Stuck in Facebook's Access Verification hell for Tech Provider Business

We use the Facebook API in our web app to provide a "publish to Facebook group" feature directly from the web app. Customers can publish the results they are achieving thanks to our products in our group.
To implement this very simple feature we had to duck, provide screen recordings, send business registration papers, give login credentials, describe the process from every perspective, crawl and bent.
Then
on Dec 15, we received the following message:
"We’re now requiring an admin of your business, [....], to complete access verification. This is a new process that asks for information about how you use the Meta business assets and information of your clients, so we can verify that your business is a Tech Provider."
Also in the same message:
"This typically takes around 10 minutes to complete and you’ll only need to do this once."
Since then I filled in the form 9 times, with serious effort. But every 5 days it just get rejected without a clear reason given, and there is no chance to contact a Facebook support.
Does anyone know how to fill in the "Access Verification - prove you are a Tech Provider form", so I will get accepted?
The actual questions that they keep asking are:
Add details about how your business will use Platform Data (i.e., any info or data you obtain from us) to enable a product or service on behalf of your clients.
Describe how your clients use your product or service.
I already tried the solution proposed here:
Stuck in Facebooks Access Verification hell
quoting their questions, but it has been in vain...
The time is running out, in some days Facebook is going to block the API if we don't pass this verification process, but I don't know what else we can try...
I tried to contact Facebook, but this seems to be impossible. Some forms (App Review Support) just give a generic error message.
I tried to post a request of help to the Facebook Developer Group, but they rejected the request because it's not related to a development issue.
Same when I tried to open a ticket with the Facebook tech support for a bug; they answered that it's not a technical issue.
There is no guide from Facebook on how they want this information to be provided.

How can I get owner email for a Facebook App using the App Access Token

How would I get the email address associated with an active Facebook App ID, if all the usual methods (such as here, and here) don't return any email information with my creator-uid?
(I simply don't get the email field returned, even when I specifically request it as per here. I don't think this is a case of this as I didn't get an "App has no owner" error, or any error whatsoever.)
I've also tried this, but I'm in a catch-22 as I can't log in to select the application first.
I'm looking for the owner email address, so I can log in to make administrative updates following graph API updates.
Other specifics:
I get the following when I hit the Graph API via: https://graph.facebook.com/{my-app-id}?access_token={my-access-token} or https://graph.facebook.com/{my-app-id}?access_token={my-access-token}&fields=email
{
"name": "my-name",
"id": "my-creator-uid" }
I've tried to recover my FB account using all emails I can think of, but FB says 'no account exists' for each that I try. (This is a data-analytics corporate account being used to gather data for 12+ months, so I can't simply create a new account/app ID and start using that instead, as app-scoped user IDs will change.)
I've also tried viewing https://www.facebook.com/app_scoped_user_id/{my-creator-uid}/ and https://www.facebook.com/{my-creator-uid}/ from another company FB account, but both get:
Sorry, this content isn't available right now The link you followed
may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience
you're not in.
What else would you suggest? What might have happened? I've tried to contact Facebook, but that search led me to this forum post, so I'm here. Thank you in advance for your help.
This is not a programming question, try to get in touch with the Facebook Team, if you are working with Facebook paid services (like Advertising) you might have an account representative that can accelerate the things a little bit (But this can be a really long wait).
A more realistic option is to create a new profile and an new app, also your application will be reviewed as well (Take a little less time than previous option).

Firebase Email Verification

I'm quite a noobie at Firebase. I'm asking for a sort of step by step guide to setup email verification.
Currently, my app uses basic email password login. I want users to be verified so I'm hiding content based on a user's emailVerified property. I'm calling the .sendEmailVerification() and it sends to the current user's email but, whenever I click the link in the email it says the link has expired or someone has used it, this also doesn't change the property. I suspect it has something to do with the api manager. I currently have my website hosted to the built-in Firebase hosting URL.
Based on this link in the docs (which refers to a similar function but not the exact one): https://firebase.google.com/docs/reference/js/firebase.auth.Auth#sendPasswordResetEmail
p.s. I can't find anything regarding this exact function in the docs.
I think I need some sort of listener at the link of the email or on my website?
Thanks in advance, any answers are appreciated.
there could be an issue with your browser api key. You may have some referrer restrictions on it. This could cause the misleading error (code expired or used) to occur. Either fix that issue or generate a new one in the Google console.

