Can't run command create wrapper federation - db2

I'm trying to setup BigInsights Federation to Netezza following this guideline.
But when I execute command create wrapper, I got an error:
[C2-BIGDATA-BIGINS-MGTNODE.VMS2.COM.VN][bigsql] 1> create wrapper nz library 'libdb2rcodbc.so' OPTIONS(MODULE '/opt/ibm/SDAP71/lib/libodbc.so');
SQL Exception(s) Encountered:
[State: 58004][Code: 15]: BIGSQL-GEN-0010 Found an internal error: 'Failed to execute query 'create wrapper nz library 'libdb2rcodbc.so' OPTIONS(MODULE '/opt/ibm/SDAP71/lib/libodbc.so')': line 1:8: unexpected token: wrapper'.
Do you know where is an error come from?
How can I check federation server is enable?

Hyperledger iroha - schema error while connecting to postgres database

I am trying to deploy Hyperledger Iroha on MacOS (BigSUr) locally, and while running the following command
./build/bin/irohad --config example/config.postgres.sample --genesis_block example/genesis.block --keypair_name example/node0
I get the error
Storage initialization failed: Cannot execute query. Fatal error. ERROR: relation "schema_version" does not exist LINE 1: ... test, iroha_major, iroha_minor, iroha_patch from schema_ver... ^ while executing "select 1 test, iroha_major, iroha_minor, iroha_patch from schema_version;".
I have installed Postgresql DB locally and created the iroha_data database.
Is there a schema that i must load additionally or does it get auto created ?
I was able to overcome this issue by adding -drop_state while starting iroha daemon.

unable to implement audit log using triggers in postgres

I tried to implement an audit log as defined in the following URL : https://eager.io/blog/audit-postgres/.
When I tried to run the FUNCTION audit.if_modified_func(), the function is not executed and an error appears.
It says ERROR:

How to resolve the issue?

Consider using Db2 11.5 instead of InfoSphere Federation Server which went out of support 2017-09-30 https://www.ibm.com/support/lifecycle/#/search?q=InfoSphere%20Federation%20Server
Db2 11.5 includes inbuilt support for PostgreSQL federation in all Db2 editions including Db2 Community Edition

Cant import table to H2O, using Postgresql JDBC in Ubuntu

I am having trouble to import a sql table to H2O.ai using Postgresql JDBC Driver in Ubuntu. I'm getting the follow error:
ERROR MESSAGE:
SQLException: ERROR: relation "XXX" does not exist
Position: 22
Failed to connect and read from SQL database with connection_url: jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432/...**
I am executing H2O with the follow command:
java -cp h2o.jar:/usr/share/java/postgresql-9.4.1212.jar water.H2OApp
The JDBC driver is installed and already try to construct the Connection URL in several ways.
I'm using this one right now:
jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432/XXX?&useSSL=false

Got a SQLCODE = -991

After the sub of the exec JCL, i've got the following error :
SQLCODE = -991
Error = ALL ATTACH WAS UNABLE TO ESTABLISH AN IMPLICIT CONNECT OR OPEN TO DB2
This error is triggered when i call a module that allows to query a table.
PS : i have the necessary privileges for the table.
Thanks.
From IBM's page:
-991 CALL ATTACH WAS UNABLE TO ESTABLISH AN IMPLICIT CONNECT OR OPEN TO DB2. RC1= rc1 RC2= rc2

It is possible you are not running on the same LPAR as DB2 and you don't have sharing enabled.
Ensure you included DSNALI in your program bind (aka link) step, and that you're running on the correct LPAR.
