is this possible to scrape Facebook pages data in scv file including Map location, Facebook URL category, Tags, Description Logo & Facebook Cover image URLs.
is this possible ?
Kindly reply as soon as possible
Yeah you can, use tools like selenium, pupeteer. As facebook is built with reactjs, you can easily scrape like normal traditional websites. These tools make this possible to scrape these websites.

2 Part question
1) So I am trying to figure out the difference between "liking" something on pinterest vs "liking" a business. Is it the same thing?
2) I want to implement people "liking" different pages on my website (such as pinterest) and track which page has the most likes. Do I have to save and track that in my database or facebook API will let me see which pages has most likes based on some criteria?
TLDR: Yes, they are the same thing.
A Facebook "Like" is what is an Open Graph Action. Liking something from within the Facebook web interface or via one of the Facebook plugins allows an easy implementation path. Pinterest uses a custom script that initiates a built-in like action.
Both types of like require there to be an object with open graph metadata that Facebook can scrape to get the information that will be shared on a timeline. That metadata could be served by Facebook on an internal page, or by an external page.
As for getting the number of likes, yes you can. Each canonical open graph URL gets an id within the Facebook system. This includes objects within the Facebook system.
So, the Pinterest Facebook page has an id of 253591661347566. You can find this by querying https://graph.facebook.com/pinterest?fields=id
The Pinterest home page has an id of 185629821512802 according to https://graph.facebook.com/http://pinterest.com?fields=id. (Not urlencoded for clarity). You could replace http://pinterest.com with any other url, and get that pages id.
For any object that you know the id, you can get information on the number of likes it has by adding likes to the fields querystring.
If you've marked up your pages with an app id and admin information, you can see all of this and more through Facebook's Insights.
In my Google Analytics reports I get "facebook.com / referral" as the source. Is it possible to get the exact URL?
I don't think it's possible. as #yahelc pointed on a previous comment most traffic from facebook goes through a facebook controlled redirect on page facebook.com/l.php .So if you want to have campaigns on facebook you can use urls with campaign query parameters to keep track of it.
eg: link to
http://www.example.com/?utm_campaign=Facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com
Now they will show up in GA as a separate campaign and you can tell how many visitors come from that specific link. You probably want to minify that link using bit.ly or goo.gl.
Create multiple campaigns on facebook and change the utm_campaign parameter as much as you want. You can also create different utm_content parameter to separate your marketing efforts on facebook. Keep the utm_medium and utm_source as static as on the example above.
This is how social marketing analytics measures marketing efforts on social networks. Anything that comes from facebook is not tagged you know comes from people posting links to your site other than you.
At the same time it really makes no sense to have the referral url at all. If you think about it most of the times it will be from private posts that you don't even have access to see, even if you had a url for it. That's just not the way facebook works. It doesn't have pages, it has streams and posts.
More about url tagging:
http://support.google.com/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1033863
The answer is yes and no. You can drill down to referral path for facebook source in the report Traffic Sources -> Sources -> Refferals by simply pressing facebook.com at the Source coloumn, just like for all other visits from the referring site.
But that would be not much of a use, because for facebook you'll always see /l.php. And that's how facebook works, it doesn't allow visitors to visit the link immedeately, instead it redirects user to the page with url facebook.com/l.php?u=<link-to-your-site.com> with a redirect or maybe with some text like "if you're sure you want to leave", so technically, the referring page would be this /l.php that GA shows.
So if you need to track the efficency of your Facebook activities - use utm tags, like #Eduardo Cereto mentioned. Here's a very nice video tutorial on link tagging for GA: http://services.google.com/analytics/breeze/en/v5/campaigntracking_adwordsintegration-v23_ia5/ (starts from p. 17, you can skip all that goes before).
Hope it helps!
i just know this settings here:

I have a basic idea about open graph and that it has come up with new to interact our blogs or news websites to come up on Facebook under news section.
I am developing a micro news website on wordpress (i have already almost completed the designing part!). My question is can anyone basically guide me to a plugin and/or tutorial to get this done so as if the prople read articles and news on the website it can be shown under the news section of his profile on facebook. Coz let's all agree this is one cheap form of advertisement and i dont want to miss on it!
If you use wordpress,
You can use the suite Facebook AWD all in one with the sub plugin Facebook AWD all in one Opengraph actions
You can find it here => http://facebook-awd.ahwebdev.fr
And the list of sub plugins => http://facebook-awd.ahwebdev.fr/plugins/
Action news.reads is configured on this website, you can test it. Loggin into the site using Facebook, And read some pages. After 11sec on a page the plugin will push the action on your timeline and store activity on your site to allow users to manage it.
Try it!
Please follow this DIY for adding og: meta tags to your wordpress blog.

Once you have that done, then you can use the Facebook like and Facebook comments plugins (see http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins) on your articles.
I am really trying to understand how to add a like box to my website I was able to copy the code for the Facebook platform and paste it into my website programmer, but that was not what I wanted that like box was for people to like Facebook platform. I want a platform for my website which is www.datgoodstuff.com.
I tried to change the url and the Facebook Page URL but this is what pop up:
[Could not retrieve id for the specified page. Please verify correct href was passed in.]
Can you please help me out
You need to look at the tools within the facebook developer API where it gives pre-defined plugins for things like like buttons.
You provide the link to your page/group etc, and facebook with generate the scipt code to insert into your website.
As described in the docs,
The Like Box is a social plugin that enables Facebook Page owners to attract and gain Likes from their own website.
You need a Facebook fan page not a website to use the Like Box. Consider using the Recent Activity or Recommendations Plugin
http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/activity/
http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/recommendations/
I am adding the Facebook like plugin onto my website, and from what I understand, when a user clicks 'like' the URL of the current page or a specified page is posted on their wall.
Is it possible to have them join a Facebook page at the same time?
The like button plugin is for adding external pages to the Social Graph. If you want to have users Like your actual Facebook page from your external Web site, then the plugin you're looking for is the Like Box. You can customise various elements of it to add/remove features such as a live feed of your page or a facepile of people who like you page etc.
I don't think that this is possible. Have a separate Like Plugin for your Facebook Page.
This is not possible. The Like feature you add to your website is for a specified URL for the user to Like. The Facebook Like is for the Facebook page only. You can't automatically get a webpage outside of Facebook to Like a Facebook page. If this was possible, it would be an abuse to their system.
