Eclipse RCP - cant resolve importing libraries in final build - eclipse

I try to build/export Eclipse RCP product. I have several JAR libraries (not external JARs but they are inside project root folder). I am able to launch application/product in Eclipse environment but i cannot export it as Plug-in Development/Eclipse product. There is no error during exporting but when i try to run my application .exe file the error occurs:
"An error has occurred. See the log file:
C://...configuration/123123.log"
Inside log there is:

EDIT: ok i see that when i export project to .exe, logs.zip file is created. Inside this log there are tons of errors.
Those errors looks like missing JAR: The import XXX cannot be resolved XXX - package that is inside JAR library
1. ERROR in
C:\Users\X\workspaceRPC\SmoothFlow\src\app\amazonCalls\BaseAmazonCall.java (at line 3)
import com.amazonservices.mws.orders._2013_09_01.MarketplaceWebServiceOrdersAsyncClient;
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
The import com.amazonservices cannot be resolved
EDIT: Greg thank you for Your help, i have added in build.properties all the JARs but the problem still exists (the same errors). My build.properties looks like:
source.. = src/
output.. = bin/
bin.includes = plugin.xml,\
META-INF/,\
.,\
lib/,\
lib/FastInfoset.jar,\
lib/MWSClientJavaRuntime-1.0.jar,\
lib/MWSOrders_2013-09-01_v2015-09-24.jar,\
...
jars.compile.order = .,\

As well as listing the Jars in the MANIFEST.MF (shown on the Runtime tab in the editor) you must also list the jars in the 'build.properties' file. This is shown on the 'Build' tab of the MANIFEST.MF/plugin.xml/build.properties editor.
An example:
In this example I have three jars in a 'lib' directory included in the build.
The build.properties file itself will look like:
source.. = src/
output.. = bin/
bin.includes = META-INF/,\
.,\
plugin.properties,\
plugin.xml,\
about.html,\
about_files/,\
lib/,\
lib/jogg-0.0.7.jar,\
lib/jorbis-0.0.15.jar,\
lib/vorbisspi1.0.2.jar,\
icons/
Everything you want included in the plugin must be listed in the build.properties.

Ive tried removing workspace.iwo or whatever it was called but that didn't work, and I put it back again, and another one ive tried is putting javaw inside of the eclipse folder.

basically you see the log file.
I just updated the log file now by renaming the old one, so I get a new one. This is everything in the log file.
The Eclipse .metadata folder contains a lot of information on how Eclipse is used and configured. This could possibly get corrupted somehow causing Eclipse not to start anymore.
To check whether this is the case just open up Eclipse on a complete fresh workspace. Eclipse should then generate a fresh .metadata folder and should at least start up again.
If the startup is successful one can think about importing the projects from the old workspace again and continue from there. Eclipse has to be reconfigured then.

Eclipse screwed with open "initializing connections and drivers" process after playing with JPA facet / all data source explorer connections gone :-(

after Eclipse was hanging a first time ... I am not sure anymore at which step exactly, but somewhere when trying to Project->Mouse Context Menu->JPA Tools->Generate Tables from Entities
Eclipse (Kepler Service Release 2, 4.3.2.M20140221-1700 under Win 7 64bit)
after a restart all my data source explorer connections were gone (> 30) :-(
good that I exported most of them, but I removed the passwords and thus the re-import
is still time-consuming and ugly
the process Initializing connections and drivers never went away again (at least > 15 min and not after stopping this process Cancel Requested)
the import of one foo.xml connections file succeeded, but the 2nd on will always crash Eclipse again with the empty list again
I did not find my old backup in <myworkspaye>\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity\ServerProfiles.bak
even closing the only JPA project and restarting did not help
It may be unrelated, but I removed (obviously unsuccessfully) some earlier installed Toad Extension Plugin a long time ago which now throws errors in the .metadata/.log (and may have thrown it for some time already):
megs of logs of this (10 just filled rolled-over log files)
it also shows two entries Toad Extension under Window Preferences
I found similar folders of types .metadata/.plugins/com.dell.toadext*, .metadata/.plugins/com.quest.toadext* and .metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings/com.{dell|quest}.*

