Is there any way to change the order of posts on a facebook page's wall?
No. Posts on a Page are always displayed in the order of the time they were posted. Newest first.
You can however change what you are looking at in terms of, just your page's posts or everyone's posts (people who LIKE the page).
This is done at the top of your Page's wall.
No you can't.
You can however change the order of the posts on your main page. When you are directly at www.facebook.com you can select "Sort" somewhere at the top. You can choose to either show the top stories first, or the most recent.

I want a news feeds on facebook in my site that show only the wallpost that have a specific {#hashtag}.
For Example I want to show only my wallpost that has #thankyou.
I'm newbie so please give a sample code. Thanks in advance.
There isnt any exact API to get the hashtag posts,you may try using search API with q=%23hashtag
https://graph.facebook.com/search?q=%23hashtag&type=post&access_token={ACCESS_TOKEN}
For getting wall posts and newsfeeds
/user/home The user's news feed.
https://graph.facebook.com/me/home?q=%23hashtag&type=post&access_token={ACCESS_TOKEN}
/user/feed The user's wall.
https://graph.facebook.com/me/feed?q=%23hashtag&type=post&access_token={ACCESS_TOKEN}

Is it possible to get the login locations of Facebook users through the Facebook API or without authenticating as anyone?
For example, I want to know whether a user has logged in from a particular place. All I have is the URL of this user's public profile.
No, you can't - imagine the security implications if you can find out where anyone using Facebook has been logging in from.
This is common sense.

This morning dynamically generated links to FB pages from our app stopped working. Link to a page like this http://www.facebook.com/pages/125567350861413 used to work just fine, now it requires page name http://www.facebook.com/pages/Daniels-Real-Estate/125567350861413
Why would this be changed? Was there a problem with old pages link format?
We tweaked our code to take into account page name and made it work. But if a user changes the name of a page the link to this page will break, until we refresh the list of pages in our db. We'll write a chron job that will refresh the list of page names for all users using our app multiple times a day, but we'd prefer not having to do that.
Anyone else ran into this issue? What was your workaround (other than the above)?
While this is probably an off-topic question, you can get the page url using the graph api:
http://graph.facebook.com/125567350861413 and looking at the link property. As to why Facebook changed this, you would have to ask them at their developer group or log a bug.

is it possible to get list of uids of users who is fan of specific fan page with facebook api ?
I have not (yet) found a method to retrieve all the fans for a page without a key.
You can get a verification if a user is a fan, according to Facebook at least. In practice, use of the method still requires a key.
I'm actually looking for thesame thing, and from the looks of it, the answer is no. User list is not one of the properties you can read according to this page.

I want to make an iPhone OS app for a Wordpress blog, and I'm unable to figure a way to grab the data from the blog.
The XML-RPC doesn't seem to have an anonymous read-only mode
The RSS feed has truncated posts
So, if anyone managed to make it, please help me ;)
the RSS is truncated if it is configured to be so, you can publish the entire blogpost in wordpress, cfr. "settings -> reading settings -> For each article in a feed, show (full text/ summary)"
The newsfeed may contain the full post. This is an option for the blog owner (option: 'rss_use_excerpt' = 0).
