When you try to install latest EGit with IBM Integration Toolkit with "Help -> Marketplace -> Search EGit", the following error is thrown:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

The IBM Integration Toolkit is based on Eclipse 4.4 (Luna), see "Help -> About IBM Integration Toolkit".
The table What version of Eclipse does EGit target documents that for Luna the latest supported EGit version is 5.0.3. The table Where can I find older releases of EGit tells you to use the https://download.eclipse.org/egit/updates-5.0.3 p2 repository URL.
Found a hack to achieve this from within IBM integration toolkit.
If we instead install "Eclipse Web Developer Tools" it works.
During install, it asks you if you want to deploy EGit and usually important tools. Check all boxes and install them. This worked for IBM Integration toolkit 10.0.0.15.
I have installed it on WMB and IIB toolkits, I used the versions mentioned

I'm trying to find a free-to-use app that can serve as a maven repository with support for eclipse p2 that will allow me to deploy target platforms from a eclipse tycho maven build and I'm conflicted on Sonatype Repository Manager because it seems that p2 support was free in 2x with additional plugins but in 3x it is a pro only feature with a 10 user minimum license. Does anyone know of any other projects that can give me a truly free maven repository with p2 out of the box? - Thanks in advance.
Currently I'm trying to build my maven project which requires plugins from latest equinox KeplerSR1 release. So I'm looking for pluginRepository for eclipse-kepler SR1 release but could not find it.

Equinox does not maintain maven plugin repository for vendors. I had to manually deploy the plugins to a maven repository which I'm using on my organization.

Uninstall org.eclipse.egit.psf first. It is no longer supported and you cannot upgrade egit without uninstalling it. That should solve your third group of error messages (all containing "egit" somewhere).
Afterwards, I would try to uninstall all of the ACTF components. Your upgrade should be possible afterwards.
If all else fails, you can use File -> Export -> Install -> Items to file to export a selection of currently installed plugins and install those again in another clean Eclipse installation using File -> Import -> Install. That way you could get rid of some obscure plugins and reinstall in half an hour.
Has Eclipse 3.7.2 built-in Maven support? How does it differ from m2eclipse?

m2e basic version is bundled with Eclipse 3.7 Java (not yet with Java EE). For the full version one has to install m2e from either its update site or the Marketplace.