after moving out all the above mentioned .metadata/.plugin/*toad* folders the never-ending process went away, but importing db connection profiles more than once is not possible (Eclipse hanging again)
also the toad extension is not removed this way
but at least only one such exception in the logs now :-/
I guess I'll run through the complete cycle of installing/setting up a fresh Eclipse install or better workspace :-/

eclipse doesn't start, no errors shown

I have had Eclipse working and I completed some projects already. However, Eclipse was not responding for no obvious reason (doesn't start at all).
The error am getting in the .log file, and i have included some previous errors, is:

I have also, started the eclipse.ini with the command -clean
and deleted .\metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.e4.workbench\workbench.xmi
while I restarted my machine after each attempt.
I even downloaded a fresh version of Eclipse from a different mirror.
Any suggestion is appreciated.
Create Environment Variable as below!
Go to : right click on My Computer-> Properties-> Advance Settings -> Environmental Variables->
PATH -
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_02\bin -
- -
if problem doen't solve ..Try to re-install the jdk and then u will see no problem there is in opening eclipse.
i just found the answer for this question
what i needed to do is to make sure that eclipse identifies the JAVA_HOME
by adding the following command at the beginning of the eclipse.ini file in the Eclipse folder:
-vm
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_55\bin
make sure that they are on two separate lines.

Eclipse Juno Startup error log file

I've been using Eclipse Juno perfectly fine until recently when I started it up I received the following error:
An error has occurred. See the log file
C:\Users\Quinn\workspace.metadata.log
I've relatively new to programming so any help in layman's terms would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
The .log file was incredibly long so I'm only adding the last part. If you need more info. please don't be afraid to ask. Thanks!

I am having the same problem with Eclipse Juno, which I use for Android development.
As a workaround for Windows, I launch it from the console like this:
C:\path\to\eclipse\eclipse -clean
As hinted here, you can also try to delete the file YOUR_WORKSPACE/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.snap
This also worked for me and (so far) seemed to fix the problem permanently, unlike the first option.
I got my workspace starting again by deleting
org.eclipse.e4.workbench
from the .plugins folder. Then starting with the -clean flag.
In Mac you need to delete this file of your workspace
.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.snap
Delete: /[PATH TO WORKSPACE]/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources
It will get eclipse back to work
Cut the plugin folder out org.eclipse.core.resources [may be to the desktop] and start the eclipse. Now, you will see the eclipse open with out the projects. Now close the eclipse and Copy the plugin folder back again and start the eclipse. Now you should see all your projects with eclipse working open.
Go to your eclipse workspace and locate the .snap file in the given path
.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.snap
deleting the snap file should do the magic, what are .snap files well AFAIK
.snap files contains all the changes in workspace state of the IDE during the runtime and are used for eclipse crash recovery plan.
I have deleted metadata folder and restart eclipse and imported all project from same workspace folder. Problem solved.
Had the same error on Windows 8. Running eclipse as Administrator solved the problem.
Just delete the org.eclipse.core.resources folder at Workspace.metadata.plugins. But you will have to import all projects to the eclipse again hence we delete the resource handling folder of eclipse. Hope this helps
Simple delete .metadata file in your worksapce and again create a workspace using the same path. it worked for me.
Delete: /YOUR PATH TO WORKSPACE/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources
This worked for me

Eclipse RCP adding External Plugin

I have created a plug-in from jar files. I have added the this plugin in dependencies plugin.xml and also in target. When I try to run the rcp application from eclipse it is working fine. Then I exported the product with the Eclipse product Export Wizard. When I tried to open the eclipse.exe it is giving me error
An error has occured. Seee log file xxxxxxxxxxx.log

what went wrong.
With some observation of MANIFEST.MF, I found jars.compile.order attribute. Which is actually causing the problem. After removing this which is actually not necessary it works fine as a product too.
