Now that iOS 10.3 is out, how do us developers go about responding to reviews on our apps. I've tried iTunes Connect, the App Store on Mac and iOS, as well as the Connect iOS app. I'm logged into my developer account on all devices/apps and still don't see the option to respond.
For posterity, this question was asked prior to the feature actually being available for developers via iTunes Connect. They releases 10.3 a few hours before they updated iTunes.
Go to your iTunes Connect and select the Activity tab at the top of the page. Click Ratings and Reviews in the sidebar to the left. You'll see all reviews along with an option to reply to each one.
Example
Notice also the addition of the Report a Concern option.
EDIT: Apple now has a guide available.
Login in iTunes Connect > Click My Apps on the homepage > Select your app > Click Activity in the toolbar > Click Ratings and Reviews under the platform in the left column > Click Reply next to the customer review on the ratings and reviews page.
If the Reply option doesn’t appear, you may not have the Legal, Admin, App Manager, or Marketer role.
If you have responded to customer reviews, you can even edit and delete your responses.
Login in iTunes Connect > Click My Apps on the homepage > Select your app > Click Activity in the toolbar > Click Ratings and Reviews under the platform in the left column > Find the review and response you want to edit or delete > Click Edit Response which is next to the review > Edit or delete the response and click Save.

I've registered for the Apple Developer Program as an organization.
When I added a new App, I set my developer name into the Company Name field, other data and clicked Create.
This developer name will appear under the app icon after the app is approved for the App Store. But I want to verify the information entered before approval.
Where can I check the data I have entered in the form? the screenshot below explains what info I want to check screenshot of appstore page
Since I have no Company Name Field, probably because I have an individual account(?), I do not find this field anywhere. But the App Name is located under [Your App] → AppStore → General: App Information.
To check the information you have entered in the Apple Developer Program, follow these steps:
Go to the Apple Developer website (developer.apple.com).
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Click on the "Account" tab in the top menu.
Scroll down to the "Organization Information" section and click on the "Edit" button.
This will open a form where you can view and edit the information you have entered for your organization, including your developer name and other details.
Make any necessary changes to the information and click "Save" to update your account.
You can also view the details of your app by going to the "My Apps" section of the Apple Developer website. From here, you can click on the app to view its details and make any necessary changes.
In my iOS app, I have used FacebookSDK and sharing features. For that I have included permission for publish_actions at login time. As per Facebook guideline you have to submit your app for review if you are using FacebookSDK.
So I have submitted my application for Facebook review along with simulator build, some descriptions, screencast (video or images) for how app is posted on Facebook. But Facebook rejects my app and I can’t identify reason.
It shows reason is cant get item 1 of {}. Any one have any idea why build is rejected and how Facebook review apps.
I faced same issue, when I have uploaded app for Facebook review it rejected two times. Here are couple of things you should look on them :
Login on Facebook for Developers
Go to App Review from left panel
From above screen shot click on first edit notes
Check respective check box as per your requirements.
Select one option from radio buttons as per your requirements.
Add step by step description of How your app use FacebookSDK here also include credentials (Facebook username and password which does not used before) for testing.
At last upload video as screencast (Your application video how it works with Facebook and you have to show how it look on your timeline on Facebook)
Click on Save.
Now from above screen shot click on second edit notes
Add test user if you want to add.
Select different build, upload build (which built with simulator) there and save.
Now hit on Submit For Review
Then also if any case you get rejected, Click on Green Have Question button. Add manager as your app name and select, then ask question to support team that what is the problem with your build and what is reason for reject. They will reply and you will find solution.
A co-worker removed our app from purchase due to a bug in it.
The new version is now reviewed and I want to re-enlist the app. I just can't find how.
If you check the Status History of your app, it will say for the latest version: Developer Removed From Sale*
With the footnote pointing out:
*This status indicates that the app has been removed from sale in all App Stores worldwide. To resume selling this app, go to the Rights and Pricing page and select at least one App Store where it will be sold.
Go to the app overview, and select Rights and Pricing:
Then click the Select all button or make a more specific selection in the matrix below.
i am read this post In-app Purchase "ready to submit", but won't let me submit it i will see one answer below :
#Ran :I was having the same problem. It would not let me submit my In app purchases to my app, which I uploaded shortly beforehand. I had to reject the binary, then follow the directions below to add the IAP to the app version before uploading.
Go to iTunes Connect
Click on Manage your applications
Click on the App
Click "View Details" button
Scroll down until you see an "In App Purchase" Section
Add your In App Purchase to that version.
Then ready your app for upload.
Once these steps are complete, the In App Purchase should automatically change from "Ready to Submit" to "Waiting for Review".
in this i am following steps but i am stuck on step: Scroll down until you see an "In App Purchase" Section
i am not find my application link can't find InAppPurchase link
i am see find links below screen shot:
how to find InAppPurchase link on my app on iTunes connect..!
Please Help with me greatly appreciated..!
THANKS!
You can see the InAppPurchase Link in Manage Application -> open your application there you will find some links like pricing and some as shown in figure.
This will work if and only if you enable InAppPurchase in your application bundle id in developer.apple.com
if you press View details
like this button this will take to description page there you will not find InAppPurchase
you can find only these option so check in before page ie. Manage Application - > go to your application
Apple has introduced the possibility of deleting an app. Quoting the iTunes Connect guide:
If you have created an app in iTunes
Connect that you no longer need to see
or manage, you can delete it from your
iTunes Connect view. Deleting your app
will not allow you to re-use your SKU
or App Name and you will not be able
to restore your app once deleted.
So far so good. Then it gets slightly confusing:
If you are selling your app to another
developer for their own distribution
and need to remove it from your iTunes
Connect account, we recommend that you
use App Delete so the App Name will be
freed up for their use.
Does this mean that I won't be able to reuse the name in my account, but other accounts will? Has anybody tried this?
Please see Removing an App From Sale (page 92) section on iTunes Connect Developer Guide 6.3
Click "Rights and Pricing"
Go to the sale territories section. There is a link near the end
Click on the "Deselect all" button to uncheck all App Store territories.
Click on the "Save Changes" button.
After removing all assigned territory checkboxes from your app in the Rights and Pricing section,, the status
changes to Developer Removed from Sale and your app will not be seen on the App Store within 24 hours.
It's possible to salvage the situation. I also made a mistake and forgot to type com.XX part when entering the Bundle ID. My app was not live yet, but once you submit BundleID, it's not possible to change it.
What you can change though, is the "App Name". Thus:
Change the app name into something bogus
Add new app, now using correct Bundle ID and type the original name
Re-upload everything
You could reuse the App Name of the app you have deleted if you change the Default Language of the application information.