Facebook Developer Account Verify

I created a new Facebook account and verified it with my cell phone. I even see "Your mobile phone has been successfully verified." in https://www.facebook.com/confirmphone.php address.
So, everything seems perfect.
Then, I became Facebook friends with my friend (he is also verified and already created an Application). We are trying to add ME as an ADMIN for this Facebook Application from HIS account.
Even though both are completely verified by phone, HE canNOT add me as ADMIN for that application. He is getting
Only verified developers can be added as listed developers of this application. Read http://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=17580 for details.
message all the time.
We waited more than an hour just in case the Facebook system did not recognize my new verification.
In fact, I even tried removing the phone number and get verified again.
None of above did work and still getting the message which does not allow me to become an Admin of the application.
Could you help me?
Thanks in advance
I've heard of people having all kinds of problems with the developer section of Facebook.com
One resolution seems to be to log out of both accounts and log back in again.
It turns out that, facebook itself does not accept my account and thinks it is duplicate account. And in order to make them believe the Facebook team want me to provide these below:
Our systems indicated that your account may not be authentic based on
a variety of factors. If you believe you are being prevented from
creating apps by mistake, please reply to this email with a digital
image of your government-issued identification. Make sure the
identification you provide meets all of the following requirements:
Must be government-issued (e.g. passport, driver's license)
Must be in color
Must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photo
If possible, please save this file in JPEG image format.
I dont know why they are making such a huge problem.
In my case, I used phone number to login my account and hadn't any email attached. after adding email as a primary contact I was able to verify my developer account.

How to not exit a conversation after account linking?

When testing my app in the Simulator using a Speaker (e.g. Google Home), it always says "'MyApp' left the conversation" after successfully linking. Here is an example:
User signs up via the web site that I created for MyApp (i.e. they have an account associated with their Google email account).
User then tries to use MyApp using Google Home by saying "Talk to MyApp". They are greeted with this message:
Before you can use MyApp, you'll need to be signed in with them. To do
that, they'll need some of your info. If you want more details, say
"Tell me more. " So, can I share your name, email address, and profile
picture with them?
User says, "yes" and their account is linked.
Google Assistant responds with "Great, they found your account, and they've linked it to Google." That is followed by the line, "'MyApp' left the conversation."
Because MyApp left the conversation in step 4, the user has to say, "Talk to MyApp" once more in order to actually start using the app.
So my question is, is there a way that I can link the account and not have MyApp leave the conversation automatically? When my TokenUrl responds back to Google in order to link the account, it can just send token_type, access_token, and expires_in according to the documenation. There doesn't seem to be any other mechanism to tell it to not end the conversation but this seems like something that should be supported.
Any ideas? Thanks.
EDIT#1 to further explain setup
I have tried to create an Intent in the Dialogflow console and put "actions_intent_SIGN_IN" (from https://developers.google.com/actions/reference/rest/intents) and set it to be fulfilled by my webhook but this never fires.
In the Dialogflow console > Integration Settings, under "Explicit Invocation" I have "Welcome" (a.k.a. my Welcome intent that hands the WELCOME and GOOGLE ASSISTANT WELCOME Events. The Sign in required checkbox is checked next to this.
This is a problem with your Action, not with your OAuth server. It sounds like your Action isn't handling the Intent that reports the sign-in is a success or a request that contains the user's auth token.
Check your logs, including the logs for your webhook, to make sure there are no errors in that stage.
