SphinxQL RT index error - sphinx

I have tried with sample example using Sphinx QL source code. But i am getting "No Data Base Selected" error. Can anyone share the sample Example? it will be very useful for me..
Sphinx QL wrapper class has downloaded from following path:
http://code.google.com/p/sphinxapi/source/browse/trunk/class.sphinxql.php?r=2
using following steps:
$option['host'] = 'localhost';
$classApi = new SphinxQL($option);
$value = $classApi->exec(" select count(DISTINCT ID) from tablename where fanme=2769457");
ERROR : No Database Selected

As noted on the sphinx forum
http://sphinxsearch.com/forum/view.html?id=9864
looks like there are a couple of errors in that code you found.

Moodle - update_moduleinfo - invalid course module id

I'm currently building a new moodle plugin. I'm using add_moduleinfo and update_moduleinfo. To add a new attandance atictivity in a course and update it later on.
Sadly I'm facing the issue that update_moduleinfo always throws an "invalid course module id" error. I already checked the cm entry in my database to ensure im using the right module instance.
I dont really know what to do.
$cm = get_coursemodule_from_instance($moduleName, $activityID, $course->id);
$moduleinfo = update_moduleinfo($cm, $moduleinfo, $course); <-- Error
Thats how I try to update the entry.
I also found that post. Didn't help anything.
Moodle - Invalid course module ID
I found the issue myself:
$moduleinfo->introeditor['format'] = FORMAT_HTML;
$moduleinfo->introeditor['text'] = "INTRO TEXT";
$moduleinfo->coursemodule = $cm->id;
list($cm, $moduleinfo) = update_moduleinfo($cm, $moduleinfo, $course, null);
In order to use this function the above mentioned properties need to exist in order to perform a update.

How to clone elasticsearch index to another index using python requests library?

I am trying to do as in title with the following code:
resp = requests.post("http://es_7:9200/my-index/_clone/new-my-index")
And I get this error:
requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: http://es_7:9200/my-index/_clone/new-my-index
Seems like it is not existing query, but as per docs it should work fine.
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/indices-clone-index.html
What may be the issue? Thanks in advance
This route was added in the release 7.4
Could it be you are using a prior release ?
I am using version 7.0.1 how to clone the index within this version?
To perform a clone like operation:
In the case you wish to perform a _clone artificially.
Say you have index1 as the original index and index2 being the clone,
I believe you have to :
Get the mappings and settings of index1
Create index2 with the said setting/mapping
_reindex the data from index1 to index2

Can I use flutter to create an index on firestore?

I'm using the following flutter code to query firestore which orders the data using the field timestamp.
var results = Firestore.instance.collection('post').orderBy('timestamp').getDocuments().then((value) {
var list = value.documents;
return list.map((doc) {
return doc.documentID;
}).toList();
});
When I run this code, it throws the below exception saying an index is required:
W/Firestore(31110): (21.3.0) [Firestore]: Listen for Query(app/jQH7Fp9xCZWYiqZRe7lE/post where readAccess array_contains_any [WzKImODx6WYVqdSW3D9Az3xrUnM2, PUBLIC] order by -timestamp, -name) failed: Status{code=FAILED_PRECONDITION, description=The query requires an index. You can create it here: https://console.firebase.google.com/v1/r/project/....
The exception even comes with a nice link. When opening that link, a nice UI pops up giving me the ability to create the index, with just a simple click:
Question: simple as the above may seem, I'm not very happy with this. I prefer to be able to create the index from fluttercode. In code I'm looking for something like the below:
Firestore.instance.collection('post').API-TO-CREATE-INDEX('timestamp');
Does it exist? Please advise. Many thanks.
It's not possible to create an index from client apps. You have three main choices:
Clicking the link you already saw.
Using the Firebase CLI to deploy the index from the command line.
Using the gcloud CLI to also deploy from the command line
See also the documentation on managing indexes.

How to delete generated bitstreams in DSpace 6x?

I would like to delete all the bitstreams generated by filter-media but only with a specific description "IM Thumbnail".
I am aware that I can just regenerate the thumbnail by using the -f flag to force it to regenerate the thumbnail. I am testing some settings in my setup and I would just like to delete the generated thumbnails with this specific description first.
I've tried tinkering the database via PgAdmin but I can only go as far as selecting the bitstreams. I don't even know how to group or order the returned results and not really sure if I've selected the correct tables.
SELECT
*
FROM
public.bitstream,
public.bundle,
public.bundle2bitstream,
public.metadatavalue,
public.item2bundle
WHERE
bitstream.uuid = metadatavalue.dspace_object_id AND
bitstream.uuid = bundle2bitstream.bitstream_id AND
bundle.uuid = item2bundle.bundle_id AND
bundle2bitstream.bundle_id = bundle.uuid AND
metadatavalue.text_value = 'IM Thumbnail';
Any advice on how to do this via database manipulation or any other means would be greatly appreciated. Applying the SQL deletion within a specific community or collection would be a really nice bonus too!
Thanks in advance!
Although the question was tagged with postgresql, I found the answer from DSpace Community Mailing List using Jython. Thanks for Joan Caparros for the original code. The message thread can be found here: Removing Thumbnails in DSpace 5. I also posted a similar query in the DSpace Technical Support Mailing List which can be found here: Batch delete bitstreams in the Bundle: THUMBNAIL where Joan posted a modified version of his code for my specific needs which is deleting only the thumbnails if it contains the description "IM Thumbnail". Below is the full code that achieved my goals:
from org.dspace.curate import ScriptedTask
from org.dspace.curate import Curator
from org.dspace.content.service import DSpaceObjectService
from org.dspace.content.factory import ContentServiceFactory
#from org.dspace.content.service import BitstreamService
class Main(ScriptedTask):
def init(self, curator, taskName):
print "initializing with Jython"
def performDso(self, dso):
#print "perform on dso "
if dso.getType()==2:
print "Item '" + dso.getName() + "' ("+dso.getHandle()+")"
myBundles = dso.itemService.getBundles(dso,"THUMBNAIL")
totalbundles = len(myBundles)
for i in myBundles:
myBitstreams = i.getBitstreams()
total = len(myBitstreams)
if len(myBitstreams)==0:
print "- DELETING EMPTY BUNDLE"
dso.itemService.removeBundle(Curator.curationContext(),dso,myBundles[0])
if len(myBitstreams)>0:
for k in range(0,len(myBitstreams)):
if myBitstreams[k].getDescription() == 'IM Thumbnail':
print "DELETE "+myBitstreams[0].getDescription()
bitstreamService = ContentServiceFactory.getInstance().getBitstreamService()
bitstreamService.delete(Curator.curationContext(),myBitstreams[0])
print "- DELETING BUNDLE"
dso.itemService.removeBundle(Curator.curationContext(),dso,myBundles[0])
return 0
def performId(self, context, id):
print "perform on id %s" % (id)
return 0
Please note that the code above was made as a curation task using Jython so the documentation on how to set up and use can be found here: Curation tasks in Jython.

OrientDB - JavaScript delete function

I wanna delete record using JS API. In wiki I found example and I know that exist delete() function but I don't know what paramets needed and can't find documentation about ORid realize interface.
Update
When I create or insert function I get error
Internal server error:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Script pool for database 'myDataBase' is not configured
I use this code:
db.save()
//or
db.executeCommand()
Need help. Maybe who know. Thanks
You can use this code for a graph database
var g=orient.getGraph();
var vertex=g.getVertex("your rid");
vertex.getRecord().delete();
and this for a document database
var db=orient.getDatabase();
var document=db.query("select from #21:0");
document[0].delete();
Hope it helps
