CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION equivalent for socket adapter in Zend_Http_client - sockets

I would like to use the socket adapter instead of Curl for my code but however this the problem i am facing.
(case 1 :) I am querying a server for response using Zend_http_client (default socket adapter) and I am getting a 404 error,
(case 2 :) while, for the same server as above, I am getting a response back when using CURL adapter with CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION set to boolean true. Also, if I remove this parameter (CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION) from the config array , I get the same error as in the case 1.
So, setting the CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION should be doing the trick (yes, there is internal redirection happening in the target server) and hence I am looking for an equivalent parameter/option for in case of Socket Adapter.

Route SockJS connection at variable URL?

Let's say I have a bunch of clients who all have their own numeric IDs. Each of them connect to my server through SockJS, with something like:
var sock = new SockJS("localhost:8080/sock/100");
In this case, 100 is that client's numeric ID, but it could be any number with any number of digits. How can I set up a SockJS router in my server-side code that allows for the client to set up a SockJS connection through a URL that varies based on what the user's ID is? Here's a simplified version of what I have on the server-side right now:

This works fine if the client connects through localhost:8080/sock, but it doesn't seem to work if I add "/100" to the end of the URL. Instead of getting the default "Welcome to SockJS!" message, I just get "Not Found." I tried setting a path regex and I got an error saying that sub-routers can't use pattern URLs. So is there some way to allow for the client to connect through a variable URL, whether it's /sock/100, /sock/15, or /sock/1123123?
Ideally, I'd be able to capture the numeric ID that the client uses (like with routing REST API calls, when you could add "/:ID" to the routing path and then capture the value that the client uses), but I can't find anything that works for SockJS connections.
Since it seems that SockJS connections are considered to be the same as sub-routers, and sub-routers can't have pattern URLs, is there some work-around for this? Or is it not possible?

Just to add to what I said above, I've tried a couple different things which haven't seemed to work yet.
I tried setting up an initial, generic main router, which then re-directs to the SockJS handler. Here's the idea I had:

With this, if I access localhost:8080/sock/100 directly through the browser, it takes me to the "Welcome to SockJS!" page, and the Chrome network tab shows that a websocket connection has been created when I test it through my client.
However, I still get an error because the websocket shows a 200 status code rather than 101, and I'm not 100% sure as to why that is happening, but I would guess that it has to do with the response that the initial handler produces. If I try to set the initial handler's status code to 101, I still get an error, because then the initial handler fails.
If there's some way to work around these status codes (it seems like the websocket is expecting 101 but the initial handler is expecting 200, and I think I can only pick one), then that could potentially solve this. Any ideas?

WSO2 API Manager - Publishing API with non-XML response

I am trying to proxy the following call through WSO2 API Manager
http://api.qrserver.com/v1/create-qr-code/?data=HelloWorld&size=100x100
which returns a QR code image. I published the API using http://api.qrserver.com/v1/ as endpoint, no problem there. But when I perform the call through the API Manager, I get the following error:

when performing the call directly the response header seems good to me (the mime type image/png is correctly set), but the WSO2 API proxy refuses the response... what I am doing wrong? Setting a wadl file with response mediaType="image/png" does not seem to help either.

I have a similar problem in wso2 esb. Seems that the response works with short xml files but not with a big one.
This problem is due to not having match message builders and formatters by default in API manager's axis2.xml. Please add following parameters to axis2.xml.
<messageBuilder contentType=".*" class="org.wso2.carbon.relay.BinaryRelayBuilder"/>
<messageFormatter contentType=".*" class="org.wso2.carbon.relay.ExpandingMessageFormatter"/>

