C++ Builder XE5 - How to turn off Deployment Manager - deployment

I apologize if this is not the right place to ask such question, but I'm at my wit's end since Embarcadero's forum won't allow me to post any question there.
I have enabled the "Deploy" feature in the C++ Builder IDE, to test out about the depending dll & bpl files of my application, when I'm done, I found myself trapped in an annoying state - I can't perform any debugging without connected to a remote pc (with their PAServer)! This is causing a HUGE problem for me as I will not be able to debug my application if I'm away from the office, i.e. I'm on a field service at my client's place or at home.
I tried deleting the deployment profile, but it just get recreated every-time I compile my project and there is a DEPLOY command upon running compiling and running the source code. I have to wait until the connection attempt to the remote pc time-out to continue testing the application by manually clicking the .exe of my application.
Is there any way to turn off the "Deploy" feature so that I can do debugging on my local machine just as before activating the "Deploy" feature?

I've found out where the profile was hiding and deleted it, now I can debug as usual.
In the Rad Studio help:
ms-help://embarcadero.rs_xe5/rad/Connection_Profile_Manager.html

On occasion, I have this same problem with DelphiXE5 (where the problem is that I forget how to get back to the default environment without losing my remote settings.)
Remote Deploy active:
The Revert option for the normal build/debug environment:
And finally, the previous Remote Deploy settings available via the same Target Platform context menu (i.e., Properties):
The Default Connection isn't something to be setup. To the contrary, it's really not a connection at all. The Revert... menu item essentially means Revert to local build & debug.

How to programmatically build VIs without user interaction?

I have a LabVIEW project with five cRIO targets. I wrote a build VI that compiles and deploys the rtexes, after the deployment the target is rebooted. The problem is that while deploying, LabVIEW opens a connection to the target that it wants to keep alive. That is why it displays an error dialog that says "Warning: Connection to target (name) has been lost."
The question now is what do I have to do to supress these dialogs or how can I write it that they are avoided totally?
EDIT:
I want to build or compile the buildspecifications, I don't want to generate any code. The problem is that if LabVIEW connects to a cRIO it keeps the connection alive and when restarting it, it cannot reconnect because it would stop the executed rtexe so it pops up an error which I don't know how to supress or get rid of it. The restart has to be done that the built rtexe is executed.
EDIT 2
The problem is that this popup blocks the execution of the following code. It should be a silent VI without popups. The replication software is not the right choice because the code differs from target to target.
It seems that you have the cRIOs added to your project. Interesting that a deploy will automatically connect but not disconnect.
One possibility is to disable the automatic connection check in the project properties of the cRIO.
The other possibility is having LabVIEW disconnect from all targets. See screenshot below. Basically you iterate through all devices of all open projects and disconnect from them. You'd have to do this after every deploy.
[Sorry, only german LabVIEW available here]

Install4j "Browse" Button hanging the installer

I'm using install4j 6.0.3, everything works exactly like it should, however if the user tries to change the installation location by using the "Browse" button, the installer locks up completely, and you need to use task manager to kill the process.
This happens on Windows 7 & Windows 8(.1)
Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this issue?
Ok, this is extremely weird, as I was debugging according to Ingo, I checked the option "Allow new folder creation" on, made a build, then checked it off again and made another build.
That build now works for the affected users, I guess there was a latent weird option in the config file or something.

