I developed iOS app, and I uploaded binary of my app on 19th August 2013.
Today(23rd August 2013) I got mail from Apple saying that "your app is Ready for sale" with Green dot in my iTunes Connect. but it doesnot show any links to my app in in App Store in my iTunes Connect account

How should I live my app in app store or it will be automatically live in the store ?

Just happened to me too.
Go back into app description, and make a simple
edit. Save it.
Two minutes later it will be ready for sale.
I might be wrong, can't remember connect that well, been a few months since I last published an app.
Check the following:
Price Tier Selected
That you have selected some countries stores where you would like the app to be sold (distributed)
Lastly it might take about 24 hours for the app to propagate to all app stores.
Check again tomorrow on the store. Your release date does look in order since it is a historic date.

My app status is Ready for Sale but I cannot see my app on the App
Store. Why? The following factors could prevent your app from showing
up on the App Store:
Make sure to check the status of your agreements. If the agreement
status is Pending Contract, you may have to agree to the PLA or Paid
Applications agreement or complete the associated bank and tax
information for that agreement.
Make sure the availability date
provided in the Rights and Pricing section is prior to today's date.
If the date provided in the Rights and Pricing section is in the past,
make sure you made your app available in at least one App Store
territory.
If your app was scheduled to go live within the last 24
hours, the app may still be updating in the App Store cache. Once the
24-hour caching window has passed, close and open iTunes and search
for your app again. You can also click View in the App Store from the
More tab on your app's page in My Apps.
If you have checked the factors above and the app is still not on the
App Store, contact us.
As "Apfelsaft" says, any pending contractual conditions can block the availability of the app in the store. This is my case.
I faced the same issue.
No need to wait, just go to the App Description, make a small update.
Then in less than 5 minutes, the app is available.

My app is in ready for sale state on 13th apr. 2016 but still not reflecting on app store. it's 48 hours complete. In itunes connect it showing Ready for sale and I've not set any Available date for release this version.
One of the reason for this can be you are in a country where your app is not available. Go to iTunes Connect :
My Apps -> Select Your App -> Pricing and Availability -> Availability -> Edit
Check if your countries check box is selected. If not and you want app to be available in your country then select the check box and save the changes.
By default your app should be available world-wide, but it's still a valid point.
Another issue could be that you still have to sign/agree to the distribution agreement (if it's a paid app).
It would certainly help us to answer your question, if we could get a link to your app. Is it a brand new app or an update? Also what happens, if you click on the link direct in iTunes Connect? (Under App Store Information / App Information)
Finally i resolve this by make simple text change in what's new text and save it after 1-2 hours it reflect on app store.
I had a free app which was released and ready to sale some days back on app store.Now i made it a paid app by setting 0.99 dollars .Now my status is changed to pending contract.What does this status mean?.what is the procedure after that and how much time it will take to get approved again??
Login to itunesconnect.
Goto Contracts,Tax and Banking, there you
can see "iOS Paid Applications" contract.
Add the necessary info
there, then your app will be automatically approved.

What happens if I do not renew my iOS Developer Program membership?
Once your membership expires, your apps will no longer be available on
the App Store and you will lose the ability to submit new apps. You
will lose access to pre-release software, the Apple Developer Forums,
Developer Technical Support, and the Certificate Utility. In addition,
your existing iOS Distribution certificates will be revoked and
invalidated. Finally, if you enrolled in the program as a company, you
will lose the ability to manage your development team.
You will, however, retain your status as a Registered Apple Developer
and will have access to free development resources.
In order to conserve your app on the AppStore, you must renew your iOS
Developer Program.

You need to fill information in "Contracts,Tax and Banking" section by login to iTunesConnect. In that, once you fill your banking information then your app will be convert into paid app.

For Paid Application you have to fill up Paid contract first then only the Paid Applications to be allowed on the store.
There is No Other Procedure after changing price tier if your Paid App Contract is already done It will not take much time to change in store sometimes it takes half day or 1 day.

i have uploaded new binary as a new version of my application and at the time of uploading binary, i select the option that "I Will Release this version" means i just put it in "Hold for Developer Release".
Suppose my application is approved by apple and i dont want to release that version then what i have to do.is it possible to reject that binary or remove that version from iTunes connect?

