In a FIX 4.2 execution report what is the difference between FIX 4.2 : ClOrdID <11> field and FIX 4.2 : OrigClOrdID <41> field
Thanks
To be a little clearer than other posters OrigClOrdID (tag 41) is used in the following circumstances(gacked from http://www.fixprotocol.org/FIXimate3.0/ ):
Used in messages:
[ExecutionReport] [MultilegOrderCancelReplace] [OrderCancelReject] [OrderCancelReplaceRequest] [OrderCancelRequest]
Used in components:
[AffectedOrdGrp] [SideCrossOrdCxlGrp]
and is the ClOrdID of an original message that these messages relate to. The best way to think about it is like a foreign key to a FIX (order) message that has already been sent and recieved. Because FIX is extensible it can obviously be used in other messages (with varying degrees of meaningfulness) to refer to a prior message.
Hope all that helps
OrigClOrdID is used for cancel and cancel/replace order and it is the ClOrdID of the original order which you are trying to cancel and cancel/replace.

Background
I'm trying to build a Max for Live device as a solution to the problem presented in this related question. As part of my solution I need to keep track of a group of notes (i.e. the selected, or in-scale notes).
My patch (see below) works great for any combination of held notes, but fails once the last note is released. When that happens, zl.len stays stuck at 1 and zl.mth continues to output whatever note was released last.
The question
How can I update my patch so that the length is 0 and the selected note is empty when the input list of held notes is empty?
What I have tried
I have tried banging the left inlet of the various zl objects manually and as part of the kslider update but this only produces the same unwanted behavior.
Here is a screen-shot of the patch:
and here is the corresponding code:

Indeed the only way to know if there is nothing in a zl group object is to somehow keep track of whether something came in.
Here is an example that should do what you are looking for if I understand correctly:

With the help of the Cycling74 forum, I came up with this solution that uses borax to count the held notes, and as a trigger to clear the zl object when the count is 0.

I can add one mapobject by using:
m_framework.InsertPointMapObject(m_framework.GetMemoryMapHandle(),"amenity",
32.791576, 39.909264,
CartoType.CoordType.Degree,
"AHMET YILMAZ\n06DY1998\n",
CartoType.Util.IntAttribute("fue",1),ref id,false);
But adding another with same code to another location is impossible. It is not drawing the second one. I have tried changing id but not worked.
Can I only add one map point?
Thanks.
Muzaffer, I'm sorry I didn't notice this question. As the CTO of CartoType I ought to have done. Yes, you can insert as many points as you like.
The problem you're having is caused by a conflict in object IDs. The first call sets the ID to one assigned by CartoType. If you leave that ID as it is, and use it in a new call, it will conflict with the ID of the object you just inserted.
The best way fix this problem is to change the ID to zero each time, just before you call InsertPointMapObject. Then CartoType will assign an ID and return it to you in 'ref id'.
If that doesn't work, please post a small repeatable example with all the code needed to reproduce the problem, and I'll look into it further.
How do I run a query using a value from a textbox from a form I have? I know that there is another post here at Stackoverflow dealing with this issue but I found it to be insufficient for my needs.
I formated my textbox into Medium Date format with its default value being =Date(). However, when I pick up a date and open my report I get this error:
Runtime error 3071: Expression Too Complex
My where clause is this
WHERE
(
(AllInfo.DateOpened >= CDate([Forms]![Main Form]![WindowPrintOptions]![CustomizedReport]!txtDateOpenedFrom.Value))
)
and I am sure it is this code piece that is throwing the problem since when I take it out of the query the error message simply disappears.
Any ideas?
Try with:
(AllInfo.DateOpened >= DateValue([Forms]![Main Form]![WindowPrintOptions].[Form]!txtDateOpenedFrom))
)
Folks,
I got the problem. It was the "AllInfo" alias. It wasn't applicable at that escope inside the query. By changing the proper things, it was enough to write:
[Forms]![Main Form]![WindowPrintOptions]![CustomizedReport]!txtDateOpenedFrom.Value
Issue solved. Thank you all!
First of all i'd like to apologise for my english. I am student from Poland and i don't know php but i need something from code. http://pastebin.com/x0vUhj8V
I have encoutered a problem. On my website i can't register with mail which is shorther than (i miss word but here is example) - asd#wp.pl, asd#op.pl, asd#vp.pl
it also concern the part which is before "#" mark (asd) and after (wp.pl, op.pl, vp.pl) -3characters is minimum what is accepted for example asd#asd.pl.
I think somewhere in the code is declareted minimum length of e-mail or something, but with my "knowledge" od PHP I can't figure out which part... If someone could explain me what should i change i would be gratefull. Please help
Edit: My fault, here is code http://pastebin.com/dhGgZkPB that is used to call phpMailer.
Your English is just fine!
That version of PHPMailer is really old, over 10 years out of date. Get the latest from here. Beyond that you have not posted the code you're using to call PHPMailer so we can't say what you're doing wrong - if you need somewhere to start, look at the documentation examples here.
There is no particular lower length limit on email messages or addresses (so long as they are valid) - you can quite reasonably send a message containing 'a' to someone at 'a#a.co'.
Long story short: iPhone app crashes when trying to retrieve a set of data using a group of IDs. I have a set of records tied to a user, look up all records where recordID matches any
entry from user.recordIDs, crashes with error:
unimplemented SQL generation for predicate : (recordID IN {name (user.record.recordID) by user (userID) ...)
I'll open by saying, Yes, I already found this: http://cubic-m.blogspot.com/2010/03/supporting-leopard-while-developing-in.html (iOS 3.0 SQL does not support "IN" clauses using NSSets, must use NSArrays).
Predicate is in the form:
(recordID IN %#.recordID)
where "%#" is user.records (either a set or an array, based on article above).
That's well and good, and seemed to fix most of my application's crashes -- however, it only fixes the crashes for 3.x > 3.0. That is to say, it still doesn't fix the issue on 3.0 firmware. If anyone has any suggestions as to the nuance of early-stage Core Data, please help!
Not sure what the actual problem was here, but the fix was thus:
If we are running iOS 3, create an NSArray with all of the key objects I was looking for (here, recordIDs), and pass that to [NSPredicate predicateWithFormat:#"recordID IN %#", recordIDs] instead of using [#"recordID in %#.recordID", records]
Again, not sure what the actual problem was, but this workaround fixed it.