I just ran into this today trying to submit my app. I used an incorrect bundle ID and nievely assumed that deleting the app from iTunes Connect would release the app name and SKU for me to reuse when I recreated the app. Not so. Now I get these two errors:
The SKU number you entered has already been used.
The App Name you entered has already been used.
You are correct when you say their documentation is confusing. What the heck is "App Delete," and how is it any different from the "Delete Application" button in iTunes Connect?
I only hope I'm not screwed with regards to my app name being unavailable forever. I've contacted Support so here's hoping...
Simple steps for Deleting/Removing app from iTunes Connect:
iTunesConnect>App>Rights and Pricing>specific stores> Deselect All> Save
Change app status: Developer Removed From Sale
After 24hours app will be removed.
when you delete an application from iTunes Connect you can't upload with the same App Name and SKU in the same developer Apple id. This resource is for migrate an App for another company or individual developer. Ex. when an App was sold.
Follow Below Steps

Or, you can select specific stores “here”. Click on here button to open all specific app stores.
Click on the “Deselect All” button to uncheck all App Store territories.

Now when you save all these and go to back to your App icon home screen. There will be one more button appear “Delete Application” after “Set Up iAd Network”.
Click on Delete button and read instructions.
Your app will disappear from the app store within 24 hours.
Refer to: see Removing an App From Sale (page 92) section on iTunes Connect Developer Guide 6.3

After removing all assigned territory checkboxes from your app in the Rights and Pricing section, and clicking "Delete Application", the status changes to Developer Removed from Sale and your app will not be seen on the App Store within 24 hours.
