Permission Denied on Xcode 4 - iphone

I'm getting error message about permission denied, when I build any app on Xcode 4:
error: unable to create '/Users/mike/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/JewBack-ejcsrvhiqaxnzmdheqdhshjvwjng/Build/Products' (Permission denied)
There's other error message, too:

Ok. It seems you may be restricted to create Build Folder in your system. Try out the procedure below which creates a Build Folder in project folder itself.
In Xcde menu bar go to: Preferences > Locations Tab. In Locations change Derived Data to Relative and set any name in the text box. I have used "Build". This folder will be created in your project folder for built binaries.

please check your Xcode version and upgrade your Xcode. early I was using Xcode 6.1 and I got error message with that Xcode version after then I upgrade Xcode Version 6.2. now It is working perfectly. when you upgrade your OS X version You should upgrade Xcode version.

You'll need to install the changes made to the pubspec file, you can do this by following either of the 3 options:
Install it
From the terminal: Run flutter pub get.
OR From Android Studio
Click Packages get in the action ribbon at the top of
pubspec.yaml.
OR From VS Code:
Click Get Packages located in right side
of the action ribbon at the top of pubspec.yaml.
Then run the following in the terminal:
sudo gem install cocoapods
terminal:
flutter pub get
or if you are using VSCode with the Flutter extension, you can simply do:
CMD + S on your pubspec.yaml file (saving the file automatically calls flutter pub get)
if the error persists, you can try
flutter clean
and then try "flutter pub get" again.
Thanks everyone for sharing your views.
Above issue has been fixed by below steps:
Open terminal
Run Below commands
sudo gem uninstall cocoapods
sudo gem install cocoapods -v 1.7.5
pod setup
CocoaPods will be available
Quit VC editor and reopen.
do flutter run
Above steps worked for me.
Thanks.

Cannot build any Swift project at all due to strange error about MacOSX10.11.sdk

I'm running macOS 10.12.3 with Xcode 8.3.
I cannot build any macOS Swift projects with it.
If I create a new Cocoa application Xcode project and set it to use Swift, when I try to compile it, I immediately get the following error in the "check dependencies" phase:
error: There is no SDK with the name or path '/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.11.sdk'
I have no idea what's going wrong!
The only clue I have is that earlier I created a symlink with the path /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.11.sdk that pointed to MacOSX.sdk in order to fix an issue where an older build of Qt that required an SDK with that path. However, deleting the symlink has no effect.
I can build Swift projects that targeting other platforms like iOS. Just not macOS.
Help!
try running this command then reopening the project
(Xcode uses xtools in the command line to build its projects)
sudo xcode-select -switch /path/to/file/
(by default the path is)/Applications/Xcode.app/
look at this pic
saw it here yesterday

Swift.org issue with open source swift project. Error: xcrun: error: unable to find utility "launch-with-toolchain", not a developer tool or in PATH

I am trying to Start Xcode with the custom toolchain and to be enabled to use the open source version of Swift.
Steps are taken from Swift.org
And I receive this error:
xcrun: error: unable to find utility "launch-with-toolchain", not a developer tool or in PATH
The open source Swift toolchain from https://swift.org/download/#apple-platforms requires the latest Xcode 7.2 (currently: beta 4).
The location of the developer directory used by xcrun and other build tools must be set to this Xcode 7.2. This can be done from the command-line
with
sudo xcode-select -s /path/to/Xcode7.2-beta.app/Contents/Developer
or in the Xcode "Locations" preferences:

Upgrading cordova 1.9.0 (iOS) to cordova 2.1.0 and updating existing projects to use 2.1.0

I have uninstalled cordova 1.9.0 by doing:
To uninstall:
Remove the PHONEGAPLIB value in Xcode Preferences -> Source Trees
Delete the ~/Documents/PhoneGapLib folder
Delete the ~/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Project Templates/PhoneGap folder
Delete the "~/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Templates/Project Templates/Application/PhoneGap-based Application.xctemplate" or the "~/Library/Developer/Xcode/Templates/Project\ Templates/Application/PhoneGap-based\ Application.xctemplate" folder
Delete the /Users/Shared/PhoneGap/Frameworks/PhoneGap.framework folder
Delete the ~/Library/Frameworks/PhoneGap.framework symlink
I then followed the upgrade guides:
http://github.com/apache/incubator-cordova ios/blob/master/guides/Cordova%20Plugin%20Upgrade%20Guide.md
and http://docs.phonegap.com/en/2.1.0/guide_upgrading_ios_index.md.html
The project builds with no errors, but when I try to run:
On an iPhone with iOS 5.1.1 I get this error:
ERROR: Start Page at 'www/index.html' was not found.
and on an iPhone with iOS 6.0 I get this error:
Failed to load webpage with error: The requested URL was not found on this server.
Whether I remove the only external link or all javascript sources, whether I manually add the www folder, or anything at all that can be found on the internet, these errors are persistent.
Apparently this problem was first noticed in cordova 1.4 and I followed this solution http://www.tricedesigns.com/2012/02/16/linked-source-files-across-phonegap-projects-on-osx/
The problem was that Xcode could not see the www folder.

xcode invalid archive in organizer

i get message during archive validation. i've tried most of solutions from other questions. but still failed. (It was ok when i submit it last time in xcode 4.02, then i get rejected. i edited some image and .m file(not project settings).
my project Build settings:

Base sdk->Latest ios(ios 5.0)
valid Architectures armv6 armv7 arvm7f armv7k
Build active architecture only->no
ios deployment target: ios3.0
i've tried reinstalling xcode and make sure unix is checked, 5 times.
i've tried install back to xcode 4.02, but the same message as xcode 4.2
i've tried reinstall cocos2d
i've tried to set the llvm/gcc to gcc only
warning message 1:

when i click it. one is to set gcc to llve-gcc, another is to 'Enable compiler warning for missing Function Prototypes. ' I clicked cancel

the error message in organizer is:

I actually don't know why, but it works now. I reinstall back to xcode 4.0.2. then recreated a project, copied over all my classes. i assume that the problem is 'Architectures->standard (armv7)', in xcode 4.0.2 the Architectures is standard armv6/armv7, maybe it's because of cocos2d compatibility to the new version i don't know. anyway if you encounter the same problem, just install back to non-beta and create a new project (since the original setting of 'Architecture' will be modified to 'armv7 standard'. ) hope it helps.
This happened to me when I updated to Xcode 4.2. I went back to the latest non-Beta Xcode version to fix it. The key is, when uninstalling Xcode, you must do it via the following command in Terminal:
sudo /Developer/Library/uninstall-devtools –mode=all
This takes a few minutes. But when it's done, install the non-Beta Xcode (4.0.2 at this time), and then RESTART before using it. Worked for me.
Remove iphoneossimulator from supported platforms for the distribution/release build configuration. That is if you have it.
You cannot have that for distribution, it is only for your debug configurations.
Check the image below for distribution configuration (ignore release config).
