While I can access several data using fbgraph api, I couldn't find way to read the "recommendations" data.
For example: For the facebook page www.facebook.com/cozycaterers , its recommendation content appearing on right side below cover photo.
Could someone please help me.

I have checked the Docs for FQL and Graph API with no luck ...
Hopefully facebook will allow access sooner or later
I tried this query with the FQL Explorer:
SELECT review_id, rating, message, reviewer_id FROM review where reviewee_id='492378670299'
It returned results, but not as many as I expected.
If anyone has a better answer, I'd be happy to know...

I'm trying to use Facebook graph API to get all the comments (mine and others) on my Facebook posts.
Currently I'm testing the api using Graph API Explorer & so far I'm getting only my comments.
I want to know did they change their policy or is there a way to get all the comments?
P.S: I didn't write any code so far.

In the "Tools" you will find the tool. And as you can see you will get the list of the comments. I'm just showing one of my comments (testingggg) as an example.
Unfortunately, the API doesn't give me the others' comments.
Am I missing something?

I'm trying to get access to the page_fans_city edge from the Facebook Graph API.
I am using the following query:
https://graph.facebook.com/v2.5/StrandTowerHotel/insights/page_fans_city/lifetime
For some reason though it keeps returning no data when I am using the Graph API explorer.
note: I am an admin/owner of the page
Whats interesting though is that if I just query https://graph.facebook.com/v2.5/StrandTowerHotel/insights/ then I get all the other metrics results returned but "page_fans_city" is not in the results.
I have read through and tried the following solutions already posted on stack overflow but they don't seem to solve the issue.

After much searching and bug fixing it ended up being the facebook api was just having issues. now working perfectly :(
How can I query facebook's graph API to retrieve all user's likes (not only pages but also photos and others)?
For instance, how could I get all the pictures a user has liked? Using facebook's search bar you can find them easily by clicking on "photos has liked".
I wrote a script that scrapes the page content and does that but it's not very efficient.
I have recently come accross a similar problem, maybe this helps you solve it.

This will give you a list of all posts that received likes during the specified time period. If you manage to write a code summing up the following JSON path you got your sum for "all user's likes":
data[0].likes.summary.total_count
Not entirely sure is this is exactly what you were searching for, hope it helps you though - and if not you, someone else.
As for likes you can also use the same way to extract Shares and Comments:

There isn't to my knowledge any way to get this from the API without grabbing every type of response from the API and then sorting through for likes. Facebook search bar uses an internal API different from the Graph API.
I'm trying to retrieve the comments marked as spam/hidden or deleted by the admin of a page.
I can't find a way to do that.
Please help!
if its not in facebooks API documentation then I dont know what to tell you, you most likely cant do it. I would think that stuff that has been deleted is only accessible if your Zuckerburg.
Have you tried using FQL. Try querying FQL comments table.
I am trying to retrieve metrics post_impressions_unique, post_consumptions or anything started with a post but Facebook always return empty array for me.
Anyone know what is the problem here?
Are you sure you have the right permissions?
You need read_insight permissions to view post impressions using fql or the graph api.

As well as needing the read_insights permission, this information is only available for posts made by your page, so check you're actually checking the right posts
Make sure you pass in the entire object ID of the post. It will be of the format pageid_postid (eg. 24379523495_8924592457245) and you need to quote it in single quotes - otherwise you'll get an error about an unexpected underscore.