Convenient way to run eclipse plugin

I have recently started developing an Eclipse plugin (which is basic stuff for now) and I am struggling with "default" way to run Eclipse plugin ("Run as Eclipse application").
The Eclipse is starting another instance with my plugin already installed in it (this is default behaviour).
The problem is that when I want to re-run my plugin project and I press "run" button again (or Ctrl + F11) (and the another Eclipse instance still running) I get following message:
"Could not launch the application because the associated workspace is currently in use by another Eclipse application".
The error makes sense, and when I close "testing" Eclipse instance I am able to run my plugin again.
The question is - "is it normal routine for plugin development?". Maybe I am missing something, e.g. special arguments for Eclipse?
This seems all pretty normal. The error message is since the run configuration is specifing a workspace and when you start a second instance using the same workspace it is locked and considered in use.
What I usually do when testing a plugin is to create a run configuration (click "Run...") where I disable all the plugins I wont need when testing. This makes sure that the test starts up a couple of seconds quicker. Make sure you save that run configuration as a *.launch file aswell, that makes it quicker to test the next time. Or it can be used to share the configuration.
There's a lot you can configure in the run configuration, such as eclipse arguments, vm argument, if you want environment variables set, etc. So be sure to experiment a little.
In your run configuration. Main tab->Workspace Data ->Location text box add this:
${workspace_loc}/../runtime-EclipseApplication${current_date:yyyyMMdd_HHmmss}
Note the suffix ${current_date:yyyyMMdd_HHmmss} by this every time you launch your application new workspace will be created. So you will not get any error message saying workspace is locked.
But be careful as the folder .metadata will be different for different instances as their work-spaces are different. Thus preferences stored/retrieved by different instances are NOT in sync.
You are probably missing one important point: Eclipse supports the Java hot code replacement. Therefore in many cases you can modify your Java code while your application Eclipse instance is running, save the code and continue without restarting.
If hot code replacement is not possible, Eclipse will tell you, so you always know whether the editing changes are applied to the running instance.
This works best with more recent versions of the JVM, so consider upgrading to the latest Java 7 version, even if you write code to be compliant with Java 1.5 or 6.

WebSphere Debugger not stopping at breakpoints in Eclipse

I have deployed my application on WAS 8 as debug. The server status is [Debugging, Synchronized]. When I put breakpoints and start the application, it doesn't stop at the breakpoints. I don't see the debugger thread start either.
I am using RAD 8.0.4 and JDK 1.6.0_31. I have tried cleaning the project and re-deploying but it still doesn't work.
I was able to get it working via a complete clean install of my app. Then removing it from the server via add remove. Clearing cache from the websphere/profiles/myprofile directory. and clearing all bits of my app from the profiles folder via a search for its containing file aka (myproject-folder). Then re-installed the app via add remove on the server and it worked for me.
Best guess I have is something was actually out of sync even though the server though everything was A okay.
WebSphere is a PITA and seems to get out of state too easily.
I'd restart the server and perhaps do a clean on the server (right click on the server, click "Clean...". If that doesn't work, you'll have to take a careful look at the location of your break points. They might not be on code that's getting executed. Place a break point further upstream if necessary, follow it down just to confirm the flow.

Eclipse : Whether to select Local Or Shared File during Remote Debugging

I have made some code changes and deployed the code to Jetty Server which is located Remotely .
Accessed the application through browser and I am trying to debug a Application .
Please tell me whether i need to select the Local File Or Shared File from the Eclipse Debug Configurations .
Please see the screen shot here .
The option shown in your screenshot will not help you automatically get code deployed to your remote Jetty.
The option simply allows you to Share your launch configuration (Remote Java Application - ManageWatchlistCall) in your eclipse workspace. This will allow you to checkin the launch configuration in a versioning control system so your colleagues automatically get the sme Remote Java Application launch configuration.
in order to get new code to your remote server, there are only 2 options :
Redeploy your application on the remote server.
Hotdeploy pieces of code to the remote supported (if the server supports it)
Use Hotswap Bug Fixing (works for small fixes) (*)
(*) If you are running Java Virtual Machine (JVM) V1.4 or higher,
Eclipse supports a feature called Hotswap Bug Fixing (not available in
JVM V1.3 or lower). It allows the changing of source code during a
debugger session, which is better than exiting the application,
changing the code, recompiling, then starting another debugging
session. To use this function, simply change the code in the editor
and resume debugging.
