using the Facebook API it was possible to extract your friends list, is this true of a Fan page you are the administrator of?
No, you cannot pull a list of 'likers' for a given fan page, only the the fan_count which returns the total number of likers. You can see the list of connections for the Page object here.

Iam trying get the number of times each individual liked my particular post.
It seems that it is possible to get the overall like count of a page.
But I dont need the overall like count. I want in specific data of a user who liked my posts.
I tried these links
How can I get fan page likes count using graph api?

How to get Facebook likes count for a Facebook page?
I am just writing the answer which is mentioned in the comment. Because that's the answer.
No, that is not really possible. Each of your friends would have to
sign in to your app and grant it permission to read their likes, and
you would need to have valid individual user tokens available for all
of them each time you want to request this data, because “A User or
Page can only query their own likes. Other Users' or Pages' likes are
unavailable due to privacy concerns.”

Is it possible to get the identities of users who have liked a page through the Facebook graph api? If so, what access permissions are required?
I have only been able to get the count via the /user edge.
That other thread got one answer that is correct:
Although you can't get a list of all the fans of a Facebook Page, you can find out whether a specific person has liked a Page.

Say I have a Facebook page and there are n number of people who liked that page. Now I want to upload a photo on this page and tag all the people who liked that page. Is this possible? If so how?
No, for several reasons:
You can't retrieve a list of all fans of a page via the API
You can only tag friends of the current user whose access token you're using in photos
It's against policy to tag people in photos in which they don't actually appear
This is a two questions in one.
Is it possible to get the likes count to a specific page inside a website? As in if there's a like button without a specific target url, likes will be given to the address in the window.location.href; can this number be retrieved without an API key?
Is it possible to get the official Facebook page/page id if I only have the URL of the website? If i only have the URL / domain name (coca-cola.com), can I get the facebook page which is https://www.facebook.com/cocacola?
You can check the like count of a website by calling the Graph like the following:
https://graph.facebook.com/?ids=http://www.your-website.com/the-url-or-so
To your Question if you can get a Facebook Page if you are the owner of the Business:
Yes! Some times ago I've read an article posted by Facebook where this is described. If you are the owner of a company/business/brand you can ask facebook for the page transfer to your account. For that you must be the owner and your business is really large. When the names of the companies are the same you must have to one which is more popular.
Is it possible to get the likes count to a specific page inside a website?
If that page is in the Open Graph, yes.
Is it possible to get the official Facebook page/page id if I only have the URL of the website?
No, because there is no such thing. No one is obligated to have a FB fan page for their business, organization or whatever.
I'm trying to get a list of all my Facebook Page Fans.
All I can get from FQL is the total amount of fans for my facebook page. I can't know WHO my fans are?
I have tried this:
https://graph.facebook.com/somepage
Anyone with an idea of how to know WHO my fans are? I.e. list the User IDs of all my fans for a specific page?
I also know that I can get more information about my fanpage using FQL and "insights", from there I can get "page_active_users" and so forth, but not a list of all my fans?
I know that Facebook doesn't support this (in public), but any ideas on how to get around it?
https://graph.facebook.com/[PAGEID]/members?limit=500&access_token=[oauthtoken]
Its not possible to get the UIDs of the users who have liked your page.
The UIDs of users are only available to third parties if the user performs a public action (post, comment or like on your page's feed), or if they auth an application.
This is why you can't query FQL with a page ID and get UIDs.
Its no more possible, thats why FB makes money ;-)
You can try to parse the AJAX call...
