I got Unity 5.3.0 from the Unity official website ,I installed it,
while running it ,I Signed-in using my Username but it gets stuck in the "Updating License" Window
can anyone help me with that ?!

It happened for me twice for now. As Sean Powell was saying, you should close and reopen the application few minutes later. I think it's a problem with the license server connection.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? or restarting the application?
I had this problem too. Don't waste your time with unistall-reinstall. Close Unity, delete Unity_v(your unity version).ulf file in "C:/ProgramData/Unity", and reopen Unity. This should solve your problem.

i'm having an issue at launching unity.
I just install Unity, log-in via google and had that error.
Now, the bug appears with not even login in.
I tried to reinstall, remove registry and it stills happen with not even login in anymore.

As you can see it keeps refreshing the license screen like it's trying to load something.

I finally found a way to fix this problem.
First of all you have to know that the issue was with the license, it didn't activate properly, so it just keeps trying to activate again and again, and that's where the bucle was.
To solve this, i follow some steps made by myself, that came from a lot of research and combining some tutorials for others problems.
The first problem was I log-in only once, the first time I installed. After that I was unable to login again even with reinstall and remove registry. So I couldn't stop the bucle.
To fix that you need to uninstall Unity, remove registry (Ccleaner for example) and remove some hidden directories manually:
C:\ProgramData\Unity
C:\ProgramFiles\Unity or C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Unity
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Unity
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\LocalLow\Unity
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Unity
After removing all those files, you can have a clean install of unity, if you don't remove those, it will keeps login in on the same acc and keeping the bucle on.
So, after doing that the bucle will stop and it will let you login again. First problem solved
Now if you log-in the bucle will happen again, so we need to activate the license without login in. And we're doing it with the offline activation.
Unplug your ethernet, disconect from wifi, whatever, just make sure you don't have connection.
Open Unity and check that says "No connection: Quit or Manual Activation".
Click "Manual Activation" and download the License Request.
Close Unity and connect your internet.
Go to the official Unity Manual Activation Page and upload your Request File.
Download the aproved license, it will request you an Unity account.
Unplug again the internet and open Unity on offline mode.
Click "Manual Activation" and upload the Aproved License.
Make sure you have now access to Unity on offline mode and close it.
Second problem solved: License activated.
Now you only need to connect again your internet, then open Unity and you will see an activated license without login-in, so you can now log-in with the account you used on step 6.
And now the problem is solved. You have the activated license and you're logged-in.
It tooks me like "2 days" to make this solution for this poblem, hope i can help someone with this tuto and save ur time.
1- exit from unity
2- go to C:\ProgramData\Unity
3- remove Unity_lic.ulf
4- open unity
5- reactivate the license
and it work.
Just delete the unity_lic.ulf found in program data and open unity and it will works!
Ok, so what I did was extremely simple. I just selected the re-activate button I found on the right and then I followed the instructions or better, I answered the questions. I selected Unity Personal and since I don't work, I use it as a hobby I selected "I don't use Unity in a professional way". Then, I just pressed the button on the screen and then Unity worked perfectly fine.
Okay, so basically I build my game in unity, saved it in a folder and drag the file in a folder on my phone, made sure unknown source was checked and installed it on my phone.
However when I open it it shows the unity splash page but then it closes for some reason I do not know, I searched it up tried all different resources but nothing worked, it still did the same thing, I tried it out on my brother's mobile and it worked fine for him (it didn't close and it let him play my game).
It just doesn't work on mine. I'm using unity 5.4
Can anyone help me with this problem?

Try to uninstall all the previous version of the app from your Phone and then try to re-install it.
If the above plan didn't work, Change the build settings in Unity from Prefer External to Automatic,

my problem got resolved by deleting the android manifest file and then building again.
I hope this will help for people like me in future.
P.S : for me manifest was located at plugins/android/androidmanifest.xml
I was doing a course for learning the platform Unity and how I can make video games, etc..
I have installed the program in my PC, and the installation was correct, but at the time for starting the program, it doesn't end to start and windows told me, "The program stopped working, close it" and always the same.
Someone knows how can i fix it?

Try re-installing, checking you've got the latest version and you meet the software's requirements. A printscreen would also help.
Hold down the Alt key and click unity.exe this should let you open or create a new project rather than try loading the one that is crashing.
I am having this problem today when I tried to update my iPad app in iTunes. First it asked me to upload an application icon (which already existed, but they needed other), 1024 X 1024. I have uploaded non-alpha, non-layered, no-transparency image, upload succeeded. But when I hit "Save" it continuously gives me: "Failed to create an app icon error." I have tried png, jpg, same error. There is no other, detailed info on this error. Anybody can help me what is going wrong? Never had this problem before.
So here is what worked for me:
I used Chrome, but waited a minute AFTER uploading the icon, BEFORE pressing the save button.
My theory: I was pressing save immediately after the upload preview icon appeared. Perhaps the icon preview area displayed a thumbnail of the icon on the screen before the upload had been completely processed in the iTunes Connect backend.
Hope this works for someone else.
Same Problem, changed to Firefox and it got fixed. I was working with Chrome.
Safari choked, Chrome worked perfectly. Irony.
Switching to Chrome fixed the problem for me. Usually I only use Safari for iTunes Connect. iTunes Connect often doesn't work in Chrome.
I faced same problem on Chrome but when i switch browser to Firefox it worked
Faced this issue today on Safari version 8.0.6. I waited for over a minute after uploading the icon and then tried saving. Did not help.
I then tired it on Google Chrome (version 42.0.2311.152 (64-bit)) and it worked.
Same issue for me this morning 10-16-2014, Apple fixed the issue by 4:00pm. I just got it to upload with the same icon as before. It seems to be working now with a 1024x1024
I know this is some time now after the initial post but just to confirm that this is still happening occasionally. Would not work in Safari (would have thought an Apple website would work in an Apple browser!) but works perfectly in Chrome!
Come on Apple, get a grip!
Like user4151735 stated, the problem has been resolved itself. Just now I tried to Save with the exact same image, everything went OK. Looks like Apple server had some issue today afternoon, at least till 5:30PM EST.
May be you need more time.

I upgraded the iOS version which solved my problem.
If your project build settings supports 5.X versions and you have a device with iOS 4.x, when you try to record the script in Automation instrument, you will face the above problem.
Therefore upgrade your iOS to the version your project supports.