JMeter TCP Sampler doesn't recognize end of stream

I'm trying to run a simple test with TCP Sampler
When using default TCPClient class, after the response timeout time passes, I receive a correct response from the server, and then Error 500 in sampler results:
Response code: 500 Response message:
org.apache.jmeter.protocol.tcp.sampler.ReadException:
It seems like that JMeter does not recognize end of message characters (the server sends \r\n).
How can I configure JMeter to see the EOM?
I tried to use BinaryTCPClientImpl, and set tcp.BinaryTCPClient.eomByte = 13 in Jmeter.properties, but binaryTCPClient expects HEX data, while I send human readable string, and it still ignores the eomByte...
Any ideas?
Found the problem.
Those server did not sent \r\n in several cases.
Everything started working after the server was fixed.
I came accross the same behaviour and examined the offered responses (sending \r\n at the end of the message in the server side \ setting the eol byte value option in the gui) but it didn't work for me.
My solution: Following this question I found that \0 is the eol character Jmeter expects in TCP sampler. when my server terminates the messages with \0 - the message is receieved in Jmeter.
Some more references: Jmeter documentation (TCPClientImpl chapter - that's where the tcp.eolByte is discussed).
Some option: if the size of the messages is constant, one can examine LengthPrefixedBinaryTCPClientImpl (see this discussion).
Anyone give me a solution for this error. Why I m getting 500 response code why jmeter throwing the read exception and what is the solution for this error if I already received my success response.
TCP Sampler will not return until EOF is received.
Set your own EOF byte value at TCP Sampler.
The server sends a stream at the end of EOF byte value.

WSDL Cannot find dispatch method for

For a web service call using a WSDL, I'm getting the error Cannot find dispatch method for {http://ws.somecompany.com/services}ValidateUser, what does that mean exactly? Does it mean that it cannot find ValidateUser?
This typically means that the SOAP framework could not find the operation that should be invoked via this request. A SOAP framework typically inspects the message to find pointers about how to route the message to the operation. Reasons for this error are mostly configuration issues (different namespaces, different encodings (RPC vs. doc/lit), usage of WS-Addressing vs. plain SOAP etc.)
I had a similar problem and struggling, googling for 1 day. But it was a simple mistake that instead of:
{http://ws.somecompany.com/services}ValidateUser
It should be
{http://ws.somecompany.com/services/}ValidateUser
I had not checked my WSDL clearly.
In my case I solved by making sure that my config file either app.config or web.config depending on your client has correct endpoint. I had wrong address in my endpoint. I changed it and it worked fine.
I also lost a day to this issue, albeit with a different root cause.
In our case, two similar endpoint urls had got mixed up in the properties file. Both services were present and running, but the WSDLs didn't match up, so instead of a ConnectionException, we were getting this SOAPFaultException: "Cannot find dispatch method".
My fifty cent, I got same error message but my case was yet different from all above, so hopefuly it might help someone.
I had .wsdl file, which got outdated without my knowledge when colleagues on the other side of ws renamed some element. Unfortunately, change was not visible when I compared .wsdl with theirs because .wsdl file had .xsd import which actually contained renamed element. After I found change, I updated my .xsd file and tada! error is gone and it worked.

I had the same issue in my .NET Application, In my case setting url same as "http://x-xxx-xx-xx-01:8080//TestProject/testproject?wsdl" (dummy url) solved the problem in the below code.

Here, WSTestProject is the WebService NameSpace and testproject is the web method.
I am using a feign client for soap and I had the similar issue,Adding the correct namespace to the JAXB request and response object resolve the issue.
The issue was in my environment was the wsdl cache in php. The updated wsdl was not picked by the client and it was referring to the old wsdl.
You can do either one of the following options when you do the development of the web service and test, as the wsdl change during the update/implementation of the web service
Add WSDL_CACHE_NONE to soap client creation
$myServices_client = new SoapClient($myServices_wsdl_URL, array('cache_wsdl' => WSDL_CACHE_NONE) );
Set initialization parameter

I picked up an old Java project. I am not sure how it worked before, but I saw similar error and the reason was in wrong SOAP HTTP endpoint binding at server side.
Doesn't work:

issue with elang (yaws_soap_lib based) soap client

I have python's based soap server and tried to call it functions using erlang (yaws_soap_lib based) soap client:
1> inets:start().
ok
2> yaws_soap_lib:call("http://127.0.0.1:90/soap/system/wsdl","cpu_count",[]).
{ok,undefined,undefined}
here is what I was able to see with tcpdump program (answer of server to client):

I suspect you have not specified NS prefix, which is by default "P" or "p" (I can't remember). So whenever you receive response soap client is not able to deserialize it, because it is represented in erlsom model as a record 'P:cpu_countResponse'.
