"XnDeviceSensorV2' failed" on Raspberry PI - raspberry-pi

I am new on connecting and using an Xtion Pro Live camera through Raspberry Pi (OS: raspbian wheezy). The camera is connected properly to the raspberry pi.
I followed the steps from http://mewgen.com/Ge107_files/20120921%20Setting%20up%20Rasberry%20pi%20for%20the%20Xtion%20and%20kinect.html
in order to operate the Xtion(openni and sensors).
When i try to run the command (as root)
"cd /unstable/SensorKinect/Platform/Linux/CreateRedist/
./RedistMaker Arm"
i get this error:

I have done all the changes that the author of the above site suggests, but the problem remains.
Could anyone give me some advice?

I solved my problem by downloading the SensorKinect-unstable.zip from https://github.com/ph4m/SensorKinect/archive/unstable.zip
Then i followed these instructions:
unzip the file
cd SensorKinect/Platform/Linux/CreateRedist/
chmod +x RedistMaker
./RedistMaker
and it worked.

It worked for me using Maria's link: https://github.com/ph4m/SensorKinect/archive/unstable.zip
I had to edit this file:
./Platform/Linux/Build/Common/Platform.Arm
and delete ‘-mfloat-abi=softfp‘.
After that, execute: chmod +x RedistMaker
./RedistMaker

Simulink: fatal error: MQTTAsync.h: No such file or directory

I am trying to build an MQTT system on a raspberry pi. I was studying about MQTT and read about it a lot. I found a set of MQTT blocks in the Simulink Raspberry Pi Hardware Support Package that I assumed I could directly use. I configured an MQTT server and got all the right credentials and everything but I am now stuck on one part that has left me stumped.
I keep getting this error saying that "fatal error: MQTTAsync.h: No such file or directory". I have looked a lot trying to find anything that might help me but I couldn't. I don't know where to get the necessary files that I need or if there is any solution to sort this. I'm sharing the entire snippet of the error if that is of any help. Thanks in advance.

Install CLAPACK-3.2.1 in fedora 23

Hi I use fedora23 to calculate matrix.
So I am trying to install CLAPACK-3.2.1 to my computer.
In the procedure,
1. download clapack.tgz (version 3.2.1) from www.netlib.org/clapack -> done
2. cd CLAPACK-3.2.1 and cp make.inc.example make.inc -> done
3. make f2clib -> done properly
4. make blaslib -> done properly
5. make (this takes a while) -> problem starts here.
in a procedure of make, there are two errors. The error message is this.

I cannot understand this. Please help me dealing with these errors.
I have also encountered this problem and was able to resolve it by increasing the stack size using ulimit as suggested here. The following worked for me:
$ sudo ulimit -s 100000
Followed by running make as usual. If you would like a primer on what this command does, check out this question: What does “ulimit -s unlimited” do?. Basically, it increases the limits on the scratch space in memory allocated to a thread.
In Kubuntu 17.10 it worked in this way:
ulimit -s unlimited

How to properly install FLTK with/in Cygwin?

I have tried continuously to install fltk into cygwin with no luck. I have been successful to install it to msys but i cant use msys in netbeans and i personally prefer cygwin.
-->After i have extracted the FLTK 1.3.2 tar file
-->I ran this in cygwin in the fltk directory (c:/fltk/)
sh configure --prefix=/usr/local/fltk --enable-localjpeg --enable-localzlib --enable-localpng
--> When i run make after the previous input, I get this:

Cygwin already has FLTK. Use the Cygwin installer, find the package, and install it.

Not able to compile PJSIP on Ubuntu for Blackberry 10

I am trying to compile PJSIP on Ubuntu according to this document:

I also encountered the issue before and solved it successfully. I think what results in the issue is that, after you executed the step 4 in the document: Execute bbndk-env.bat or bbndk-env.sh from the root of your installation of the Native SDK. You shouldn't close the command prompt or open a new terminal. I mean you should execute the rest steps in the same terminal, then you will build the library successfully. Also, you had better ensure your gcc is the newest version. Good luck for you.

How to set node path for nodejs (Ubuntu)

I'm trying to setup nodejs to access a postgres database. What I've done so far is the following (https://gist.github.com/579814):

I've been looking around for setting the node path, although haven't found anything of help so far - probably also because I'm totally new to nodejs, so I'd be happy about any hint.
Now, you have NodeJS installed in your Ubuntu. You should set /etc/environment and load nodeJS path that can be executed by another users. For example:
NODE="/home/ubuntu/local/node"
NODE_PATH="/usr/local/lib/node_modules"
PATH="/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games:$NODE/bin:$NODE/lib/node_modules"

Do this in bash:

before things are fixed you must use node 0.5.1 (you can use gitk to revert the tree to this version)

I had the same problem.
The issue was that I was specifying a old version of PG in my package.js
After I removed the old version dependancy I was able to install PG without issue.
