My problem:
In magento admin I made my own email templates (order_new.html, order_new_guest.html), and translate them. Everything works, when i buy sthing, i get a translated email, but I can't translate the names of the datas in sales_email_order_items block /'Subtotal (Excl.Tax)', 'Subtotal (Incl.Tax)', etc/ - everything else is translated in the block!
Mage_Sales.csv, Mage_Weee.csv, Mage_Tax.csv exists in locale/[country_language] directory, and translated
Does anybody know where these words come from?

The file that requires editing is:

The translation wrapper is missing from around the attribute label output.
Change line 35:

to:
<dt><strong><em><?php echo $this->__($option['label']); ?></em></strong></dt>
It may also be one of the other tpl files located in the following directory, all have the same issue:

I am trying to create a program to automatically download the attached files that are sent to us from a certain email and then transform the delimiter with SAS, of those csv that are attached to us and pass those csv through a flow that I have already created.
I have managed to create a program that treats the csv as I want and the delimiter that I want, the problem is that when it comes to automating the download of files from Outlook it does not work.
What I have done is create a rule with the following VB code that I found on the internet:

The problem is that this code does not work for me, it does absolutely nothing for me and no matter how much I search the internet, only this code appears.
Is there any other way to do with SAS what I want? What is it to automatically download 8 csv files sent to me by Outlook, or has someone experienced the same thing as me with VBA?
I have followed all the steps about 7 times so I think the error is not in copying the code or selecting certain options wrong, in fact I had copied and pasted the code and later I modified the path where I wanted those to be saved. files but it doesn't work, does anyone know why?

First of all, you need to make sure the file name and path doesn't include forbidden symbols.
The VBA macro used for a rule in Outlook is absolutely valid except that a mail item may contain the attached files with the same name, so a file saved to the disk may be overwritten (saved with the same name). That's why I'd suggest generating a file name with your own unique IDs making sure that DisplayName property is not empty and has a valid name what can be used for file names (exclude forbidden symbols).
Also you may consider handling the NewMailEx event of the Application class which is fired when a new message arrives in the Inbox and before client rule processing occurs. Use the Entry ID returned in the EntryIDCollection string to call the NameSpace.GetItemFromID method and process the item. This event fires once for every received item that is processed by Microsoft Outlook. The item can be one of several different item types, for example, MailItem, MeetingItem, or SharingItem.
The Items.ItemAdd event can be helpful when items are moved to a folder (from Inbox). This event does not run when a large number of items are added to the folder at once.
I have a Windows Forms .NET application in Visual Studio. Making a form "Localizable" adds a Form1.resx file nested below the form. I also want to add a separate .resx file for each form (Form1Resources.resx). This is used for custom form-specific resources, e.g. messages generated using the code behind.

I'm guessing that MSBuild uses some logic to find nested .resx files and generate .resources file based on its parent. Is there any way that this can be resolved?
Note that it is not possible to add custom messages to the Form1.resx file - this is for design-specific resources only and any resources that you add get overwritten when you save changes in design mode.
The error comes from the GenerateResource task because the 2 resx files (EmbeddedResource items in msbuild) passed both have the same ManifestResourceName metadata value. That values gets created by the CreateManifestResourceNames task and assumingly when it sees an EmbeddedResource which has the DependentUpon metadata set (to Form1.cs in your case) it always generates something of the form '$(RootNamespace).%(DependentUpon)': both your resx files end up with WindowsFormsApp1.Form1 as ManifestResourceName. Which could arguably be treated as the reason why having all resx files under Form1 is not tidier: it's not meant for it, requires extra fiddling, moreover it could be confusing for others since they'd typcially expect to contain the resx fils placed beneath a form to contain what it always does.
Anyway: there's at least 2 ways to work around this:
there's a Target called CreateCustomManifestResourceNames which is meant to be used for custom ManifestResourceName creation. A bit too much work for your case probably, just mentioning it for completeness
manually declare a ManifestResourceName yourself which doesn't clash with the other(s); if the metadata is already present it won't get overwritten by

I've created a working form within a local plugin and it is inserting data fine into my custom table.
What I want tyo add now is a filepicker element that upon saving the form puts the file into a specified folder.
The filep[icker itself works fine but when I save the form no file appears, the code I'm using looks like this:
$mform->save_file('lowresCh', '/my_form/', false);
I've tried various things in the 'my_form' bit, but to no avail. The rest of the form still puts its data into the custom table and I can see my file in the mdl_files table (marked as draft).
With full debugging on I can get a warning of:
Warning: copy(/my_form/): failed to open stream: Is a directory in /...../lib/filestorage/stored_file.php on line 390
I don't know if I'm approaching it incorrectly or not, any help or pointers in the right direction would be most appreciated.
Oh and I have read the Using the File API in Moodle forms page, useful in getting me to the point I'm at, but no further.
I solved it by using the filename as the second argument in save_file() and if I prepend a directory then all of the files will be saved within my plugin in a sub directory which is perfect.
So it looks like this now:

I am using wamp on Win XP SP3 and creating a Joomla template with changeable parameters.
initially the message is
The parameter file \templates\ssc_2010\params.ini is
writable!
once I make changes everything works as expected, except now i get the message:
The parameter file \templates\ssc_2010\params.ini is
unwritable!
One solution is to brows to the directory, right click the file, select properties, and uncheck read-only. Again the file is writable but once I modify the parameters again it becomes read only again. I'm quite lazy and would like to prevent this from happening again, I've notice this happening in past projects, but now I have to work a lot with parameters so it becomes quite boring doing manual labor like that :P
There is a bug in Joomla 1.5 that causes the message to be displayed.
A security feature was added that makes the template files unwritable until just before save, where they are made writable, saved, then made unwritable again.
Try to make a change, then go back and check the preview. You will see that the change was actually made.
If you want to fix the annoying unwritable message, add the following code to
administrator/components/controller.php around line 179, just after setting the FTP credentials:

This will make the file writable during the edit load process, and before the file's status is posted in the template.
Then for security, in case the edit screen is closed without saving, search for the following lines:

and paste the following code just AFTER these lines but before the closing brace:

That will make the file unwritable again.
This is the same code that is used in the saveTemplate() function. We are just doing it again before we display the status of the file on the edit screen. If the process fails because of your web server's configuration, you will get warning messages, BEFORE you've made a bunch of changes to your template. :)
P.S. Remember to save a copy of this file separately, so that you can redo the changes when you upgrade Joomla! (if they haven't fixed this themselves yet.)
This sounds like a user rights problem within Windows - have a look a the security permissions for the directory in which the file you are editing is located, and check that the user "IUSR_xxx" (where xxx is the name of your computer) has full control.
If this doesn't work, then can you tell us what version of Windows you are running as this may help...

I'm not having much luck finding much info on toLocalizedTime, would someone point me in the right direction?
This depends on whether you have English selected as the site language (Site Setup >> Language). If so, then the default settings are used. You can change the defaults by dropping down into the ZMI, then into 'portal_properties', then 'site_properties'. The fields to change are either 'localTimeFormat' or 'localLongTimeFormat' depending on whether you pass in 'long_format=1' to the toLocalisedTime function.
If on the other hand, you have translations set up, the format may instead be pulled from the translation file for the locale selected. I'm not sure what is the easy way to change the format in this case (other than switching the site back to English). I guess you can register your own translation file but I've never needed to do that so you're going to have to look up the details.
Date string formatting follows the Python rules (http://docs.python.org/library/time.html#time.strftime).
