Since Rundeck 3, the Oracle Dialect is out of the box, just need to configure the database and Rundeck to use it. For example, the following config at rundeck-config.properties works without adding nothing special (only the oracle JDBC at /var/lib/rundeck/lib directory)

I wanted to connect to Cassandra using Spark, when trying to connect Cassandra using the default port it is working, but when I try accessing it via SSL the job fails, below is the code:

At the bottom of your error message, I see this:
NoSuchFileException: s3:/dev-code/certs/trust.jks
Alex is right, in that you need to provide a path to that file that the Spark connector can actually get to. From the looks of it, S3 won't work here.
Added the .jks s3 file into "Referenced files path" of Glue Job and then just try to access just provide the file name. As the file will be automatically be placed under /tmp folder. But it will still not solve the issue.

I guess, the error comes from the wrong class path? But how can I fix this? I tried to change the line in db2.properties
driver=COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver
to

, because I extracted this class path from the driver's .jar flie, but it did not help.

I have copied Postgresql driver (postgresql-42.1.4.jar) into $CATALINA_HOME/lib directory also, that also did not help.

It is because of this error and it has been fixed in the latest version.
From the first line in your logs, the Heroku database URL is not configured
Caused by: org.springframework.context.ApplicationContextException: Heroku database URL is not configured, you must set --spring.datasource.heroku-url=$DATABASE_URL
