My iPhone app is still in "test ads" status even after ready for sale - iphone

I recently publish my iPhone app. I enabled iAds for my app in iTunes Connect in Manage applications. The appl is released and is "Ready for sale" but when I click "iAd network" and click View, I get this message
Testing: This app is receiving test ads. This app's status is not yet Ready For Sale. You have configured ad preferences for this app.
Test ads show in simulator and I am not in the US (but I imaging I should be getting requests at least)
Help

Usually these things take time to propagate throughout the system. It may take until the next business day for Apple's servers to propagate the new information. If it takes longer than that, call Apple HQ and see what they say.

App Store does not show my app after approval

I developed iOS app, and I uploaded binary of my app on 19th August 2013.
Today(23rd August 2013) I got mail from Apple saying that "your app is Ready for sale" with Green dot in my iTunes Connect. but it doesnot show any links to my app in in App Store in my iTunes Connect account
This is my first version of app,
Here is screenshot of my rights and pricing section from my iTunes Connect account.
How should I live my app in app store or it will be automatically live in the store ?
:
Thanks in advance.
Just happened to me too.
Go back into app description, and make a simple
edit. Save it.
Two minutes later it will be ready for sale.
I might be wrong, can't remember connect that well, been a few months since I last published an app.
Check the following:
Price Tier Selected
That you have selected some countries stores where you would like the app to be sold (distributed)
Lastly it might take about 24 hours for the app to propagate to all app stores.
Check again tomorrow on the store. Your release date does look in order since it is a historic date.
From Apple's FAQ:
My app status is Ready for Sale but I cannot see my app on the App
Store. Why? The following factors could prevent your app from showing
up on the App Store:
Make sure to check the status of your agreements. If the agreement
status is Pending Contract, you may have to agree to the PLA or Paid
Applications agreement or complete the associated bank and tax
information for that agreement.
Make sure the availability date
provided in the Rights and Pricing section is prior to today's date.
If the date provided in the Rights and Pricing section is in the past,
make sure you made your app available in at least one App Store
territory.
If your app was scheduled to go live within the last 24
hours, the app may still be updating in the App Store cache. Once the
24-hour caching window has passed, close and open iTunes and search
for your app again. You can also click View in the App Store from the
More tab on your app's page in My Apps.
If you have checked the factors above and the app is still not on the
App Store, contact us.
As "Apfelsaft" says, any pending contractual conditions can block the availability of the app in the store. This is my case.
I faced the same issue.
No need to wait, just go to the App Description, make a small update.
Then in less than 5 minutes, the app is available.

iOS - App review process rules for disabled features

I have an iPhone app (already in the App Store, free download) which requires the user to enter server and login credentials which are provided on a subscription basis. The app has a built-in 'Demo Mode' for prospective customers to evaluate the app, and so far the Apple app review team have always used this mode to approve each version submitted.
The latest version which I'm about to submit has some new features which are not appropriate for use in the Demo Mode and are disabled in this mode. No buttons are greyed out but an alert message is displayed to inform the user 'Not available in Demo Mode'. My question is will this cause a problem with the Apple review team - will it be rejected because of disabled functionality?
A while ago I showed a very similar message to your 'Not available in Demo Mode'.
Apple rejected the app, saying this would negatively impact the user experience!
I would try another approach - even if it's just in the documentation of the app on the info page.
Yes, you should give out the subscribed user credentials in the review notes of the application metadata you fill in while uploading the application, as they need to test the full application to complete their review process. Until the full app is reviewed don't even think of it getting approved and going live.
IIRC, Apple's review guidelines say that Trial or Demo apps will be rejected.
The opposite might be more acceptable. Don't interrupt the user experience by saying that X is disabled or not available in the demo; but say that the app will be enhanced by the availability of X in your advertisement for customers to buy the full mode.

iOS In App Purchase - "Invalid Product ID" in release, NOT development version

I created a new app and uploaded the binary to iTunes Connect, then tested IAP using the test user account, both on the simulator and on the device. Both worked.
I submitted the final app and it is currently live on the App Store. However, after deleting the development version from my device and downloading my app from the App Store to test IAP, the app immediately receives an "Invalid Product ID:" error.
Once again, the development version worked using the test user account, but live on the store it does not work and returns invalid product ID. Any ideas what this might be? If anyone wants to test this (in case it's just me) the app is called "ContaX" and is free with ads - you don't need to actually buy the upgrade, just see if it crashes after tapping the remove ads option.
I advise you to wait for 24 hours after your app is approved.
Sometimes it takes more time for the in app purchases to be available in the released application.
I am also suffering with this issue and my app has rejected two time due to this issue. I went to Apple Developer Forum to get the solution. The problem is might be with Review team's device or environment.

