Macro runs on one computer and get run time error 5 on anothe - macros

I run a macro on one computer and it is fine
And on another it gives me the run time error 5: invalid procedure call or argument
This is the code he doesn`t like:
ActiveWorkbook.PivotCaches.Create(SourceType:=xlDatabase, SourceData:= _
Range(Cells(1, 1), Cells(R, C)), Version:=xlPivotTableVersion15).CreatePivotTable _
TableDestination:="ProjectsOW!R3C1", TableName:="PivotTable3", DefaultVersion _
:=xlPivotTableVersion15
Please help!

CAUSE
This problem occurs because the destination worksheet and the range for the new PivotTable are specified in the recorded macro. Therefore, the recorded macro is not dynamic. Additionally, the recorded macro cannot be played repeatedly.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
In the Microsoft Visual Basic Editor (VBE), locate the code for the recorded macro.
Empty the value of the TableDestination variable as in the following example.
TableDestination=""
On the File menu, click Save.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

vsCode on Problems panel, items from tasks/problemMatcher -how to remove an item when there is no more error

Using VSCode, I define a Task to compile my code.
Into the task, I define a problemMatcher to catch error(severity=error) or success(severity=info).
When I execute the task, if error match pattern, VSCode report it into a item of Problems Panel.
So, I read my error, place a correction on my code and re-start the task to compile. Now, there is no more error.
BUT how to remove the 'error' item from the Problems Panel ?
Is there a way to define a 'no'problemMatcher ? or a command to remove a item on panel ?
?
so, I found I need to define the problemMatcher.owner with a value (arbitrary).
If omitted, each execution set a different owner to the 'problem' item and then it do not delete previous 'problem' items.
Default 'external' if omitted seems not exact or not complete.
I discover it when I analyze the detail of Problems items (right copy message) from my problems and compare with working tasks/problemMatcher. The main difference was the owner value, unique on mine, same on working tasks/problemMatcher.

Where to find "Log Dyld API Usage" and "Log Library Loads" on XCode 11?

I want to disable the printing of Logging Dynamic loader events (dyld) in the XCode console. I found a solution here.
But I couldn't find Log Dyld API Usage and Log Library Loads options in product scheme diagnostics of XCode 11. Please help me find them.
PS: If there is a new process in Xcode11 for disabling logs, please let me know.
Answer: This step by step solution is suggested below in the answers. I am just attaching this picture for a better understanding.
Dynamic loader
Events environment variables
One would say that you can set environment variables like DYLD_PRINT_APIS=0, DYLD_PRINT_APIS=false, DYLD_PRINT_APIS=no, ... but it doesn't work in this way. Check the source code:
else if ( strcmp(key, "DYLD_PRINT_APIS") == 0 ) {
gLogAPIs = true;
}
In other words gLogAPIs is true when the variable exists. You can set it to whatever value, keep it empty, it will be always enabled if the variable exists.
Xcode scheme
UI for this setting is gone in the Xcode 11, but it can still be in the scheme file. Let's say that you have a simple project Foo. The scheme is located at Foo/Foo.xcodeproj/xcshareddata/xcschemes/Foo.xcscheme1). It's a XML file. Quit Xcode and open this file in any editor and search for the LaunchAction element.
There will be:
LaunchAction element attribute like enableAddressSanitizer = "YES"2) or
DYLD_... environment variable set.
Just remove this attribute/environment variable and you should be fine.
1) The exact path can vary, because it the scheme can be included in the workspace, project, ...
2) I don't have a previous version (10) of Xcode installed, can't check for the exact name, but it should be there and it will be obvious which one it is. This one, I used, is for the Address Sanitizer checkbox. If you find the exact name, let me know and I will update this answer or answer it yourself and I'll delete this one.
Update
Instructions above helped OP to find exact XML element names. One has to remove:
LaunchAction/AdditionalOptions/AdditionalOption elements
where the key is either DYLD_PRINT_LIBRARIES and/or DYLD_PRINT_APIS

I only have this issue if a test step contains parameters. After refreshing the page and reopening the test case, the color code is black and it doesn't display the Save button. Also, the dropdown of the ... is empty.
Existing tests are fine, running them is also possible. Working with bugs, user stories and tasks is fine.
Screenshots can be found here
Is there a way to workaround this?
This is caused by the parameter name "#length", remove it or rename it to others like "#length1" would works.
This seems to be a bug with VSTS, I have help you created a feedback on MS Connect Page, refer to this link for details: "An element with the same key already exists in the dictionary" error occurs when save a test case contains a parameter named as "length".

how to verify text present in placeholder in selenium IDE

I want to verify the text present in placeholder. I have located the element and i am using Assert text command. I've entered the same string in value. On executing it is showing actual value did not match
Use assertAttribute or verifyAttribute command.
Example:
verifyAttribute | css=#search#placeholder | Sample String
Notes:
In the Target column of Selenium IDE, you need to provide the proper path of the element followed by an # sign
and then the name of the attribute. (placeholder in your case)
Using
verifyAttibute will still continue running the test case once an
error is detected while using assertAttribute doesn't.
You need to understand that assertText function can only check static text on your webpage.
You must be getting an error message.
This is perfectly normal.
What can help in this situation is using the assertAttribute or verifyAttribute functions.
Both these functions perform the same task; the former stops the test after receiving an error message in the text box while verifyValue just records the error in the log and runs the next commands.
While giving the target, either specify the XPath or refer by using the name=name#placeholder format.
You can find the name value by inspecting the box with a firefox addon called Firepath which runs with another firefox tool called Firebug. Install them if you don't already have.
Hope this helps!
Xpath contains() is the best way.
driver.find_element_by_xpath('//input[contains(#placeholder,"email")]')
Format : '//tag[contains(#attribute,"value")]'

Entity framework 6 + network

I have the following DB Model
At home I work with Visual Studio and SQL-Server on my PC. Now I took the PC at work and tried to create an EFModel using a SQL-Server in our network.
Creating the Model at work I get 44 Errors.
First curious thing (for me) is i get a msgbox with "Running this text template can potentially harm your computer.Do not run it , if u obtained it from an untrusted source..." i confirmed with ok (two times for 2 pop ups). Afterwards I see 44 Errors. After a few minutes I get the same msgbox as above again. After pressing OK a few errors are deleted (now I have 32 Errors).
Since I have the german express version I try to translate the remaining errors by structure:
"Public Property WindesName as String" has many definitions with identical signatures.
variable "_WindowsName" creates a conflict with a property "WindowsName" that is an implicitly declared member of class "Name"
I have this kind of errors for every field.
What I tried: I actually wanted to create the Model into a program, that doesnt work. Then i used a blank application, doesent work too. I reinstalled EF from nuget with no effect.
Maybe it has something to do with the model or with the network. Any help is welcome.
Ok, I was able to fix it. I changed Code Generation Strategy to Standard, deleted the two .tt files and rebuild the project. Now it is working.
