Working on a oracle project. I am new to oracle forms. I am currently using 10g forms. I am successfully able to develop my first form from datablock wizard. It initially contained 10 rows. After that i tried to make a button but 10 buttons show up. All have same name and behave like a single unit but they look like 10 buttons.

Following is the image of buttons which i am getting on form canvas:
The reason for the multiple buttons is that you have added the button to a multi record block. You can fix this problem either by moving the button to a single record control block. If you need to have the button in the multi record block but only want to display one button then you need to set the 'Number of Items displayed' item level property for the button item to 1.

I have an update panel with some text entry boxes, a clear button and a save button. Under the boxes I have a repeater that holds database entries. When a user enters data in the textboxes and clicks the Save, a database row is created and the repeater rebinds and shows the new dataset. There are buttons on each repeater row for "Delete" and "Edit". When the Edit button is clicked on a row, the data from that row is populated back into the text boxes. When I do that, the autocomplete extenders stop working. I have a button that simply clears the textboxes. If I click that button and clear the textboxes, the autocomplete starts working again. Even if I remove all code from that "Edit" button in the repeater command and don't have it populate the text boxes from the row clicked, the autocomplete stops working. Something is happening on the item command for the repeater row that is turning off the autocomplete. Any suggestions?
I had some javascript functions running from the code behind on page load. Moving that from the server side page load to the javascript pageLoad() function fixed the issue
How can I put radio buttons and forms on the same Inno Setup page?
I currently have 3 fields:
I would like a radio button over the first field (Company / Name) and the third field (Customer Code).
Once a radio button is clicked, it disables the fields that aren't related to it (meaning making them a little grayish and unclickable).
So is there a way to put radio buttons and fields on the same page?
Inno Setup is flexible enough to allow what you need. But to have such a complicated GUI, you have to program this completely, you cannot do with simple utility functions like you are using atm probably (like CreateInputQueryPage).
You need to create:
a new blank page using CreateCustomPage
add radio buttons (TRadioButton)
add input controls for all three forms
handle TRadioButton.OnClick event and enable/disable respective forms based on selected button.
For a general introduction, see Pascal Scripting: Using Custom Wizard Pages.
Though for a faster start, you can actually start with CreateInputQueryPage, and only add your radio buttons and layout the text boxes correctly. To access individual edit boxes and their labels, use TInputQueryWizardPage.Edits and TInputQueryWizardPage.PromptLabels.
For some examples, see:
Select image file on custom layout page and and copy the file to installation folder
Inno Setup: Combo box on TInputQueryWizardPage
I've created a query to use in an AutoCompleteBox and it works as expected when the user select the AutoCompleteBox in the grid as shown in the picture below
However if the user click the plus button to add a new record using the predefined Add Dialog then the query and the AutoCompleteBox's format doesn't work as shown in the picture below
Why is this happening and how I can fix that?
Thanks
I haven't yet found a way to edit the default Add New dialog.
Instead, make a new screen, select the "New Data Screen" template, and link it to your entity data. You can customize the screen to fit your needs, even make it a Modal Window by changing the Control Type in the screen properties. Once you have the screen set up the way you want, go back to your grid screen, and double click on the Add... command in the Command Bar of your grid, to edit the AddAndEditNew_Execute code. In that method, call your custom screen.
So, as I got to thinking about this some more, I came back to the thought I had when I tried to do this a few months ago. There has to be a better way, so I Googled it again.
This time, I found something. He's using an old version of Lightswitch, but I've successfully applied his technique in my application built in Lightswitch 2012.

I am working on a Gtk2-Perl project, where I have to create a GUI. Now I have to do one thing, that whenever the user selects 'Single' Radio button, or the 'Multiple' Radio button, either a seperate screen should come up, or the content of the same window should change.
Ex: when user selects Single: He should be having 4 buttons, But when he selects Multiple: he should be having 10 buttons, and some more widgets.
Can someone help me in creating a pop up window, which will contain respective widgets, on selection of appropriate radio button. Or any help regarding, callbacks where we can add buttons and widgets.
You could have a look at these tutorials for a starting point.

In B4A, it is possible to add radio buttons to a parent (or group them) - such as a panel, instead of using designer? I have used addview to add 3 radio buttons to a panel but no luck.
I was using designer and then decided to try 100% code but I am having no luck getting them to select properly
There should be no problem adding radio buttons with code. Can you post the code that you tried?
