Is there anyway to get thumbnails from facebook video urls?. Anyone with useful information should help me please. I've tried previous posts on this but none seemed to work. Thanks in advance
You can take it by facebook graph API like this http request:

I know how to query the social engagement counts for a regular website. It can be pretty easily achieved with the facebook graph explorer (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer/) or throug api's. As path I supply the url of an object, e.g. an website e.g. https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer/?method=GET&path=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.manuelfink.de&version=v2.0
However if I try the same for a youtube movie https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer/?method=GET&path=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DBpxVIwCbBK0&version=v2.0 it allways returns me the shared count of https://www.youtube.com/watch.

How to get share counts using graph API. Remember that a Youtube video has more than a possible url, so you may have to make several queries with different urls for the same video. I am not sure you can get the comments, but you can try with how can I get all comments from a url in facebook?
I am using facebook sharer.php, to share a link from my site to the facebook wall. Following is the url, I am using to get this done.
https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?s=100&p[title]=title_to_be_shared&p[url]=link_to_be_shared&p[images][0]=image_path
I am aware that sharer.php is deprecated. But I have searched a lot to implement this share feature. I found only this. But in this, the images are not rendered properly in all cases. In some cases the images are not loading while sharing.
Please help me to overcome this. Or if there is another API to get this done please let me know...

The sharer.php method is deprecated and no longer supported. As far as I can tell, the best replacement for sharing a page of your site is the Feed Dialog.
While I can access several data using fbgraph api, I couldn't find way to read the "recommendations" data.
For example: For the facebook page www.facebook.com/cozycaterers , its recommendation content appearing on right side below cover photo.
Could someone please help me.

I tried this query with the FQL Explorer:
SELECT review_id, rating, message, reviewer_id FROM review where reviewee_id='492378670299'
It returned results, but not as many as I expected.

I would like to know the Graph API equivalent of the following action :
Go to a friend's profile page, click on "Add Photo" on their wall, then "Upload Photo".
I can upload images to my own wall and to my own albums, and I can also post messages and links to my friends' feed, but I can't figure out how to do this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to do it setting a "target_id" parameter, and uploading the image to "graph.facebook.com/me/photos". Then it does show up exactly as if it had been done the manual way.
The only thing I'm not sure about is if "target_id" is some legacy parameter from the REST API that will become unsupported in the future...
I believe that process adds a photo to one of your albums; then attaches that to a Post on your friend's 'feed' connection

I want to cral a facebook fanpage to get the details of all the members who are fans of that page. I there any function in the face book API which will help me. Or is ther any other way I can do this???
