I have been trying from past 30 days to accept an invite to existing facebook app, but not able to accept the invitation. The same goes for when creating a new facebook app in developer portal Image link
Error : Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.

I have integrated Facebook SDK for the first time. I have submitted it to Facebook for review and its got rejected. Now let me tell you the steps I followed and the issue where I am going through.
Created an app with Facebook email, public_profile permission and went live (as its not required the review as per the document and its working fine)
Now due to change (enhancement) in the business requirement, I had to add user_friends permission also in the existing app. I have gone through many links and read about the facebook app review and Facebook test apps I have created a test app for the actual app and integrated the user_friends permission (as it works for test app)
Since the previous live app was with general permission (email, public_profile) I have not submitted this for review. So, this time I have submitted the test app for review and it got rejected (fb reviewer message
-- unable to login)
Question:
But it's still working. I am able to login properly. Cant understand what and where the problem is? I have googled for solution and found that we need to submit actual app for review. But how, the actual app is already live without user_friends permission, so in that case it will again get rejected.
Any help will be appreciated, Thanks in advance.
In some iPhone 5 devices we have an error when trying to call Facebook login:
The error is:
"the facebook server could not fulfill this access request invalid application id"
I many times checked that application id is specified correctly.
Strange, that on other devices same app is working correctly.
Please, could you help, what the reason of that?
All developers of a particular app, should be known to Facebook. While the application is in Sandbox mode (i.e. developer only access), all every user who want to use the Facebook platform, for testing/developing the application, will have to be added as a developer (as shown below) -
Just goto https://developers.facebook.com/apps/, and add the user, in the list of developers/admins.
More than likely the app is "sandboxed", so only developers have access. If this is the case you'll have to use a developer account on the iPhone.
Go to iOS settings > Facebook
Log out with your "personal" account
Log in with the developer account (to be safe us the dev account that you created the app with)
This worked for me.
I faced this problem. For me the issue was that I hadn't added the iOS platform for the app. Go to the Facebook developer page, then select your app. In the left nav bar go to settings. Then add platform. Ensure that your bundle identifier is correct. Then it should work.
If you have been testing with a sandbox facebook app and then receive this error when switching to the production app make sure you have published the app in the status & review tab.
I have Facebook connect set up for my iphone app and am able to successfully send apprequests. What I want to do is track whenever an apprequest recipient clicks the notification to either install my app or open my app.
When the recipient already has the app installed, I can track that they opened the app from Facebook by looking at the URL in the 'application openURL' method in AppDelegate. But if the recipient does not have my app installed, clicking the notification brings them to the app store to install my app. Is there anyway for me to track that this install came from a FB apprequest? Or assuming they do NOT install my app, is there a way for me to track that?
Thank you very much for any help.
As of 5/22/2012, there is no way to accurately track installs coming from Facebook, because iTunes will truncate the URL. This was confirmed for me by a FB employee.
A rough workaround is to save all the fbuids that are sent requests for the past X hours or so. If anyone using your app FB connects within that time frame with a matching fbuid, you just assume the install came from the original FB request.
After downloading my app from app store (or via OTA) and trying to share via FBConnect SDK, the mobile app is launched but returns almost immediately to the app with error -999, without asking user for authorizations.
After that, clicking on FB share button reopens the mobile app and all goes well, authorizations are asked, my app is called back and display the FB dialog.
That issue only happens once : if I uninstall/reinstall the app and remove the FBapp authorizations from my FB account, all goes well.
I already specified the BundleID/iTunes App ID in the "Native iOS App" menu, and use the last FacebookConnect SDK.
Anyone experienced the same issue ?
I have recently added Facebook integration into my iPhone app.
I am ready to submit my update to Apple, but I am not entirely sure if there is anything left to do on the Facebook side.
All my app does is post updates to your wall. This seems to work for me.
Also, does this mean my app now has encryption?
Your FB app must be published and not in sandbox mode. Verify that a FB account that is not a developer on your FB app can log in (if you're in sandbox, this will fail).
