Game Center: ensure badge shows for app in iTunes - app-store

How do I ensure that iTunes shows the Game Center badge for an app, like so:
(source: justanotheripadblog.com)
Do you have to set any special flag in the app's plist, etc? Or does correctly enabling Game Center automatically mean the badge will show in iTunes (when approved)? Thank you.

If your app has a match with the local player as the one to move, you will be badged.

How does GuitarToolkit show a persistent active banner when in background?

I have GuitarToolkit on my iPhone4S (iOS 5.01 - NOT jailbroken) It has a metronome feature which continues playing in the background, and also adds a red banner overlay (see screenshots) which persists on the home/lock screen and also when other apps are running. The banner is animating (background colour pulses) and it is also 'active' in that pressing it will return you to the GuitarToolkit app.
I know about the background audio APIs for the sound, but how does it do this banner? My first thought was local notifications, but nothing appears in notification center, and GuitarToolkit is not listed under Notifications in Settings.
My iPhone is not jailbroken and GuitarToolkit is available in the App Store, so what APIs is it using to achieve this?
Having an active AVAudioQueue creates that banner.
The banner appears because it’s got an open audio recording session—you’ll notice that the system Voice Memos app does the same thing, as does Shazam for a moment before it enters the background and Skype when you’re on a call with the app in the background. I’m not sure of the specific API, but that’s generally what’s going on.

How can I make a screenshot of iPhone desktop programmatically?

I need to make a screenshot of the iphone desktop and set it as background for my app, is it possible?
UIGetScreenImage should do what you want - check out this example.
But apparently, Apple (in its great wisdom) has banned its usage in apps for the App Store, and has removed it from iOS 7 arm64 and newer.
If you are looking to take a screenshot then you need to press the menu button and the lock button at the same time, as for setting it as the background of the app, just use the image which will automatically be placed in your camera roll.

Is there a way to open the add in full screen programmatically?

Is it possible to run full screen iAds in App.
In the Words with Friends app there seems to be a random timer which when it goes off it acts like the user clicked on the iAd.
Is there a way to open the add in full screen programmatically?
Words with Friends uses ads by Greystripe. This isn't possible with iAds ads.

Is the iPhone/iPad delete "badge" available via the SDK?

I am creating an app with thumbnail views of my content. I would like to put a "delete" badge in the upper left corner of each thumbnail like the one you see either when deleting apps from the iphone/ipad home screen. It is typically a black circle with an 'X' inside.
Is this a badge or image file made available somehow through the SDK?

No, but here's one. Enjoy.
