I've been trying to pay the 5$ fee to be able to publish a chrome extension, but I'm stuck at the dialog. I've successfully added my card and I'm also able to select it in the dialog but when hitting the "buy" button the page just refreshes and the dialog appears again. When taking a look at the console I can see that there seems to be an invalid adress (see image) Error in console
I know this forum isn't made for these type of discussions but I couldn't find any way to contact the team behind it and the website itself links to stackoverflow (more specifically the google-chrome-app tag).
I think this has been for over one week.

Nobody knows what to do, nobody knows where to actually get help, nobody knows how to reach anyone that could properly fix this, not even google support employees...

I am working on a project that needs a permission for user_link. Functionality that implements this feature is currently implemented on https://staging.meetmeinthe.bar/. I have fixed all of our bugs and made our app comply fully with the requirements. But, for some reason, one of FB reviewers keeps declining our submission, saying that our Login button does not work. We have tested our login functionality many times from multiple devices - it works. Why do we keep getting rejected? Any advices are welcome.
When you land on a web page, you should click orange "Login" button in the top-right corner to see it.
Thanks in advance for your time!
The solution was to contact support that verified the fact that everything was working correctly.
I have a Shopify site at https://www.vaingloryshop.com that is being blocked both by Instagram and Facebook. Instagram gives me the error "Link not allowed. It looks like your profile contains a link that is not allowed. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mistake." And as you can imagine I spammed the 'Tell Us' button, but they never reply. Facebook's debugger returns, "We can't review this website because the content doesn't meet our Community Standards. If you think this is a mistake, please let us know." Also let them know numerous times.
The domains are bought through Google. The first time we turned on the site was 12/24/18 and was the same time we tried to add to our IG bio and immediately got this blocked message and have ever since. At that time we had the primary domain as https://www.vainglory.us. And I thought the .us as throwing it off, which is why I changed the primary domain to what it is now (about a little over a week ago). Any ideas?? FB, IG support is MIA, and Shopify/Google domains have no ideas or issues on their ends.
Fixed! Found a clue while scouring the internet. I went ahead and setup a Facebook Ad account then from there contacted FB support in the Business Manager. They asked me about the URL in question and immediately fixed it. Apparently it had been blocked due to some unknown reason. Now everything's up and running!
We resolve our domain name and we found the live support in this link: https://www.facebook.com/business/help then on the bottom of categories you will find the "Find answers or contact support & Get Started Button" after that a modal will appear and it will allow you to choose a type of category, for us we selected the Business Pages then below there is a large text that will you if you need more support check this image for reference: Need more help? I am trying to create a Facebook store for my Facebook page with the checkout leading to my website and not Facebook. When setting up the store I am not given an option to do it. I have seen it in some tutorials showing this choosing checkout option. Is there a way to get to the checkout option?
Found this video by Mexbs that explains how to overcome the issue. In short, here are the steps:
Change the location of your Facebook page to Germany (or some other country that Facebook didn't limit yet)
Add the Shop tab and proceed with the Shop setup. "Checkout on another website" and "Message to buy" should be available now.
Add one product to your shop (so Facebook won't delete your shop tab once you change the page location back to the original).
Change the page location back to your original location.
Apparently this feature was available before FB had its own payment method. Even though you can manage your catalog and add a product url, the checkout button only goes through the FB interface. I am going to ask FB tech support if there is currently a way around this.
I haven't found this yet either and would be stoked if someone can give a clear answer. I've found that if you add products from the Catalog section, you can add a website link for each product which is described by FB as, "a link to the website page where people can view more details and buy this product."
However, my store page is all sorts of mangled at the moment and I'm (sloowwwwlllyyyy) working with FB to get it all sorted out so I can't tell if it's actually working as I'm hoping it does.
To anyone who stumbles on this thread and needs help finding the answer to this problem...
When you click the shop tab to start the setup process DO NOT choose the United States as your location. Choose your location as literally any other location, I did Canada. When you do, it wont try to force you to use Facebook's automatic checkout. It will immediately pop up with the option to buy through messages or direct them to your website. This does not change the location of your actual page either, just choose another country when it asks you right at the shop set up process.
Because of the kind of product I sell I cant accept returns. I needed the ability to send them to my store
my website is http://howtolinuxs.com/ and connected with Blogger with good traffic. I applied for adsense application. but every time I received an email from google adsense that.
It’s important for sites displaying Google ads to offer significant value to the user. As a publisher, you must provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site first.
Don’t place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content.
Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they’re seeking.
I only want to know that:
what the problem is and how I can fix this.
PLEASE REPLY ME AS SOON AS.
Thanks in advance
Try to apply for Adsense through Earning Tab from Blogger.
I have successfully integrated Paypal Embedded Chained Adaptive Payment system.
I have been testing it in sandbox environment. On GOOGLE Chrome, when user initiates the payment procedure, a light box gets opened with a login button inside it, but once user clicks on that login button, user comes across with following message
"Please continue with your purchase in the secure browser we launched. If you don't see it, click on Go."
The reason for this is that Chrome blocks the paypal login pop-up window. End user would not be able to figure out that what happened. Most of end users would not be aware about that paypal login pop-up window being blocked. Can we do something here so that we can avoid that pop-up window and can perform whole operation inside the Iframe only ?
Is there any solution this problem ?
Will it get resolved automatically once we shall move to production/live environment?
Please help me out.. We are going live very soon!!
I have been playing around with this a lot today and I too encountered the same issue with the lightbox. HOWEVER after much fiddling and time I decided to just try expType="mini" and it worked flawlessly. I did find one site that managed to get chrome to display the lightbox method correctly, but it was only successful about half of the time. It seems chrome is very sensitive to popups and sometimes it can be fooled and sometimes not.
Anyway the solution I found that worked was to scrap expType=lightbox and just go with expType=mini - seems to work without any problems. In the back of my mind I'm a little concerned that future browser releases (in particular chrome) will have updated popup blocking code may soon block this too. I hope this remains working, but I don't have a great deal of confidence in it. Make sure you have the good old Express Checkout method as a backup.
Hope this helped.