NOTE: You can only use the Version Release Control on app updates. It is not available for the first version of your app since you already have the ability to control when your first version goes live, using the Availability Date setting within Rights and Pricing. If you decide that you do not want to ever release a Pending Developer Release version, you can reject your binary to submit a new one.
You are not permitted to skip over an entire version
From this, we can remove that option from our application at any version upload. but can we reject after application is approved by apple?
Yes you can reject it!
Click on your "New version" > "Binary Details" > "Reject Binary"
To reject a approved release, select the approved release in iTunesConnect and at the top of the profile is a link "Cancel this release"
Paras, once you submit a new binary, it goes to the end of the queue for review!
I see a few possible cases related with your question:
You have no app yet, you submitted an app and waiting for review. Assume that you found a problem with the submitted app, and you wanted to provide a new one. Just submit the new binary, but remember, it will replace the original submission, it will go to the end of the queue and it will wait for review as before.
You have an app on the AppStore, and you wanted to provide an update for the app. As usual, submit your app, and wait to be notified. Once it is approved, your new app will be available to your users.
You have an app on the AppStore, you want to remove it from sales immediately, and provide an update: In this case, you can go to Manage Your Apps in your iTunes Connect, select the app and click on Rights and Pricing then choose an Availability Date in the future.
You get a warning message as following:
"You have selected an Available Date in the future. This will remove your currently live version from the App Store until the new date. Changing Available Date affects all versions of the application, both Ready For Sale and In Review."
That is fine, your app still in the store but not be in the sales. Now you provide your update and wait for the approval, once you get it, go ahead and set your app's availability date accordingly!

You can remove your app from the AppStore any time you want.
For that, simply go to itunesconnect.apple.com and on the "Manage your Application", choose the "Rights & Pricing" button then click on the "specific stores" link.
From there you can select in which stores your app will be in sale. You can then deselect all the countries so that your app won't be visible in any store.
From the iTunes Connect portal:
Select the App Stores where your app will be sold. Note that if you deselect all territories, your app will be removed from sale in all App Stores worldwide.

The Web iTunes Connect does not provide any method to reject the binary, only a release button.
There is however a Reject Binary option still available on the iPhone iTunesConnect App.
So if you find yourself with this issue
Start the iTunesConnect App
Select the manage option
Tap on your apps pending version release
Select the 'Reject Binary' button

I was not an admin but an app manager in App Store Connect. I did not have permission to remove the app but I was able to withdraw from the sale in order to pull back acceptance.
Pricing and Availability -> Availability -> Remove from sale
It appears that you can not reject a app after it is approved by Apple. One possible sequence is to release the approved version for sale in only some tiny country for an hour, then remove it from sale and submit a new update.
I am about to submit an app to the app store for approval. I have a question regarding the app price.
Can I change the app from paid to free or from free to paid at any time? I have noticed that some paid apps have a promotion were the app is free for a limited time and I am considering using the same strategy if I can research it enough .

Yes, you can change the price whenever you like. When a user downloads the app, whether it is paid or free, they get updates for free. They never have to pay again unless you add an in-app purchase into your app.
Yes. You can do it any time from your App Store connect setting. Have a look. Simply go to your App Store connect and select your app after that go to pricing and availability then simply change the current price to FREE and save your settings within 1-2 days your changes will be reflected to App Store automatically.

We have a company account for the iOS developer program.
One of our clients wants to put the app we developed for them up under their own company name, but they've only just sent off for enrollment and as such they want to put the app up under our name until they get their enrollment though.
Is it possible to "swap" the app to their account once theirs is set up?

This issue has come up in the past. I know it used to be that you had to get Apple to do this manually, and it took a long time to boot. I imagine they'd like to improve their process for it, and I'd suggest contacting them to ask where they are at with it.
I wouldn't do it. Apple is really slow answering support question so you can easily loose like few months to transfer the app. But it is doable as stated here: Transferring ownership of an iPhone app on the app store
Just got this email from iTunesConnect!
Apps can now be transferred from one developer to another within
iTunes Connect, for example after an acquisition or when a
distribution deal expires. Transferring the ownership of an app does
not affect the app’s availability on the App Store. All ratings and
reviews will be transferred and your customers will continue to have
access to all available app updates.
To transfer an app, go to the app’s App Summary page in the Manage
Your Applications module on iTunes Connect and click Transfer App.
Make sure that:
Your account is active
You have accepted the most current version of your contracts
Your app has at least one approved version
Your app is in the Ready for Sale, Invalid Binary, Rejected, Developer Rejected, or Developer Removed from Sale state
Any associated In-App Purchases are in the Ready to Submit, Ready for Sale, Rejected, Developer Removed from Sale, or Approved
state
You know the Apple ID of the recipient’s Team Agent and their Team ID.
