Liferay 6.2: Documents and Media portlet subscription feature not working for standard user - plugins

I am using Liferay 6.2 and want to set the options for the folder subscription feature in the Documents and Media portlet. My problem is that the button "subscribe" only appears for my Admin-user. For every other user of my portal it is not showing up.
I checked every permission that is set for users in the portal and the subscription-feature is nowhere to be seen. How can I have my normal users subscribe to folders?
Where can I find the right settings?

I found the solution myself.
The problem was that the users were not assigned to the open site. Although they had all the roles they needed they HAD to be assigned to the site, not only the community.

No option during facebook store setup to checkout in another website

I am trying to create a Facebook store for my Facebook page with the checkout leading to my website and not Facebook. When setting up the store I am not given an option to do it. I have seen it in some tutorials showing this choosing checkout option. Is there a way to get to the checkout option?
Found this video by Mexbs that explains how to overcome the issue. In short, here are the steps:
Change the location of your Facebook page to Germany (or some other country that Facebook didn't limit yet)
Add the Shop tab and proceed with the Shop setup. "Checkout on another website" and "Message to buy" should be available now.
Add one product to your shop (so Facebook won't delete your shop tab once you change the page location back to the original).
Change the page location back to your original location.
Apparently this feature was available before FB had its own payment method. Even though you can manage your catalog and add a product url, the checkout button only goes through the FB interface. I am going to ask FB tech support if there is currently a way around this.
I haven't found this yet either and would be stoked if someone can give a clear answer. I've found that if you add products from the Catalog section, you can add a website link for each product which is described by FB as, "a link to the website page where people can view more details and buy this product."
However, my store page is all sorts of mangled at the moment and I'm (sloowwwwlllyyyy) working with FB to get it all sorted out so I can't tell if it's actually working as I'm hoping it does.

When you click the shop tab to start the setup process DO NOT choose the United States as your location. Choose your location as literally any other location, I did Canada. When you do, it wont try to force you to use Facebook's automatic checkout. It will immediately pop up with the option to buy through messages or direct them to your website. This does not change the location of your actual page either, just choose another country when it asks you right at the shop set up process.
Because of the kind of product I sell I cant accept returns. I needed the ability to send them to my store

Assign project site template to EPT

I was trying to change site template with site that I had saved. The target site was using project site template and the solution was activated. Checking on Microsoft site, I don't understand what this if it appropriate means. Is there something that I need to do before I could setup this project site template.
I knew I have to do something to make it enable. In Site Creation option you need to choose either Automatically create a site on next publish or Allow users to choose.

Okta App Accessing issues

I have added community applications to our Dashboard by clicking on Add Apps(home page), and assigned to the people. its working fine, people able to access Community Software, but whenever we are intended to create our custom app(Jive demo sandbox) from admin panel and assigned people its not working as expected. even the admin not able to access the app it is showing message "Sorry, you can't access Jive Software because you are not assigned this app in Okta".

There is not sufficient information in this question to be able to answer. Have you tried reaching out to Okta Support? They should be able to check your configuration with your permission and help you with it.

How to add another account to Firebase Console (NOT the project)?

On every work day I'm logged into two Gmail accounts - personal and work.
When I open Firebase Console, I'm already logged in with my personal account. Clicking on user icon only lets me log out which screws up my Gmail sessions.
Just like in Gmail, it would be nice if I can add account to FB Console.
This has nothing to do with collaborators for the FB project.
Is it possible?

Here is a workaround:
Start another browser.
Login with work account.
Create project.
Give your other account access rights to the project (if your employer agrees).
Use your favourite browser from there on.

cannot add existing page to Facebook App

We run a website with a blog and we're using a wordpress plug-in that pushes the blog posts to facebook via an app. It is working fine for regular users but we want it to push the posts to the organisation's community page.
The annoying thing is, I deleted an existing community page and created a new page via the "Create New Facebook Page" button in the "App Page:" setting of the "App Details" area for my app.
The new page was created exactly as requested, and it still won't allow me to link it to the app.
How can I get this working?
The Wordpress plug-in is called "Add Link To Facebook" in case anyone is wondering.
Please ensure you are using the pro version and confirm this. It seems this functionality is only provided in pro.
Wordpress requires a separate action to authorize pages. So using an app for example you'll first authorize your account to be accessed and then another popup will appear asking you to select one of many pages in your account. Is anything like this happening?
