the hierarchy)
