Open graph action submission - facebook

Is it possible that although I haven't submitted yet my open graph's actions to Facebook, the actions are being seen by users which are not developers/administrators?

If your application is in sandbox mode it can only seen by developers, tester etc...
But if sandbox mode disabled it can be seen by anybody who knows the url. The only difference is if your open graph objects and actions aren't submitted. They can't use them it will give error.

Turn off Notifications for Facebook Comments Plugin

We've implemented the Facebook Comments box on our website. I'm set up as a moderator, which means I receive a Facebook notification anytime anyone posts a comment via the comments box.
Happy to say we receive much engagement on our sites, but unfortunately this means I receive a notification almost every other minute. Do we know if there's a way to turn this notification feature off? At least for myself and not other moderators? I'd really just like to be alerted of activity on my own personal Facebook profile, rather than my website
Thanks in advance!
There doesn't seem to be a way to turn them off (I've searched extensively). However, you can create a separate Facebook account – "Grace Moderator", or something like that – and set that as the moderator instead of your main account. Then you won't get the notifications in your main account.

Submitting Open Graph action for approval - submit link not active

99% sure my app is set up correctly, it requests the publish_actions permission and I can publish the action using the Open Test user as it states I must do, however when I go to review status my submit link isn't active and it just tells me I need to publish the action using the test user......which i've done. Going around in circles here, what am I missing? Or can anyone recommend a decent guide I can follow as the docs aren't helping me too much.

Add to Timeline and Authorization issue

I have created a website where users can download albums after sharing the album on their timeline. The website can be found here at skibsthekid (Music section for issue). The process requires that they "Add to Timeline" and then once authorizing the website to publish what they share, click the DOWNLOAD TO SHARE button which will publish an open graph object and start the download.
This works perfectly from my side and other developers. HOWEVER when a normal user tries this after click the "Add to Timeline" button the pop-up will simply take them to their facebook homepage. My open graph actions have been approved by facebook. Is there another approval process I need to go through or some error. I have tried to find the fault and nothing has come to light. Any help is greatly appreciated.
It sounds like the application was in Sandbox Mode. However, when I tried to replicate the steps you provided above, the action worked for me. See the screenshot below for proof:

How can i find Facebook Open Graph Activity Plugin

I have developed a website that uses Facebook Open Graph methods. But when i submit it facebook returned me with a message that i have to put something in my website like the image below
Where can i find a plugin like this?
I only find this one ; https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/activity/
but it's useless.
Thanks for your help.
There is no plugin like this currently available. You have to develop one yourself.
You should be using facebook connect and keeping track of all this actions as well as submitting them to graph API. If so, you only need to ad this on/off button and activity log.
This way the user has control over his activity...

Testing Facebook Open Graph API actions

How do you go about testing Facebook's Open Graph API when they don't allow you to? I've created a test app with some actions, to determine whether all of my actions will work correctly, and Facebook have rejected the action with the following message:
Thank you for your Open Graph submission. Please ensure your
submission was intentional and was not created for testing purposes
before resubmitting your action. You may view some guidelines in the
Submission Checklist:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/opengraph/checklist/ Please make
changes below and re-submit for approval.
You can test all you want, just don't submit it for publishing.
