I am trying to connect to Bluemix from Eclipse using this url : https://api.ng.bluemix.net
I entered my Bluemix id and password but it said wrong email or password. I do not know what was wrong since I was able to use both from my Bluemix console?
What happens when you select the "Validate Account" button? I see the following message displayed when I try to validate:
Did you have account on site:console.ng.bluemix.net?

When I click on the Open Console button from by Db2 resource on the IBM Cloud, I am getting the following error:
Error 401: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 401
I am logged into my Cloud account, so I'm not sure why there is an authorization error.
The Open Console button uses SSO for authentication. I can't diagnose why you're getting a 401 in this case, but you can instead try logging in using the given username and password. You can find this by navigating to the Service Credentials tab on the left side of the service instance page, clicking New Credential, clicking Add in the dialog box, and clicking View credentials to expand the JSON contents. You can find your username and password there and use them to log in.
I had the same problem. The only way how I have resolved this is just by deleting this Db2 service and creating the new one.
Be sure that the location chosen while creating the new Db2 service is DALLAS.
We had a fully working Jira Service Desk installation (JIRA Service Desk Application v3.6.1) for years and on Friday we changed the password of the associated email account ithelp#...
Once the change was done on the Exchange server we updated the password on system-Outgoing Mail and system-Incoming Mail, provided the latest password by clicking on checkbox adjacent to Change Password. After entering the password, click on Update button.. The test in both cases says its working.
If we check Mail audit log for ithelp#... then we see.
If we do a test there then:
And the "view log" shows:
What have we tried?
We went through https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshooting-jira-service-desk-incoming-mail-790960076.html?_ga=2.74568658.1933816762.1551665594-977289960.1550604024 without success.
Restarting Tomcat.
Rebooting the server.
Deleting and recreating the configuration for IMAP.
Configuring the IMAP settings using IP instead of server name.
If you know what could be the problem or if you know what we are missing your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

I can sign on to IBM cloud and used to click on "Visit App URL" and Node red would start. Now it is asking for username and password. I think I remember the username but not my password. How do I request a password reset?
You don't request a reset, the credentials you created when you set up the Node-RED instance can be over ridden by setting the following environment variables in the IBM Cloud console:
NODE_RED_USERNAME
NODE_RED_PASSWORD
More details can be found here: https://nodered.org/docs/platforms/bluemix
I had published my Dashboard to server and while opening it to server it is asking me to login. even I gave the correct credentials it is asking me to login again.
When I try to connect SQL server with the same credentials it is working.
To view a published a workbook (that uses a live connection) without being prompted for credentials, the credentials for the underlying data source must be embedded.
How is your data source configured? Live or Data Extract?
Did you choose the "Embedded Password" option when publishing to the server?
I get the following error when linking IBM id to Bluemix:

Same problem here. But I realized that I already have registered in Bluemix.
So, right under "Already have an IBM ID?" there is: "Already signed up for Bluemix? Log in".
This "Log in" link points to login page which, after entering my credentials, it redirects to https://console.ng.bluemix.net/?direct=classic. I don't know what this argument "?direct=classic" means, but the page won't show. So I removed it and everything is working fine.
