I need to create payflow link module for website and I need test account.
I do not want to buy Payflow link, but I want to create something like Sandbox offers.
Is there any solutions to get it?
Not just paypal sandbox account, but Payflow link, with Partner, Merchant login and other details
Paypal is retiring Payflow link in favor of Website Payments Standard and Pro. I had to sign up for a Website Payments account and then send a support ticket to change it back to Payflow. In my support ticket I explained that I already had an app using Payflow and needed to be able to test it still. They will give you a spiel about how everyone will have to upgrade soon, but if you insist that you have to test with the current technology (Payflow) then you'll get your account changed.

I'm trying to integrate paypal payments through card into rails app.
Normal one-time payments are working well. But I keep on getting the above response when I'm trying to make recurring payments. I've tried to enable that feature in paypal developer website but it says
Note: Live credentials are disabled for direct credit card processing in your app. We are processing your information and will email you when live API credentials are enabled.
But it is saying same from past few days. I've tried contacting them through online contact us but after three days they replied saying I have to add my credit card to the account. Do I need to add credit card for testing sandbox also?
You need to contact PayPal technical team at https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/app/ask , provide your sandbox PayPal account, they will enable DPRP for you.
I was referred here by Docusign Customer Support - they said only devs knew the answer. ?!? :)
Anyway, I'm just wanting to know if it's possible to send a Docusign user to a specific website as a part of the document signing process. E.G. I send them a user agreement to sign, and they sign it and then they get redirected to Paypal or Stripe or something to pay the fee before their signed document is complete and returned to me.
Thanks!
PayPal can be used in DocuSign:
Payment Processing Feature
For more information I would contact your Account Manager for assistance on what steps/costs are required to get this enabled on your account.
To drill down a bit, go here for a any PayPal product (credit card payment) integration into docusign. Keep in mind that you must have sign up for one of the PayPal Products, PayPal Advanced, Payflow Link, Payflow Pro; WebSite payments pro is no longer circulating.
Walkthrough:
click your profile image in the upper right and select Preferences.
In the navigation pane on the left side of the page, under the
Account Administration heading, click Features.
Click the Enable Payment Processing link to go to the Payment
Processing through PayPal Set Up page.
Note: You must have a PayPal Payments Advanced, PayPal Payments Pro,
Payflow Pro or Payflow Link account to use this feature. Even if
Enable Payment Processing is selected, the feature is not fully
enabled until the PayPal Merchant account information is entered
I am building a demo website for my client. I want to use 'hosted checkout pages' with 'PayPal Advanced'. I have very basic questions:
What type of PayPal account should I (not my client) create for the demo?
Should I create a sandbox account ONLY or do I need a real PayPal account?
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thank you
For testing with the Payflow Gateway (Payments Advanced or Payments Pro) you only need a manager.paypal.com account in test mode.
You need to create an account on https://manager.paypal.com/
Follow the guide at https://ppmts.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/929
Check out https://www.paypalobjects.com/webstatic/en_US/developer/docs/pdf/embedded_checkout_design_guide.pdf for information on developing for PayPal Advanced.
I need a PayPal Payflow Pro test account in order to create and test/use a WordPress plugin for payment with this method. I've done something similar for PayPal Website Payments Pro product and have set up testing in PayPal sandbox. The Payflow Pro product apparently doesn't work that way and PayPal documentation refers to vendors and partners as if it's necessary to have a live account in order to do testing.
An answer in this forum (How to do PayPal Payflow Test Transactions?) says it's possible "to create the account without paying for testing purposes" but when I go through that process I'm asked for payment information.
Can anyone point to information on how to set up a Payflow Pro test account?
The answer is surprisingly simple: when you're at the point that it's asking you for your payment information, simply close your tab / window. The account will remain in a 'Test' state and you'll be able to use it for Payflow transaction testing.
(Yes, I'm aware that's hardly an intuitive way of setting up a test account. We're on it.)
Go to https://registration.paypal.com/welcomePage.do?mode=try . This will sign you up for a trial account.
When I am trying to sign up for website payments pro in the sandbox, I get redirected to the live paypal site.
I have seen the same question asked here: Signing up for website payments pro in paypal sandbox redirects to live paypal site
where the it seems that the account is already running payments pro. However on my business setup>>my payment solution it says i am running payments standard.
Any idea on how i change it to payments pro? I changed the page to sandbox.path when getting redirected but the next link redirects me again to the live site.
Thanks in advance
Nad
There are some issues that are still being addressed in the sandbox with some pages directing to the live site. Can you provide the email address for your test sandbox seller account and I will enable pro on the account from my end.
