Newly Published App reporting Version as "Unknown" in iTunes Connect - app-store

New version of my app is 1.2. But in "Sales and Trends" in iTunes Connect I see "unknown" app version. Also new reviews not showing in App Store in "Current version" tab (only in all versions tab).
What's wrong?

I was having the same problem. I updated the latest version. I cleared out my browser history and cache and it is now working. If that doesn't work for you, try another browser. I usually use Chrome. Before clearing out Chrome's cache/history, I decided to try Safari. No luck. Then I tried Firefox and it worked there.
I've also noticed it can take several days for thing to update consistently across all the various pages. Like sales may not show anything for a recent week, but if I wait long enough and update/clear/etc, sales data shows.

How to get rid of the (Beta) from the app name on google play

I have deployed a flutter app on the google play as a production mode, which is this link, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=yurikanamba.lovealapp
(sorry the social login doesn't work now)
I can see the latest update from the link, like screenshots, but I can still see the word (beta) right next to the app name like this.
I sent this link to some of my friends, but they cannot see the (beta) like I do.
Do you know why I can see that and how to get rid of the (beta) right next to the app name?
I guess I should disable the Beta project in our App releases on google console, but there is nothing I can deactivate my beta release...
I have got the same problem:
First I published my app as a public beta version then I released it to production track. However, when using my developer profile I'm still seeing this Beta title.
I have a tried to unregister from testers list, then cleared my browser cache (desktop and mobile), my Google cache but I'm still seeing it.
Try this anyway, it might work for you.
The only solution I found is to use another account that was not listed as beta tester, but it seems that for profiles who have been (or still are) beta testers, "Beta" won't go away from your app title.

Update ready for sale, not showing up in App Store under "Update" (6 days)

So I applied for an expedited review on the 8th of december and it was approved, processed and ready for sale on the 9th of December.
I have version 2.0.1 on my phone, and the version 2.0.2 is not showing up as an "Update" in app store. When going to app store it will show me the date I upgraded to 2.0.1 and shows that is the newest one.
If i then click on the cell to show more info, it takes me to my page listing 2.0.2 and all the correct details.
If I search my app on the store, it shows correct info 2.0.1, it is just everyone who already has my app, is not being promoted to update.
It has been 6 days, and Ive contacted ItunesConnect support, they tell me everything is fine on their end and if I have users who are having problems, to instruct them to call Store Support. So I told them its all 50,000 users who are having the issue, and they instructed me to inform 50,000 people to contact Store support.
So at this point Im all out of ideas.
iTunes connect called me back after a few hours, they had spoken to Store support and there is an active bug they are trying to fix. They said this is a not a wide spread issue, but it is affecting many Devs.
They told me to sit and wait.
Edit
They never were able to fix it, after 7 days of error, I uploaded a new build, submitted for review, once approved, it kick started the process again, and was pushed correctly to the iTunes Servers.

IOS - Old version of app being installed from the app store

I released an update to my app 2 days ago. Since then I have heard from users that they are getting the old version of the app.
The really odd part is that the user is seeing the new app description and screenshots in the app store.
I have figured out how to reliably reproduce the issue. Is this something that I can fix myself? I've contacted Apple and searched the web but have found nothing so far.
To get the old version:
Go to appstore. Find SocialPar.
Click to install the app.
While it is downloading, go back the iPhone main screen (spingboard). You will see the app installing.
You now have the old version of the app
To get the new version:
Go to appstore. Find SocialPar.
Click to install the app.
Wait in the appstore for the install to complete,
Click open
It will prompt for passwords to itunes account
It will install again
Click open again
You now have the proper version of the app.
I am wasting a lot of money promoting my app right now and its killing me that my marketing efforts are driving people to install an old version of my app.
Can anyone reproduce this with their apps?
Apple is now allowing users to download older versions of your app.
You can prevent this by going to iTunes connect and visiting your app's "Rights and Pricing" section. At the bottom there's a "Manage iCloud download settings for this app" link where you can exclude older version from being available.
This is probably related to iCloud as I was having a very similar problem. If you have previously downloaded your app on any device then when you download it on a new device, it will download the same version as you previously downloaded. You then get the option to update to the latest version.
Confused me to start with!

App Store Downloading old version of app

I have a big problem. My app got accepted for an update. It downloads the old version even though it is showing the new screen shot of the new version. (No biggie, I have read that it sometimes does this.) But as soon as i download it on my iphone4, the store gives the little red badge showing an update is needed, which is for my app. I download the new update, It gives the first page's new graphics, but as soon as i try to do anything in the app, it crashes. But it downloads the correct version for my iPhone 5!! D: I have tested everything on both devices. And everything worked perfect. Thanks in advance!!!
Kurt
Wait a day. It should adjust. Otherwise email apple support. Most likely won't take more than a few hours
It can take a bit of time for the new version to propagate through all the various Apple store servers. If you try it now, you're very likely to get the new version in all cases of downloading from all locations and stores.

question about link for updated app on app store

when you update an application on the app store. does the previous link now link to the updated app or does there exist 2 separate applications?
The link your app is assigned when it is approved and hits the iTunes App Store is the only link that app will be assigned. If you were to update your app 50 times, the link will still be the same.
I think it would be the former, cause it usually links to the most recent version of the application, especially since the system (itunes, app store and all) is overall designed to prompt you to update if you're not at the latest version, so it's no wonder this is so.
The link is always the same. When you update an app the latest version is always displayed on the page.
