New App to AppStore Expedited Review , how to write the reason? - app-store

I have developed a new App and want to request a AppStore Expedited Review, but have no idea how to write reason? Can anyone give some help?

Apple provides you already with an answer to that question:
Urgent Bug Fix or Time-Sensitive Event
https://developer.apple.com/support/app-review/
https://developer.apple.com/contact/app-store/?topic=expedite
If you just want to speed up the review process, I would not try to get an expedited review.

How to vote app reviews Helpful not Helpful in App Store?

Has anyone figured out how to vote Helpful or unhelpful for the reviews in the Apple App Store on your mobile phone. How do you get a review to the top of the reviews ?
Apparently there is a way to accomplish this. I had to google a bit i found that, by using 3D Touch, you can press and hold over a review on the AppStore and a menu pops up. You can select Helpful, not Helpful or report a concern. This is a great feature available on iOS 10 and above.
There is no option to vote a review for mark helpful or not .
you can install application and you can post your review and rating on the Apple App Store only.

Single magazine issues with In-App Purchase

I have some doubts about Newsstand/In-App Purchase that I really can not figure out. I'll try to be concise.
Scenario: magazine app that must offer the user the option to buy (in addition to subscriptions) a single issue. The issues will be released weekly, so even after the publication of the app.
My doubts (operational rather than technical) are related to how to deal with in-app purchases when the app has already been approved. How to manage the publication of future issues?
I thought it was enough to upload the new issues on my web service and then create a new product in the "In-App Purchase" section of iTunes Connect (because Apple says that individual magazine issues are non-consumable items), but how long will it take before the issue is on sale?
If in-app purchases (inserted after the app has already been approved) are subject to approval, it's almost impossible to meet deadlines of weekly publications...
How do apps (like Wired or various newspapers) sell individual issues?
Thank you in advance
Sorry if i'm not understanding you question but you want to know how to release new issues of your magazine?

Can't make distribution provisioning profile

Does anyone know what causes this? I get this each time I try to make a Distribution provisioning profile, and on both my Apple Developer Accounts. Can anybody tell me what I do wrong or is this a error caused by Apple.

Same issue here. I've called Apple Developer Support in Canada and their rep is now researching the issue and should update me within the hour. I'll post what he says here.
UPDATE
Turns out, Apple is experiencing unusually high server loads due to yesterday's keynote rekindling interest in iOS development. Try again outside peak traffic hours.

What if my application is rejected from app store? Do I need to take gap to retry or need to pay for that? How many trails I can make for app submission?
Please guide me.
Thanks in advance.

My iPhone app with a bug got approved, is there a way to roll back to a previous version?

I know if I fix the bug I have to go through the approval process again. Is there a way to rollback to a previous (approved) version?
There is an "Emergency" approval request for situations such as this. I can't find a reference to this so I suggest you contact Apple or email: appreview#apple.com. You can call the support number and ask.
This was announced in June or thereabouts.