I think it will work for you as well.
Double-check the bundle ID you've submitted the app under and the product IDs you're sending to the app. They have to match.
You may have accidentally submitted an app with a different bundle ID.
After fighting this problem for a while I realized I was using the "Apple ID" to get the In App Purchases rather than the "Product ID". So, make sure you're using the "Product ID" and NOT the product's "Apple ID"!
I'd like to share our experience. One of our apps did not have any purchase since release. It was over a month. We have tested in app purchase during development phase in sandbox mode, everything was ok.
When we deleted the development app from our device and installed the app from the app store, we got Invalid product id during purchase.
We double checked everything and tried many things. What we think done the trick is toggle "Cleared for Sale" in the iTunes connect.
We have 3 auto renewing subscriptions. In IAP page, We uncheck Cleared for Sale. then save, then again recheck Cleared for Sale, saved again on each product. remove app from the phone and download again from App Store.
Nothing seems to happen. After 30 minutes suddenly one auto renewing subscription started working. 2 other subscriptions still didn't work. After 5 hours all 3 subscriptions started working magically.
We are seeing something similar. On a new tvOS app with 8 auto-renew subscription IAPs, for the first 30 hours or so after release, none of the IAPs were available. Then one became available and now we are at 40 hours since release with still only 1 of 8 IAPs available.

iAd not showing on Device after releasing application on App Store

Checked couple of questions regarding not showing iAd after releasing application on App Store.
Make all necessary settings for iAd, The test ads are showing fine in simulator and Device, then release application and enable iAd Network for that application.
In iAd Network Section, the status shows as "Live Ads" and requests are increasing every day.
When click on that application, the status is as "Live: This app is receiving live ads. You have not configured ad preferences for this app." anything i am missing?
On which email-id to contact apple?
please help....
It depends, first, from AppStore country where you App was bought by user, and, second from country from where user runs your app.
As stated here http://developer.apple.com/iad: iAd advertisements are currently being served to apps on the U.S., U.K., Germany, Italy, Spain, France, and Japan App Stores.

in-app purchase sandbox mystery: phone left in state unable to initiate purchase

I have an ad-hoc deployment of my iOS game, which includes in-app purchase. It is correctly set up with a purchasable item on itunes, and I have test users on itunes. I am able to successfully test it with my own iPod, and with a friend's iPod -- I can choose the item to purchase, get the price info correctly from the Apple server, choose to buy, enter the Apple ID and password for one of the test users, an the purchase completes successfully.
Another friend also installed the game on his iPhone and was starting to look at in-app purchase, but he followed an incorrect procedure, an now we can't get in-app purchase to work on his iPhone at all.
Specifically, he correctly signed himself out of the Store via the Settings application, then ran the game and chose the item to purchase. It correctly retrieved the price information. However, when the standard UI popped up and where he was supposed to click "Use an Existing Apple ID" he chose "Create a New Apple ID" by mistake. This brought him out of the game (game was sent to the background) and over to the web page to fill in the details for a new user. He realized that was wrong and returned to the game. But when he then tried to repeat he process, after retrieving the price info (again successfully), when he went to initiate the purchase, it errors out and never shows the standard UI where he can choose Existing Apple ID or Create New. So it's like his phone was left in a funny state. He tried rebooting the phone, reinstalling the app. Same problem. Then I recommended that he log in to the Store via the Settings app using his regular account, download a couple free apps, and then log out of the Store via the Settings app and try again. My thought was that this full process would somehow "clear out" whatever bad state his phone was in. But no dice. Same problem.
We can't figure out what state his device is in such that it fails when going to the purchase step of this sandbox in-app purchase process. I am still able to successfully complete the process on more than one other devices, so I don't think it's a problem with the state of the purchasable item or test users on itunes. It seems to be something specific to his device. I also had him using iPhone Config. Utility to watch the Console log as he went through this process. Very little was seen -- just an error code coming back after trying to initiate the purchase. (Nothing about PIPELINING errors and other web-service type errors that I've seen before when in-app purchase wasn't set up correctly on the sandbox.)
Any ideas on what state his phone could be in with respect to (sandbox) in-app purchase, and how we can clear it out?
Reset your network settings (Settings -> General -> Reset -> Network Settings)
Turn off your iPhone and turn it on again.
Wait for 15 min (This is the time iOS caches AppStore credentials)
Try running the app again.
