I tried many version of SOAP UI (3.6.1,3.6,3.5.1) on my machine but after couple of minutes, my screen filled with bubbles. Not sure, if this tool conflicts with anyother tool on my machine. Please let me know, if anybody has some idea.
thanks

Perhaps you have the "Bubbles" screen saver enabled on your Windows Vista PC and you are inactive for a few minutes causing the screen saver to display.
Without more information that's the best suggestion I can make.

I'm currently developing an application using the ESP8266 (WeMos D1 Mini) and Arduino for Visual Studio (VMicro). I have problems that sometimes the software watchdog reboots my device (rst cause:4). I know the meaning of the message and also I know why this error occurs. My question is how to general find the location of problem? My code is relative huge and I use a lot of standard libraries (ESP8266, WebSocketsServer, WiFiUdo, FS, Neopixel etc.). When I get an exception, the device tells me where it happens. But the watchdog didn't give me any information about the location. The problem is, that the application sometimes fails after a view minutes, hours or days. So it is not easy possible to tell exact whats happend.
So again: Is there any possibility to find the exact location where the problem happens?
Thanks in advance
Alex

it is for Mac OS X: TimeTrack
You should search for your platform and must be a native desktop application.
It can be made in C# too for Microsoft Windows.
Try WakaTime Metrics, insights, and time tracking automatically generated from your programming activity.

Ok, I have a simple reader app that I've had on the store for a while, and it works great. I have a sqlite db of content and I use fmdb to talk to it. I load up my text and display it in a UIWebView. Pretty simple stuff.
When iOS 5 went live, I started getting emails about the app not running right. Sure enough, it is running VERY slow. I have a UISegmentedControl to toggle between chapters, it literally freezes the UI for 10 seconds before it does anything. There are a few other instances where this is the case.
What is going on? The app still works technically, but it is just so slow it is unusable. Has anyone else seen this? Does anybody have any ideas as to what might be going on?
You should run your application under Instruments and let it tell where the program is spending most of its time. The time sampling tool should give you breakdown of the methods which are consuming the most number of samples for a given run.
after jailbroken my iPhone 3GS, i was always worried about the security since i stored most of my id/password on it. recently i had a little concern that maybe some apps i installed on my phone didnt have an icon and i couldnt see the process via sbsetting as well. so that means there're some apps on my phone that i can never get access to and i dont even know what they are doing.
and as a developer, im quite interested how can process and icon hidden be achieved by code. with these technologies, a good daemon can be made to serve iPhone users.
so my question is, am i thinking too much or process and icon hidden really exist in iPhone? if the answer is yes, how can i do this by code? any clues are welcome!
thx a lot!
cheers
What you want is a daemon background process. You're probably not going to learn how to program a unix daemon process here. However there are a variety of ways to get a program to run in the background. Pick a Unix compatible programming language, find a good book on the subject, go to Starbucks, buy some coffee and enjoy.
I read that there was no method to restart the iPhone (at least that will go through the app store), so I am wondering if you have any other ideas. Basically, at my desk, I receive "No Service"... When I go out to my car (in a service area), I remain in No Service without being able to make a call until I restart my iPhone. I've tried respringing winterboard, I've tried airplane mode on/off and that doesn't work either. The only way I've found is to restart the iPhone completely. Does anyone else have any ideas?
Thanks!
Your explanation is right on the money. Nothing you can do about this particular problem outside of jailbreaking.
