I new here at stackexchange and I would like to ask a question about Facebook Payment Issue. I am trying to Buy Gold in a game on facebook (GodsWar Online) and trying to pay using mobile payment but notice a big difference in my payment. The game gold for 2,000 gold cost P450.00 in my friends facebook account and in my account it's P500.00. I tried to contact the game and the facebook support and boku. But they all say that they don't know the issue they keep saying please contact boku, please contact facebook. If anyone know how to solve this issue please help me. Thank you very much.
This is not normally the type of post on stackoverflow. However, if i was going to guess it the pricing is set by IGG Inc.(http://livechat.igg.com/livesupport2/livesupport.php?gid=7) in Singapore and you are contacting the wrong people completely.

I have a Shopify site at https://www.vaingloryshop.com that is being blocked both by Instagram and Facebook. Instagram gives me the error "Link not allowed. It looks like your profile contains a link that is not allowed. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mistake." And as you can imagine I spammed the 'Tell Us' button, but they never reply. Facebook's debugger returns, "We can't review this website because the content doesn't meet our Community Standards. If you think this is a mistake, please let us know." Also let them know numerous times.
The domains are bought through Google. The first time we turned on the site was 12/24/18 and was the same time we tried to add to our IG bio and immediately got this blocked message and have ever since. At that time we had the primary domain as https://www.vainglory.us. And I thought the .us as throwing it off, which is why I changed the primary domain to what it is now (about a little over a week ago). Any ideas?? FB, IG support is MIA, and Shopify/Google domains have no ideas or issues on their ends.
Fixed! Found a clue while scouring the internet. I went ahead and setup a Facebook Ad account then from there contacted FB support in the Business Manager. They asked me about the URL in question and immediately fixed it. Apparently it had been blocked due to some unknown reason. Now everything's up and running!
We resolve our domain name and we found the live support in this link: https://www.facebook.com/business/help then on the bottom of categories you will find the "Find answers or contact support & Get Started Button" after that a modal will appear and it will allow you to choose a type of category, for us we selected the Business Pages then below there is a large text that will you if you need more support check this image for reference: Need more help? Contact Support.

Please help me to solve the issue.
The issue is,
After creating a Facebook business account for WhatsApp business API service. I did not found/see the menu of WhatsApp account setting in this. How to enable this menu. Could you please advice?
I am facing this same issue but as per the documentation here, Facebook is releasing this feature gradually and is not currently available to all the users.
This feature is gradually rolling out and may not be available to you right now.
i know it is a very old post but still people searching for information about this question... it is very simple answer just change the category on your Facebook page.. Whatsapp button will show again
I created a facebook ad with my personal account(what i use since six years),but it's been suspended.I sent my photo id over two week but there's still no reply.
I try to create ads with my friends' facebooks and computers, credit cards and of course different ads but thoose get suspended too?
What am i doing wrong?
Why facebook suspend a totally cleared ad?I paid 1500usd to a webside it looks professional i used the same computer and still they suspended it.
Can i make a complaint against facebook or its just a waste of time?
Is there any timeframe facebook has to reply me?
Thanks for help

We have all the details correct but still pending.
The message says: "Your App Detail page is live and available in search. Your app does not have enough high ratings and user engagement to be approved for listing in the App Center at this time."
So the question I need to know is: how do we get High Ratings? How can people vote/rate our game?
And is this all that's needed to be approved?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :-)
It seems that this problem is wide known.
The Solution , as it wisorked for a friend, to have your App Live Up and Running.
Once it has enough engagement Facebook will review it for App Center listing.
Be aware of common Submission Mistakes, as those will keep your App unlisted.
A brief look at the App Center Guideline will enlighten you more.
Hope it Helps
Is it possible to accept credit card payments or execute PayPal transactions within a Facebook app?
The ideal flow is for users to browse a catalog and complete a purchase all within Facebook. Is this possible?
If so, could you provide guides/tutorials for accomplishing this?
To clarify, our understanding is FB takes 30% of FB Credit purchases. We for this reason plan on offering either PayPal or credit card purchases, not FB Credit purchases. Is it possible to allow FB users to purchase with PP or CC instead of FB Credits? If we're wrong on the 30% transaction fee, please let us know. Thx!
Thanks!
Starting July 1st 2011 an app on facebook can only perform transactions with Facebook Credits (ignoring in game 'currency') . I have no idea where the doc covering this is, I'm not involved in that side of things.
This page https://developers.facebook.com/credits/ has this screen shot
which shows PayPal as an option to pay.
Here's a link from FishWorld that is explaining the policy on their forums http://www.talltreegames.com/fwf/showthread.php?3807-Facebook-Credits-Switchover-on-July-1st&p=20350#post20350

Hopefully this random smattering of information is of some help to you. :)
I don't see anywhere listed that 'ALL' facebook apps must receive payments using Facebook credits. On the following page, https://developers.facebook.com/credits/, I see that it is mandated ONLY for GAME apps as of now.
Quoting from the link above:
Note: Effective July 1, games on Facebook Platform must exclusively process payments through > Facebook Credits. Learn more on the Migration page.
If it is not explicit, I would assume that it is not mandated.
Seeing as a regular Facebook app is no different from a website, albeit in a small`ish iframe. Sure.
I'd look at integrating the Express Checkout for Digital Goods solution for an even better checkout experience; https://www.paypal.com/digitalgoods
Note: You may still want to review the Facebook T&C's on this; I'm not entirely sure if this is allowed by them
