Actually I have a client ios developer program that I am using to upload app on apple store also I can distribute adhoc with enterprise option.
I am confuse about I am using $99 or #299 iOS developer program. Some say you can't upload app on apple store if you are using Enterprise ios developer Program.
Could anyone provide me clue how to know which ios developer program I am using.
If it is Enterprise then I would like to distribute in house app without registering UDID of devices and how many distribution I can make in In-House and what will be the procedure?

Check this Link Get everything you need to develop and distribute apps for iOS and OS X. : https://developer.apple.com/programs/start/standard/
The main Diffrence is in ios Standard program($99) you can Distribute the App to All Public. But in case of Enterprise ($299) you can Distribute proprietary, in-house iOS apps to your employees. You can also securely host and wirelessly distribute or update in-house apps to employees.
Source : https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/enterprise/
To Know About Which programme you are having Click on The Link : https://developer.apple.com/membercenter/index.action#accountSummary and Login with your id and password. Then in Account Summary (in the tab Your ccount) you can see Your Account Summary as well as Expiration date. Ex: iOS Developer Program , Expiration Date: Sep xx, xxxx
Check this Link: http://answers.oreilly.com/topic/1434-how-to-prepare-an-iphone-app-for-ad-hoc-distribution/ to know about How to Prepare an iPhone App for Ad Hoc Distribution

Using Ad-hoc(In House) you can distribute application to only 100 devices per year with Enterprise profile.
You can upload you app on app store using Enterprise profile also.

I'm currently looking at the iOS developer license which costs 99$ per year. I however found it unclear wether this is for ONE app of if I can publish multiple apps (cost-free, except for the 99$) to the AppStore?
Can I publish more then one app under the 99$ iOS developer license? If yes; is there an extra fee?
You can submit as many apps as you want, but only for 1 year. You have to pay this $99 subscription fee annually (or 299 if you proceed on behalf of an enterprise).
You need just one enrolled account. you can develop - publish app as much as you want.
1. Develop

Yes there is no limit to the number of apps you can publish under the 99$ iOS developer license for a year.

Is this statement correct? Seems strange to me...
From Apple FAQ:
If I am enrolled in the iOS Developer Enterprise Program, can I distribute my apps on the App Store?
The ability to distribute apps on the App Store is only available to developers enrolled in the standard iOS Developer Program. The iOS Developer Enterprise Program only allows you to distribute your apps to employees or members of your organization through Ad Hoc distribution.
So then how can a company to both? Enterprise and App Store?
Sign up for both programs. Luckily, the other one is only $99.
If you want to distribute both enterprise and App Store you will need two iOS developer programs

I'm using xcode 4.0. Do i need to join ios developer program at 99dollars to get a provisioning profile. My main purpose is to build an ipa file for free.
Yes, Absolutely. Even if you give away your app for free you need to pay apple the $99/year fee.
Provisioning profile is only avaliable when log in with developer account
To run your application on the device you need to subscribe to an iOS Developer program. To create an application that runs on device you need to sign application with developer or adhoc certificate, so in order to create those certificates you need to sign up for Developer program.

http://developer.apple.com/programs/start/ios/
Yes, you need to pay to test/run on non-jailbroken devices and submit applications to the appstore. Welcome to the world of Apple. Some of the developer program will allow several developers in the same team to have provisioning profiles of their own however.

How to sync an iOS over the air (OTA) build back to iTunes? [closed]

I have an Ad Hoc build that I distributed to my iPad via OTA distribution using TestFlight. When I sync my iPad with iTunes, the OTA distributed app is not copied to the iTunes Library like the rest of the apps on my device that I downloaded from the App Store. The app icon is visible in the device screens section of the Apps tab for the device, but it does not appear in the "Sync Apps" list nor does it appear in the iTunes Library.
This is important because some of my users were having trouble sync-ing with iTunes after installing my app and downloading lots of content onto their device. I believe I've fixed that problem but now I seem to have no way to test the solution with an OTA distributed build.
Is there any way to get iTunes to sync an app that was installed on the device through OTA distribution?
You should post a new binary to TestFlight which will send your testers an email with a link to the build. From what I've gathered, the app is still going to be an Ad-Hoc app regardless of how it is distributed and probably will not sync to iTunes, it will however show up under the installed apps section for your device within the Xcode organizer.
I agree with #Alan that you should try and talk to TestFlight's support/forums for help with this.

I have a scenario in that I have paid application. If I download that app and install in my device using iTunes. I have few question regarding to that.
What if I install it in multiple devices?
Will iTunes takes care about this that the paid app can not be installed in multiple devices?
If no for second question should I have to manage this using some other way? In case plese tell me the preferable way.
Does iTunes deduct money from the account we have if we install it in multiple devices?
Will iTunes take care automatically that the app is getting installed in same device multiple time or in different devices?
I think there should be a way that we can not install a paid application in multiple devices by paying once.
Thanks
Apple allows appstore customers to install apps they purchased on up to 5 devices. I'm not 100% sure, but I think by preventing this in a technical manner you'll violate some of your own appstore foobar agreements.
I cannot think of any feasible technical way to prevent this anyway. You can't tie the UDID to the users account because you receive no receipt for a "classic" appstore purchase (as opposed to an in-app purchase). So even if you implemented some sort of license managing system (including some servers to keep track of user accounts), you couldn't prevent that the user simply creates a new account with your system on another device, because you cannot link them in any way.
You can install paid apps on 5 Device, if those device are all using the same iTunes account.
Per 5 device you will only have to pay once for the app.
