Add own custom values on top of the ones returned by the template query - grafana

I'm using query options to define the values in my drop down which works quite well.
Besides the variables fetched by the query I'd like to add my own ones. Is that possible?
e.g. my dropdown would look like below
custom value 1
custom value 2
query value 1
query value 2
query value 3
etc.

Filtering a datasource using multi select wild character

Does anyone know if there is a wildcard character in AppMaker that can be used for all possible values for a field in a query?
I currently have a datasource that is being filtered based on the status using a multi-select widget. What I would like to accomplish is when all values have been de-selected I want to load all the records of that datasource without clearing the entire query in case other filters have been applied. I have it working in-a-sense that I have to explicitly construct my query as such:
widget.datasource.query.filters.Status._in = ['Status Value 1','Status Value 2','Status Value 3']
My current solution is loading the correct data when a value is selected and it correctly shows the union of the query as the values are modified. However, it selects all of the values in my multi-select; which I know is how it is supposed to work.
I tried using widget.datasource.query.filters.Status._contains = ''; and changing the assignment value to no avail. I even tried the opposite approach using _notContains
The intended outcome is to have a filtering dashboard appear much like any website where when no filtering is selected all records are displayed. I was hoping to find a wildcard character that would load all of the records. Just trying to find a way to mimic other website filters with all records when none are selected.
Thanks for the time!
So the easiest solution here is to set up your Multiselect as follows:
Options binding:
#models.YourModel.fields.Status.possibleValues
or if you don't have the possible Status values in your model then set your options binding to:
['Status Value 1','Status Value 2','Status Value 3']
Values binding:
#datasource.query.filters.Status._in
Now anytime you select any choices in the multiselect, the query will only include records that include the selected choices. And if you deselect all choices the query will ignore that filter or treat it as an empty array of values, therefore returning all records unless you applied other filters.

Filemaker: Set field default value to 1

This might be a very stupid question but for the life of me I can't get it to work. I want to create a field in my table called "One" and it's value for all records in the table needs to be 1.
E.G.
Field1 One
A 1
B 1
C 1
.
.
.
I set the field to a number and tried the auto enter data and typed 1 in the data field but it's not updating the values.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance
Simply put, Auto Enter applies to when the record is first created. One can do various other options, but this is the basic use of Auto Enter on a field. You set the value to be auto-entered in the field's options panel under Manage Database; a fixed value, calculated value and so on. This works on all versions of FileMaker.
That said, if this is to be a static value of 1 for all records, you might want to look into a calculation field with a result of 1 and possibly using global storage. This will not work if you need the user to be able to change the value.

Parse ClassFormDefinition for a Custom Page Type Field's Values

I want to populate a dropdown in my webpart from a custom page type field's values.
so for e.g I have a custom pagetype my.pagetype which has a field called myfield and has value like 1,2,3. How Do I get these 1,2,3 values ?
How do I access through SQL or macro so far I have reached till here and this code is giving me a long XML Schema string which has all fields definition and values of the custom page type.
CMSContext.Current.GlobalObjects.Classes["my.pagetype"].ClassFormDefinition
How do I get around?
Are you populating the drop down list in that Page Type manually? (e.g. 1, 2, 3)
If you want to reuse the same list of value in multiple places, it's better for you to create a custom table to store those value (e.g. customtable_myListX). Then for the drop down list, you can use the SQL option (SELECT Value, Display FROM customtable_myListX).

Using MYSQLI to select rows in which part of a column matches part of an input

I have a database in which one of the columns contains a series of information 'tags' about the row that are stored as a comma-separated list (a string) of dynamic length. I am using mysqli within PHP, and I want to select rows in which any of these items match any of the items in an input string.
For example, there could be a row describing an apple, containing the tags: "tasty, red, fruit, sour, sweet, green." I want this to show up as a result in a query like: "SELECT * FROM table WHERE info tags IN ('blue', 'red', 'yellow')", because it has at least one item ("red") overlapping. Kind of like "array_intersect" in PHP.
I think I could use IN if each row had only one tag, and I could use LIKE if I used only one input tag, but both are of dynamic length. I know I can loop over all the input tags, but I was hoping to put this in a single query. Is that possible? If not, can I use a different structure to store the tags in the database to make this possible (something other than a comma separated string)?
I think the best would be to create tags table (id + label) then separate "table_tags" table which holds table_id and tag_id.
that means using JOINS to get the final result.
another (but lazy) solution would be to prefix and suffix tags with commas so the full column contains something like:
,tasty,red,fruit,sour,sweet,green,
and you can do a LIKE search without being worried about overlapping words (i.e red vs bored) and still get a proper match by using LIKE '%,WORD,%'

knockout - update UI (filter data) based on select/dropdown choice?

How can I update this UI based on the selection made in the select/dropdowns?
For example, if I select a member name from the select/dropdown, I want the table to update/filter to only show those member rows (member names are in far right column) AND their corresponding date header (the gray background).
If I select a provider name from the select/dropdown), I want the table to update/filter to only show those provider rows (provider names in left column) AND their corresponding date header (the gray background).
I'm using the KO mapping plugin. The dummy data is hard coded and would eventually be returned via ajax.
Here's a fiddle of all the code (it's all just inlined in the HTML pane). You could copy/paste this and run it locally if you wanted, as well.
http://jsfiddle.net/qBGTh/
Any help/direction is greatly appreciated!
My suggestion is to use a computed value at eob level returning the filtered array. To add this computed value during the mapping process, you must customize the eob object creation using a create callback in the mapping options parameter (see mapping doc)
Here is the updated fiddle to see it in action.
Also don't forget to add 2 more observables to capture current values for the 2 select elements. The computed value will depend on those 2 observables.
Note: the provided fiddle will not run on IE as github where is located the
mapping javascript does not return the content-type header required by IE.
