I dont know what happened to Xcode. I was debugging my app when after a while of writing some code I tried to compile and an error message appeared:
Building error precompiling app_prefix.pch
arm-apple-darwin9-gcc-4.2.1: te: no such file or directory
I had never this error before, and I am not sure how to solve it.
Did you move your [Project Name]_prefix.pch file ? If you moved it to say, a subdirectory of the project's parent, you need to open up the target Build settings for each of your targets by double clicking on them, do a search for "pch" in the build settings, and update the path to the .pch file.
For example, if you moved your .pch file to a subdirectory "Core" which is in the project parent, then you'd change "[Project Name]_prefix.pch" in the build settings to "Core/[Project Name]_prefix.pch".
Try to change the buid setting of the target in project propertys:
Change the option Precompile prefix header to "NO"

I got a following problem. We have a very silly git structure and guidelines, so my eclipse projects use linked files. I have to make google tests for the projects, and the only way I found it to work is to use cmake. However, the test files are not in workspace but in a git repository and only linked to eclipse project. I cant figure out how to make CMakeLists.txt to follow the files.... I tried using include_directories with either relative or absolute paths..
Errors I get:
mingw32-make.exe[2]: *** No rule to make target 'C:/Users/name/eclipse-
workspace/MyTestCmake/Solver_test.cpp', needed by 'CMakeFiles/Solver_test.dir/Solver_test.cpp.obj'. Stop.
mingw32-make.exe[1]: *** [CMakeFiles\Makefile2:164: CMakeFiles/Solver_test.dir/all] Error 2
mingw32-make.exe: *** [Makefile:145: all] Error 2
Another question is - one of the libraries is built without cmake. How can I specify the path to it, where the cmake should find it?
Current Cmakelists.txt:
cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.14)
project (RadiTestCmake)
include(FetchContent)
FetchContent_Declare(googletest GIT_REPOSITORY https://github.com/google/googletest.git GIT_TAG release-1.12.1 )
# For Windows: Prevent overriding the parent project's compiler/linker settings
set(gtest_force_shared_crt ON CACHE BOOL "" FORCE)
FetchContent_MakeAvailable(googletest)
enable_testing()
include_directories(
"${PROJECT_BINARY_DIR}"
"${PROJECT_BINARY_DIR}/../../../../../../gitlocal/backend/tests/"
)
add_executable(
hello_test
hello_test.cc
Solver_test.cpp
)
target_link_libraries(
hello_test
GTest::gtest_main
)
include(GoogleTest)
gtest_discover_tests(hello_test)
After adding a package (Kingfisher) to my Xcode project, I noticed the following error when building:
I am not sure why I am getting this error, because from what I can tell the package was added correctly. I've verified that in the Targets > Frameworks section I see the package Kingfisher listed:
I've also verified that in the Project > Package Dependencies section, I see the package listed:
Furthermore, I even tried to just remove the dependency on this package altogether by removing it from both the Targets > Frameworks section using the "-" button, and I did so as well in the Project > Package Dependencies section. However even after removing it from both of these places I still get the same error when trying to build, which was very surprising.
I'm new to xcode so any help/tips would be appreciated
The problem might as well be in some cached data that still dwell in DerivedData. Try deleting DerivedData for your project and then reinstantiate package again. Also clean build folder with Cmd + Shift + K You can open your DerivedData folder in finder window directly through Xcode by navigating to: Xcode -> Preferences -> Location and clicking on the small arrow next to DerivedData directory.

Check target in menifest file and Unity editor. Both should be same.
Remove duplicate .jar under plugins folder if there are any.
You are using a library somewhere in your code (possibly something for GooglePlay?). The library has a manifest.xml file that is likely located in a folder called plugin or one of its subfolders.
The manifest is the file used by android to describe the app: how it starts, what permissions it has, and so on.
Any android project in unity will include a default manifest.xml file. This file is edited by unity with some info relative to you game (the name, and the target version, are part of it).
Now, the libraries you include in your project might need different options and values in the manifest, so Unity libraries for android usually come with another manifest.xml file. This will will be automatically merged with the default one by unity at build time.
Usually, it goes well, the additional line in the manifest from the library get added to the default manifest.
But in your case, there is a conflict between these manifests. The target version is specified both in the library and in your project. So unity can't resolve it.
To fix this, use a target version for your project that is the same or higher than the one of the library. Edit your target version under player settings
I am trying to program the Arudino Nano from Eclipse. It has the same processor as the Uno (Atmega328p). I have had this working before with the Uno, but have since gotten a new hard drive and had to reinstall/reconfigure everything. I am running Fedora 19 with Eclipse Kepler. I am getting an error in the build process that I don't even know where to start looking to solve, and Google hasn't been much help...
Here is the error:
make all
Building target: Arduino_Template.elf
Invoking: AVR C Linker
avr-gcc -Wl,-Map,Arduino_Template.map -mmcu=atmega328p -o "Arduino_Template.elf" ./Analog.o -l/usr/avr
/usr/lib/gcc/avr/4.8.2/../../../../avr/bin/ld: cannot find -l/usr/avr
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [Arduino_Template.elf] Error 1
17:29:38 Build Finished (took 124ms)
Has anyone encountered this before? Or does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks.
The problem could be described like this:
First, the library should be specified only by its name and without the "lib" prefix and the ".a" suffix. The linker (this is where you get the error) will look for the library within the specified in the project paths and will add whatever is necessary to the file library name. So if the library you need is named mystuff it will look for a file named libmystuff.a.
In your case this is specified by the -l/usr/avr which I think could be misconfiguration or you did not copy/paste the entire error output. With the '-l' option you specify the name only, not the entire path to the file.
Second, the path should be specified, in the project configuration, where to look for the libraries, otherwise the linker will look for the library files only within your own project only. Often libraries are part of another project - so you need to adjust the project configuration accordingly.
I had similar problem and this is how I solved it ...
Go to menu Project/Properties. On left - choose "C/C++ Build". On right - choose the tab "Tool Settings". On the tree view choose "AVR C Linker" then "Libraries" sub-item. You are where you may need to make changes.
The list of "Libraries" is where you add libraries names, such as mystuff.
The Libraries Path is where you specify the paths to the libraries. This may look like this: "${workspace_loc:/mystuff/Release}"
The result of this is that the linker will look for this file: /mystuff/Release/libmystuff.a under you workspace root folder.
I an trying to compile the WunderRadio app source code available here http://dev.wunderground.com/support/wunderradio/wunderradio.1.9lgpl.zip. After making all the modifications to the project to compile on iOS5 i get the following error:
Lexical or Preprocessor Issue 'interface.h' file not found.
Of course i tried getting the interface.h from the lame library that i previously downloaded, and added it to the project with no luck. Apparently its not the right file.
What am i missing ?
I found this file at:
