TextField hiding under keyboard in iphone - iphone

Merged with iPhone - Keyboard hides TextField.
I have a view with 10 textfields in it, when I tap on a textfield keyboard appears, this keyboard hides textfields and I was unable to see textfielld while editing.
I have seen something in UICatalog which moves corresonding textfield up in the view while editing but unable to follow the code ie which portion of the code is performing this.
Can you please spread some light on this.

Swift iOS Scrolling View When Keyboard Is Visible

In my view I have two text fields and one text view. The text fields aren't hidden by the keyboard but the text view is. No problem. I can scroll it. The issue I'm having is that if the keyboard is already visible the keyboardWillBeShown event doesn't occur. My text view is visible enough to be tapped on when the keyboard is up but I want the entire field to scroll into view. Since keyboardWillBeShown won't fire (since the keyboard is already shown) how can I scroll the field?
I figured it out. Just had to add the scrolling code to the begin editing event.

How to add keyboard in action sheet

Is it possible add keyboard in action sheet?
If yes, how can I do? ... I would like to disable the background.
Thanks, Luigi.
I think UIKeyBoard can not be added in ActionSheet but you achieve your goal but handling keyboard notifications...add the Keyboard will appear and will disappear notifications in your controller...
on keyboard will appear add a subview of frame same as the parent view frame..and set its alpha 0.5...it will look like An ActionSheet is appearing and the background will automatically be disabled and on keyboard disappear remove that view from superview...you can add tap Gesture in the view you are adding..Hope so it will be answer of your question.
You can add different controls to action sheets, like pickers and text views. However, as mentioned you can't add a keyboard.
If you want to customize what is shown when the keyboard is shown, you can slide controls with the keyboard, to make it look like they are part of the keyboard.
Alternatively you could create your own keyboard using buttons etc.

tap UIwebView and don't dimiss keyboard

When I tap UIWebView, the keyboard will disappear, This is not What I want , I want the keyboard remain there, any solution?
If you want your keyboard to disappear when you remove your text view, make sure to call resignFirstResponder on your text view before you remove / release your text view.
If you are touching the UIWebView while the text view is visible, then the focus changes from the text view to the web view and the keyboard dismisses, since the OS believes that any touches happening from that point are meant for the web view. If you touch the text view (if it's still visible, that is), the focus changes back to the text view and the keyboard should re-appear.
If these answers don't help you, please clarify your question.

iPhone Keyboard Adjust In View

I've been searching, but haven't quite found a complete answer, and the Apple docs aren't much help.
I have an application with a UIView that has a lot of text fields on it, ranging from the top of the view to the bottom. When the user clicks the first UITextField the keyboard pops up. The keyboard has three buttons above it, previous, next, and done on a toolbar InputAccessoryView.
Basically, let's say there are 6 UITextField boxes that space from the top of the view to the bottom. When the user gets past the third text field, the keyboard blocks the bottom three. How do I have the view adjust up when putting text in the bottom three text fields?
You need to place your textfields into a UIScrollView, and either translate the view above the keyboard when it is active and away when it is down, or another solution such as always having the keyboard up on that page, which'll save you the setFrame calls on your UIView/UIScrollView depending on what the keyboard is doing.
This will further help:

get cursor on textfield

I need to get the cursor in textfiled but on the textfileddidbeginEditing i have to open the picker view for selection , so for that reason i need to resignFirtsresponder to the textfield ,inorder that picker view is visible .But by doing this the cursor gets disabled as i open the picker (and the keyboard gets hide by resignFirst responder).I want to show the cursor as because when user cliks on partilcuar textfield so by that cursor he can track on which textfield he is making the selection.
Hope i am clear with my question.
if you want the picker instead of keyboard, set the text fields inputView as the picker... so when you tap the text field the picker will pop up like keyboard and the textfield will show the cursor too.. no need to dismiss the keyboard and then show the picker..
If I understand your problem right, this is just an usability problem. I think you can solve this if you just add some other mechanism for showing the user which textfield is in editing-mode.
For example add an text-color to the TextField. If the user disable the UIPickerView set the text-color back to the normal state.
