How to dismiss navigation bars on iphone iOS8 Mobile Safari when using tap drag and swipe gesture over the entire webpage

I work on a fullscreen iphone web application using gestures like tap, drag and swipes over the entire webpage. Minimal-ui was the best solution found for this kind of project.
According to Apple Specifications:
The minimal-ui viewport property is no longer supported in iOS 8.
What is the new way to simulate the old minimal-ui behavior?
Here is some information on telling iOS that a webpage is webapp-compatible so users can save it to their home screens and use it as if it were a separate app, with absolutely no safari controls visible.
From the apple developer docs:
A web application is designed to look and behave in a way similar to a native application—for example, it is scaled to fit the entire screen on iOS. You can tailor your web application for Safari on iOS even further, by making it appear like a native application when the user adds it to the Home screen. You do this by using settings for iOS that are ignored by other platforms.
...
On iOS, as part of optimizing your web application, have it use the standalone mode to look more like a native application. When you use this standalone mode, Safari is not used to display the web content—specifically, there is no browser URL text field at the top of the screen or button bar at the bottom of the screen. Only a status bar appears at the top of the screen.
...
Your web application can link to other built-in iOS apps by creating a link with a special URL. Available functionality includes calling a phone number, sending an SMS or iMessage, and opening a YouTube video in its native app if it is installed.
This would enable you to completely hide the safari navigation AND link to other built-in functionality such as placing a phone call or composing an SMS.

IOS app UIWebView or Navigation Controller

I'm starting developing apps on iPhone, and I was wondering if you helping me with this.
Instagram App, Foursquare App both uses Navigation Buttons Bar at the bottom? Or is just a fancy navigation bar made in CSS and everything is loaded as a html in UIWebView.
It can be as fancy as you want and doesn't mean it's not native. The out-of-the-box controls and UI we are all familiar with are not the only option, you can subclass or even create your own "tab bar" from scratch if you want to.
These apps are using native code, not HTML/CSS
Grab class-dump and find it out yourself!
(...most likely, these great enterprises wouldn't hire developers who dare making a 'native' iOS app using UIWebView and HTML...)

jQuery plugin, similar to iphone app page sliding animation

I am looking for a jquery plugin that navigates to other pages of a website using a sliding animation similar to some iphone apps. I tried designing this on my own but I could not get it to work.
Here is an example of what I need:
(on pressing the button)
Did you have a look at JQuery Mobile? It mimics a lot of the iPhone animations, and it will run on non-mobile browsers as well as mobile browsers. For instance, http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.1.1/docs/pages/page-transitions.html has a "Slide" transition that you can demo.
You could try sencha touch, never used it personally but appears to do what you want.
Demo: http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/touch/examples/production/kitchensink/#menu/animations
Download: http://www.sencha.com/products/touch/
There's also JQtouch a quick google will find that (as I cant post the link because of low reputation)

Can you get the system answer call button in Cocoa Touch?

When you get a call on iPhone a system alert it is shown. There is a nice answer call button, can I use somehow this button on my app or i have to design it by myself?
I suppose this are system resources and could be available in the API.
It is not available for public use in the iOS SDK as of iOS 5
I don't really know how to fetch tat button from an iPhone or its simulator but why don't you customize your own button using this site http://dabuttonfactory.com/ ? It helped me sometimes when I needed buttons for my apps as well.

, how to open and close screen with effect like Facebook?

I'm using three20 for my dashboard.
(ttlauncher)
Now when I select a icon to open a screen
How do I make the screen open like Facebook? (small to big)
And close to return to the dashboard like Facebook? (big to small)
Do I need to modify the ui screens to use three20 aswell? Or the effect is standard iOS effects?
These are custom animations developed by the team who worked on the App.
If you download the Facebook iOS SDK you should be able to have a glimpse at how it's done by looking through the source code and using it as a reference.

Of particular interest to you is the FBDialog class (which is a UIView subclass).
